Dismantling of battans for tiles of any size including tilting fillets spacing exc. 15 cm complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for second class hard wood clean sawn battens at 30 cm centre, sectional area exc 5 & n.exc 15 sqcm complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling in fillets, rails, posts, rafers, purlins etc under 40 Sqcm in section and at any position as in unframed work

M&L for second class hard wood plain fillets section exc 13 Sqcm and b not exc 25 Sqcm ,square,rectungular or tringular in section ,clean sawn ,secured with nails or brads for unframed work complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for taking down existing water proofing treatment of any description and layers from wall/roofs including screed bed or bedding layers of mortar, concrete in any position complete and cleaning the surfaces by grinder to make it smooth and even, free from dust and scrubbing down with water complete all as specified and clearing the premises all as directed Note :- Cost of Disconnected , setting aside and refixing of tank any capacity while taking down existing treatment deemeed to be included as no water supply to users hampered

M&L for 15 mm thick Plaster on RCC roof slab with CM ( 1:4 ) including water proofing compound @ 3% by weight of cement shall be caried out complete all as specified and directed . Note : WPC will measured and paid seperatly

M&L for preparing plastered surfaces , applying uniform coat of primer@ .25 Kg/Sqm and applying water proofing treatment on roof/ wall, edges and vertical surfaces, using 3 mm thick APP modified bitumen based prefabricated water proofing membrane reinforced with non woven polyster matt black finished weighing not less than 3.50 Kg/Sqm with torch application and 10 cm overlap both ways complete, further apply a coat of bituminious reflective alumium paint complete all as specified and directed

Dismantling of Plain or corrugated steel sheeting, any gauge, thickness, including Nainital or similar pattern roof covering complete all as directed.

S&F 0.63mm thick galvanised, corrugated mild steel sheeting with two corrugations side lap, fixed with cranked hook bolts in roofs, walls etc. complete all as specified and directed.

S&F for 0.63mm thick plain galvanised, mild steel sheeting as in ridge, hips, valley gutters, drip and straight flashings class-2, with zinc coating grade 275 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation surfaces of wood and wood based materials,new or old ,of any description and girth ,not otherwise described and treated with two coat of creosote complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of ceiling boarding in description fixed in any position complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for false ceiling 5mm thick PVCpanesl (coloured / designe) including moulding of pattern as approved by GE on GI grid frame workconsisting grid & GI main tee 32 x 24mm,cross tee 25 x 24 mm and angle of walls of sizeof grid not less than 600 x 600mm hung from ceiling using 3mm GI wire suspendors spacers at 120cm c/c on main runners includingmaking nitches for light, fan decorative / concealed light fittings and fasteners if required complete all as specified and directed

Taking down cement or cement lime plaster, any description on brick or stone walls, etc. including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water, etc. complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of PCC block /stone boulder masonry built in cement mortar or cement lime mortar complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for precast cement concrete type C1 (1:3:6) block masonry exc. 10 cm width with solid block C5 Grade, and setting in cement mortar (1:6) complete all as specified and as directed
