REPAIR PERIODICAL MAINT TO DISTRIBUTION TRANSFORMER AND THEIR CONTROL PANELS AND OTHER CONNECTED WORKS AT WEST OF MG ROAD UNDER GE EM LUCKNOW

Disconnecting all the electrical connections from HT and LT side incl earthing terminals from the transformers and taking down transformer from plinth/pole/inside sub station by using crane and transportaion by vehicle from sub station to the workshop and back the same after repair of the following capacities of transformers.

Opening the unserviceable transformer & drain out the oil from the transformer & taking out the unserviceable parts from the transformer incl cleaning the transformer oil tank, painting the one coat of zinc coating and refixing the same after repairing the unserviceable parts incl refilling the transformer oil , replacing the all gaskets of the transformer etc and testing complete all as specified and directed of the following capacities. Note- (i) Rep of GE will visit the three times to workshop, Ist time after opening the transformer and second before filling the transformer and third during the full load testing . (ii) Transformer oil and unserviceable part will be paid in respective items. (iii) Cutting the all HT/LT coil in front of GE rep or deposit the unserviceable HT/LT coil in MES store and will be collected old copper/aluminium winding after saitisfaction of transformer running.

Rewinding of the HT coils of the transformer with DPC (double paper cover) copper wire as per existing gauge & turns including all materials as per manufacurer norms and varnishing,heating and making connections complete in all respects of the following capacities :-

Rewinding of the LT coils of the transformer with DPC(double paper cover) copper wire as per existing gauge & turns including all materials as per manufacurer norms and varnishing,heating and making connections complete in all respects of the following capacities :-

Dehydration of old transformer oil of proper dielectric strength including centrifuging of oil to the required dielectric strength above 40 KV in all respect of the different capacities of the trasformer including filling of required capacity of new oil for topping of the transformer etc complete all as specified and directed. NOTE: New oil will be paid under respective item of the schedule.

M&L for painting of the transformer complete by removing old paint by scraping and providing spary painting with approved synthetic enamelled paint all as specified and directed.

S&F breather assembly with new silica gel of transformer of 100 KVA to 750 KVA as per existing make/size/model etc complete all as specified and directed. Note - Size of silica jel assy should be as per IS

M&L for taking out the breather assembly and taking out the unserviceable silca gel from breather and cleaning the breather in all respect and filling the new silca gel of approved Make all as specified and directed.

S&F LT 433 V bushings with oil seal of suitable size & models for the transformer of the capacity 100 KVA to 750 KVA capacity all as specified and directed.

S&F HT 11 KV bushing with oil seal of suitable size and model for the transformer of 63 KVA to 750 KVA capacity all as specified and directed.

S&F LT 433 V brass rod as per existing size/dia/model for the transformer of the capacity 100 KVA to 750 KVA capacity all as specified and directed.

S&F HT 11 KV brass rod as per existing size/dia/model for the transformer of 63 KVA to 750 KVA capacity all as specified and directed.

M&L for taking down oil from conservator in seperate oil container and taking out unserviceable oil level indicator and replacement of new oil level indicator as per existing size/type/make/model and refilling the same oil and testing etc complete all as specified and directed.

S&F tapping switch assembly of 11 KV as per existing size/type/make etc complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only new transformer oil (Naphthenic) for topping in transformer as per IS -335/IS 12463 (1998) Make-Eastta/Indian oil or equivalent as approved.

S&F in repair gun metal gate valve with iron wheel head screwed both ends for iron pipe of size 25mm bore incl taking down old one as per existing make and type etc complete all as specified and directed.

Disconnecting the all electrical component from transformer and opening the top cover after taking out the bush/stud and replacement the all gasket and oil seal of bushing and top cover and rectify the leakage of transformer oil in all respect as directed by Engr-in-charge of capacity 100 to 750 KVA transformer.

Disconnecting & taking out unserviceable cable/conductor from transformer /Jumper and S&F new PVC insulated seathed unarmoured cable of size 95 sqmm single core incl new GI nut,bolt,washer complete all as specified and directed.

Renewal of existing earthing (GI plate earthing) with provision of new layers of charcoal and salt all as specified in electrical plate No 3 of SSR Part-I, including cleaning of existing GI earth plate, strip/wire etc and connecting with new bolts, nuts and washers complete and testing on completion in all respect as directed. Note: - (i) Excavation, PCC for earth pit and cover, watering pipe, funnel with wire mesh, earth lead and protection pipe shall be measured and paid separately. (ii) Salt 100 Kg and coal 60 kg should be minimum.

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5 metre wide and not exceeding 1.5 metre in depth and getting out for earthing and earth lead complete all as directed in any type of soil.

All as per item No 20 above but depth exceeding 1.5 and not exceeding 3 metres.

Returning, filling in including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers n. exe 25 cm thick in each layer in any type of soil all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated material to a distance not exc 50 metre and depositing where directed at a level not exc 1.5 metre above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair CI funnel made as specified in SSR Part -I electrical plate No 3 fixed with GI pipe of watering by welding or threading etc complete all as specified and diirected.

S&F galvanised steel tubing 20 mm bore light grade with all fittings in earthing for watering the earth including taking down of old steel tubing complete all as specified and directed.

S&F galvanised steel tubing 50 mm bore light grade with all fittings in earthing for protection of GI strip including taking down of old steel tubing complete all as specified and directed.

S&F galvanised iron strip as earth continuity conductor or main earthing lead fixed to walls or burried in ground of size 32x6 mm complete all as specified and directed.

S&F GI plate of size 60cmx60cmx6mm suitable for earthing & fixed with 3 Nos GI nut bolt and washer incl making holes for nut & bolt and brazing the GI plate with GI strip including taking down old one etc complete all as specifed and directed.

M&L for Earth pit chamber PCC (1:3:6) type C-1 (using 20mm graded black trap/granite/Basalt stone aggregate) for earth pit with 40 x 40 x 6mm mild steel angle iron frame for cover, pre cast RCC (1:2:4) type B-1 (using 20mm graded black trap/granite/Basalt stone aggregate) 40mm thick cover, reinforced with 6mm dia bars 3 Nos both way with 12mm dia round bar handle as specified in SSR 2009 Part I Electrical Plate No 3 incl taking down old one and deposited broken pit cover as directed place etc complete all as specified and directed.

Cleaning the sub station/transformer/two/foul pole structure area with 1 metre outer side of fencing/boundary wall in every month duly taking down unwanted material/grass/ vegetable roots/small tree etc complete as directed.

Material,labour and T&P for disconnecting the HT/LT connection of the transformer from pole/in side sub station/plinth and taking out the trnasformer from poles/plinth/inside the sub sation and shifting the same as directed place with the help of hydraulic/crane and making the connection of the HT & LT side as directed at any location in the cantt area incl testing complete as directed Note- Contractor will provide the crane & man power within one hour after recieving the whatsup/mobile phone/massage/email etc. If contractor fails to provide the crane/man power within one hour, the amount @ Rs 800 per hour will be deducted from his dues.

M&L for disconnecting burnt end or portion of 50 sqmm to 185 sqmm 3 ½ core cable and removing the cable from loop including necessary excavation, earthwork, removing brick protection and relaying same bricks and filling the earth and reconnecting the cable by removing burnt portion of cable and preparing fresh terminals of LT/HT cable to transformer/panel/pole etc complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repairs copper bus bar any rating incl cutting/bending in shape/drilling of suitable size holes as required at site including copper nut,bolt,washer etc complete all as specified and directed.
