Heating arrangements at Snow Clearance Control Room Kupwara.

Heating arrangement of SCCR Kupwara by way of SITC of 1.5 Ton Hot and Cold Split Type Air Conditioner (Inverter Series) of reputed make as per specifications detailed in Annexure B, complete with indoor unit, outdoor unit, control remote, suitable copper tubing with insulation, drain pipe and all other necessary accessories. The job shall also include providing and fixing of suitable hooking arrangement, fixtures for holding the indoor unit, frame/stand for resting the outdoor unit and all other mountings, supports and accessories required for proper installation and efficient functioning of the AC. The job further includes SITC of minimum 5 KVA single-phase automatic voltage stabilizer (wall mounted), having robust body, under-voltage and overload protection, suitable for an input voltage range of 110–270 Volts and output voltage of 220–240 Volts, complete with digital display for indication of necessary parameters, wall mounting brackets and all requisite fittings as per site requirements. The AVR shall be covered under a warranty of minimum 2 years. The job shall also include providing and laying/fixing of additional wiring of suitable size for connection of the AC and AVR, along with suitable capacity MCB and all necessary electrical accessories, complete in all respects, including testing and commissioning, as per site requirements
