Earth work in excavation by manual means in trenches for foundations, drains, pipes, cables etc (not exceeding 1.5m in width and for shafts, wells, cesspits and the like not exceeding over areas not exceeding 10 sqm on plan including dressing of sides and reaming of bottoms lift up to 1.5m including getting out excavated earth and disposal of excavated as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Stone Soling: Providing and laying of dry soling, tightly packed in foundation trench, plinth area including carriage up to the site. Size 12X15X9

CEMENT CONCRETE (CAST-IN-SITU) Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade including curing but excluding the cost of centring and shuttering. All work upto plinth level with: 1:2:4 (1 cement: 2 coarse sands: 4 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size) Size 12X15X4 and 1X1X54

Centring and shuttering: Centring and shuttering works includes strutting, propping etc. and removal of form for: (a) Foundations, footings, bases of columns etc. for mass concrete.

Erection/fabrication of Temporary storage shed of size (12' x 15’) with 12' high comprising of Timber Truss, GI Sheets as Roof and GI Sheets as side walls be fabricated out of departmental old serviceable material extracted from iqbal park by way of providing of tools, tackles, skilled labour, unskilled labour, arrangement of welding machine, drilling machine and other necessary items like welding rods, cutting blades etc required for the job. the job also includes providing of J hooks,Nails washers, etc

Repairing and fixing of departmental old serviceable rolling shutters of size by way of providing of tools, tackles, skilled labour, unskilled labour, arrangement of welding machine, drilling machine and other necessary items required for the job. The Job includes replacement of damaged bearings and springs of existing rolling shutter. The job includes application of two or more coats of Red Oxide Metal primer on all metal surfaces.

Painting on G.S sheets with synthetic enamel paint of approved band and manufacture of required colour to give an even shade on new work (two or more coats) including a coat of approved steel primer but excluding a coat of mordant solution

Carriage of different material from sources to the site by means of mechanical transport including loading, unloading and stacking:

Sand, stone aggregate below 40 mm nominal size used in cement concrete (Avg. Lead=10Kms)
