Design and Construction of 13 Nos. D Type Qtrs. (1 Block : G+4) having total Plinth Area : 3445 Sqm approx. including soil testing, internal electrification, Water Supply and Sanitary Works etc. all complete as per Specifications, approved drawing & Scope of work of Bid Document and instruction of Engineer-in Charge.

Design, supply and installation of fire fighting system with wet riser and sprinkler system (For 3445 Sqm) as per approved drawing, specification and instruction of Engineer-in-charge.

Design and development of Power wiring and plugs covering total plinth area of 3445 Sqm as per Specifications, approved drawing & Scope of work of Bid Document and instruction of Engineer-in Charge.

Providing ligthing conductors covering complete block (Plinth area 3445 sqm) as per requirement and design and as per instruction of Engineer in Charge.

Design, Fabrication, Supply, Installation, Testing, Commissioning & Trial run of Passenger Lift alongwith maintenance for a period of 5 years as per Specification/Technical Terms and Conditions of the Tender Document. For Passenger Lift of Capacity 08 (Eight) Persons.

GENERATING SETS: Supplying, installation, testing and commissioning of DG sets of adequate capacity, AMF panel, bus ducting/ cables from DG sets to essential panel, DG set enclosure room sound insulation/ventilation/smoke exhaust as required, earthing of DG set system, control cabling, fuel tank/piping, DG set exhaust piping/ exhaust chimney as per CPCB norms, civil works connected with DG sets including foundation as required. (Min. Power = 100 KVA)

Extra for synchronizing panels wherever required as per instruction of Engineer in charge.

Design and development of Electrical external service connections as per Specifications, approved drawing & Scope of work of Bid Document and instruction of Engineer-in Charge.

Development work consisting of drain, garden wall, security post, septic tank, soak pit, concrete pavement and bore well etc. all complete as per scope of work and instruction of Engineer in charge.

Design and Construction of Boundary wall (approx 210 RMT) and 1500 mm high wall on RCC column footing, plinth beam and column with spacing of column footing and column as per design and instruction of Engineer-in Charge. (Note: Payment/deduction against any variation in length shall be on prorata basis)

Steel Gate: Structural steel work riveted, bolted or welded in built up sections, trusses and framed work, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer, Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade : Two or more coats on new work all complete as per instruction of Engineer in charge Approximate weight: 215 kg) for 2 Nos.
