Survey and fixing of RCC Pillars work at BRT Tiger Reserve and Bengaluru Urban divisions

For previous work experience, the tenderer should produce satisfactory certificate obtained by an officer not less than DCF regarding completion of similar works in last five financial years. Satisfactory Certificate corresponding to the work order (issued by officer not less than rank of DCF)

Availability of credit facilities of not less than 30% of the amount of contract in the form of bank certificates / letter of credit with work indent number in the favour of tender accepting authority (DCF & TA) by any nationalized bank having jurisdiction of Mysuru working plan circle. Bank Certificate/Letter of Credit duly signed by competent authority

As this work is of technical in nature, tenderer should have the knowledge and work experience of total station survey, chain & compass survey, GPS survey, map reading, GIS & its applications etc. The tenderer have team should have the knowledge of map reading (Village map), describing the notified forests boundary, GPS co-ordinates collection and geo-referencing and should be a qualified surveyor having a certificate of Bachelors degree in civil engineering /Diploma in civil engineering from an university established by the law in India

Annual turnover certificate and Audited balance sheet should be for the last three financial years (2022-23, 2023-24 and 2024-25) with copies of income tax returns for the above period only Certificate & Balance Sheet certified by an empanelled Chartered Accountant. IT returns Acknowledgement

Only persons who have registered as Forest Contractors in the Forest Department can participate in the tender as required in para 72 of the Karnataka Forest Code1976. Forest Contractor Certificate issued by any forest division in Karnataka (Valid certificate for the year 2025-26)

Registration certificate in proof of having registered as PWD authorized contractor certificate for Class-II and above. Qualified tenderer should have PWD Registration certificate Class-II and above

List of experienced man power of various categories available with tenderer for taking up the survey and fixing of RCC pillars of forest lands work. Certificate/Letter attested by any officer belonging to group A services or equivalent in rank. Certificate from Labour Department to supply various categories of man power for the works notified in this tender

Statutory contributions payment, income tax/GST remittance/filing of returns in last 3 years etc. EPF/ESI Registration Certificate, PAN Card, GST Registration Certificate, GST Clearance Certificate
