Supply, Installation, Testing & Commissioning of Tsunami early warning system for A&N islands consisting of all the required equipments and its connected accessories as per the specifications including Conducting Acoustic field survey consisting of the measurement of ambient noise throughout targeted notification areas including Testing equipments, manpower, travel arrangements, boarding & lodging costs and other incidental costs associated with the acoustic survey, Carrying out system integration, including interface with VSAT, optimization and commissioning, and conducting field testing and furnishing the test results, transportation to various sites as per the site requirements inclusive of following major equipments, providing training to the end users for minimum 4 days at Port Blair covering Equipment operation, fault diagnosis and repair, software features like configuration setup, controlling and testing of the HSPA sirens ,providing documents /handouts/ literature etc as a part of training and providing training in field locations. a) Omni directional hyperbolic non reentrant Electronic High Power Speaker Arrays (HPSA) Sirens with local activation with push button mechanism or other alternate mechanism and remote activation using Internet Protocol (IP) Packet data control through VSAT terminals complete with all accessories. b) Electronic Voice HSPA/Siren remote terminal unit(RTU)/Controller, complete with all accessories. c) HSPA controller & Amplifier cabinet with local pre recorded digital voice message storage, complete with all accessories. d) Mounting Brackets, Cable & Other accessories. e) Solar power system which includes solar panel, battery, and hybrid charge controller and other accessories complete as per site requirements..Solar panel should have high efficient solar cells and battery is VRLA GEL/AGM battery with 5 years warranty, minimum sufficient to support siren for continuous minimum 15 minutes of continuous operation minimum. The standby current should be less than 50mA. f) Lightening protection system with all accessories as per relevant standards and Surge protection system including earthing, ground rods complete as required.Aviation lamp on the pole has to be provided. g) Corrossion Proof Mounting Pole/Tower conforming to the relevant standards prescribed and conforming to the specifications forming part of the RFP including providing suitable RCC foundation along with foundation bolts,fixing plates etc. complete as per site requirement.

Supply, Installation, Testing & Commissioning of Central controller consisting of communication server-software with appropriate licensing and hardware based central controller,Server software shoul,.d be N-tier in design and support high availability and fault tolerant information technology architecture, The server platform shall be either on Linux/Unix or Window with 1+1 configuration for the hardware platform for fault redundancy

Providing 3 Years On site comprehensive Annual Maintenance for the above system complete as required. a) First Year ( C1) and Second Year ( C2) covered under Guarantee.
