M&L for Earthing in replacement complete with galvanized steel earth plate electrode of size 60cmx60cmx6 mm thick, buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.10 m below normal ground level) with top edge of earth plate not less than 1.5m below normal ground level, connected to galvanized iron strip 32x6mm by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanized iron or steel as shown in electrical plate No 3 of SSR Part I, connected to earth test point and the equipment on the other nuts and washers of galvanized ironsides, including testing and commissioning complete all as specified and directed by the Engg-in-Charge. Note : (a) The unit rates quoted against this item shall be deemed to include the cost of excavation and earth work in any type of soil, common salt & charcoal dust in alternate layers, PCC 1:3:6 as in pit, precast RCC 1:2:4 type B-1 with necessary reinforcement as in cover & frame for pit, funnel, watering pipe 20 mm bore GI pipe light grade, protection pipe 40 mm bore GI pipe medium grade etc. (b) The quoted rates shall also deemed to include the cost of earth test point and earth strip/GI lead wire and protection pipe upto 7.5 meter beyond the earth plates electrode.

M&L for Decarbunizing/cleaning complete outgoing/Incoming LT Air Circuit Breaker circuit of size 800/1000/1200 Amps, srpring, arcing surfaces, 3 phase, cleaning with CTC and ensure proper decarburizing, re-fixing the same tightening the nuts, bolts thimbles for incoming and outgoing system complete all as specified and directed by the Engg-in-Charge, the rate quoted is inclusive of spring & cotton waste to be provided by contractor.

S&F in replacement MCCBs of capacity 630 Amps, FP, 50 KA, 415 Volts 50 Hz, AC, with adjustable thermal and magnetic release fixed in any type of existing LT panel/Feeder pillar including taking out old existing unserviceable MCCB from panels etc complete all as specified and directed by the Engg-in-Charge.

M&L for re-painting of LT Panels/feeder pillars of approx size 2 to 4 Sqm with 2 coats of super enamel paint over a coat of red-oxide with spary gun including writing of feeder pillar numbers in appropriate size of letters complete all as specified and directed by the Engg-in-Charge.

All as per item No 07 above but of approx size upto 1.90 Sqm complete all as specified and directed by the Engg-in-Charge.

S&F in replacement outdoor type wall mounted Busbar chamber having 04 pole busbar of rating 200 amps fitted with MCCB 100 Amp, 4 pole , 25 KA, 50 Hz as incomer including suitable hole in bus bar for outgoing cable connection including suitable size nut bolt and fastner complete all as specified and directed by the Engg-in-Charge.

Supply, installing, testing and commissioning in replacement of factory made and tested Bus bar chamber outdoor type with canopy made out of 3.15 mm CRCA MS sheet, and 40x40x5mm thick MS angle iron frame work, powder coated finish over one coat of red oxide primer on outside surface and painted inside with two coats of red oxide primer, front opening type, with apron for cable entry closing locking arrangement of size not less than 400mm x 400mm x 300mm with 4 Nos 400 Amps aluminum bus bar and with 250 Amp MCCB, 4 pole, 25 KA, 415 Volt 50 Hz including excavation, earth work and platform for the Bus bar chamber with suitable size of foundation complete all as specified and directed by the Engg-in-Charge.

Testing the cables with high voltage DC testing machine and locating the fault in the cables by fault locating machine to pin point exact position of fault, disconnecting faulty 11 KV HT cables of different sizes from both ends, removal of Fault, Re-connections and testing of cables after removal of fault complete all as specified and directed. Note: (a) 11 KV HT cable & joints shall be measured and paid for separately under respective items of schedule. (b) Retrieved old serviceable cable cover will be laid in trenches for cable protection. If extra PCC cover and sand required at site shall be measured and paid separately under respective items of BOQs. (c) Excavation and earth work will be measured and paid for separately under respective items of schedule.

All as per item Ser No 11 here in before but 1100 Volt LT cables complete all as specified and directed by the Engg-in-Charge.

Taking out faulty underground 1100 Volt LT cable of different sizes by excavation and removing bricks/cable covers of any size and relaying in the same trenches or re routing after rectification of fault or replacing faulty portion of cable with new cable and removing of surplus soil and using new bricks/cable covers as required. Note: (a) 1100 Volt LT cable & joints shall be measured and paid for separately under respective items of schedule. (b) Retrieved old serviceable bricks/cable covers will be laid in trenches for cable protection. If extra bricks/PCC cable cover and sand required at site shall be measured and paid separately under respective items of BOQs. (c) Excavation and earth work will be measured and paid for separately under respective items of schedule.

All as per item Ser No 13 here in before but 11000 Volt HT cables complete all as specified and directed by the Engg-in-Charge.

M&L for disconnecting faulty /burnt end or portion of cable by removing the cable from loop including necessary excavation & earth work, suitable size of thimble LT tap, relaying and reconnecting the cable by removing faulty/burnt portion of cable and preparing fresh terminals for 25 Sqmm 3.5/4 core to 240 Sqmm 3.5 core of LT cable in LT Panel/pole/main switch etc complete all as specified and directed by the Engg-in-Charge.

S&F cable route indicator made of RCC (Nominal Mix) type B0 1:2:4 (12.5mm graded stone aggregate) with 8mm TMT Bar placed 150mm c/c of overall size 1m height X 60cm wide X 10cm thick tapered on top, visible above ground, duly painted with synthetic enamel paint of yellow colour base and letters with black paint with description for writing for HT cable 33 /11KV complete all as specified and directed by the Engg-in-Charge. Note :- Rate for PCC 1:3:6 for foundation (min size 0.8mx0.3mx0.3m) using aggregate size 20mm including necessary excavation & earthwork for cable route indicator shall be deemed to be included in the quoted rates.

M&L for cutting and removing grass, vegetation bushes etc from surrounding 4 pole/6 pole, Transformer, LT panels, in and outside area of HT/LT Sub stn and removing all rubbish to a distance not exceeding 50 m complete all as specified and directed by the Engg-in-Charge.

M&L for testing, setting & co-ordination of relay parameters consideration with incoming and outgoing feeders including following tests and setting complete all as specified and directed by the Engg-in-Charge as per detalis mentioned as under :- (i) testing of following relays of control panel with secondary injection kit checking and programming of realy (ii) OVER CURRENT IDMT with pick upsetting ,TMS ,CTR <fault current ,Operating time setting (iii) Over current IDMT with I>>,Td,I>>>,Td setting (iv) Earth fault DMT IDMT with pick up setting ,TMS,CTR fault current operating time setting (v) Earth fault DMT with I>>,Td,I>>>,Td setting

M&L for re-painting of existing transformer/RMU GI fencing of any sizes by applying 2 coats of aluminum paint including rubbing with wire brush/sand paper to fencing/angle irons, at different location after disconnecting of HT supply from incoming and LT supply complete all as specified and directed by the Engg-in-Charge.

M&L for spreading of stone aggregate of nominal size not more than 25mm under 4/6 pole HT structure /surrounding area of outdoor RMU manually without damaging any equipments, cable or parts, spreading & leveling of finished gravel uniformly in layers n. exec. 15 cm thick watered and rammed to true surface complete all as specified and directed by the Engg-in-Charge.

Note : contractor should procure and provide 50 % of the material as listed above within 15 days of the placing of work order and shall be verified by the Engr-in-charge
