SITC of hot dip galvanised, High Mast Lighting Pole, made of 3mm nominal thick high carbon steel, polygonal section and of following height, along with head frame and movable luminaire carriage to mount up to following nos of fittings, having opening at bottom with vandal proof locking arrangement, power operated double drum winch, 316 grade S.S hoisting ropes, flexible multicore trailing cable, integral power tool motor, manual handle, bolts & nuts, anchor plate & template, lightning finial, aviation light connections to control panel with suitable cabling, etc. complete with supply and fixing the following as per specifications detailed below.The winch should be of motorized & manual type .the capacity of motor 1.5 hp Is: 12615 .Lubrication self in oil bath .The high mast installation shall be capable of withstanding wind speed / wind load as per IS: 875/1987 (Part-III) and erected using foundation bolts on RCC foundation of suitable size as per IS 456 and as per manufacurer's design, with embeded, 75mm dia, B' class GI pipe for cable entry, plastering, finishing including etc. all complete as required (The rate is inclusive of CC foundation as per OEM) Height - 16 mtrs, Bottom - 360 mm,Top - 200 mm with luminaire carriage to mount minimum 8 Nos fittings. Make Wipro/ Surya/ Volmont/Utkarash/Ventura/Transrail as approved by Engineer in charge.

Supply & erection of outdoor stand mounted feeder pillar 415 v, 16 kw constructed fabricated with 1.6 mm tick crca steel sheet with 4 way terminal for input supply, TPN MCB 32 amp incomer,3pole contactor 30 amp(AC1) for lighting,toggle switch 6 amp for auto manual selection, Timer Digital type, 4 way terminal for output lights ,single pole mcb 10 amp 10 ka , overload relay 2.5 a-4 a, contactor for motor control, 9amp(AC3) ,3 way terminal output for motor, led indicator lights for fwd/reverse ,push switch for motor operation, rotary switch for FWD/REV, pendent box for motor operation, terminal block for 25 sq. mm incomer cable of and 16 & 2.5 sq. mm for out going cables, connections testing and commissioning, etc as required (As per OEM of HM poles) make L&T/Siemens/ Schneider as approved by Eingineer in Charge.

Supply, Installation, Testing & Commissioning of 250 W +/-10 W Integral LED Floodlight luminaire, tempered glass cover, individual lense over LED ,cradle mounted, Al Pressure Die cast Housing and PC Lens Diifuser having minimum system lumen output 42000 lumens, system lumen efficacy of 120 lm/W with P.F.>0.95 and THD<10% , CRI 70, CCT 5700K. The luminaire shall have IP66 protection, IK10 Protection with availability of narrow and wide beam angles of 60 degree, 22 degree. The LED shall be compliant with Useful L70 life of >50000 Hrs. Driver efficiency should be 85% in input voltage range of 140V to 280V (nominal rated voltage – 240V) with 10 KV internal surge protection. Electrical Insulation Class I. (For Fixing in High Mast Light, 8 nos fitting in each high mast) Make Wipro/Havells/LT/HPL/Jaquar Surya/ Philips as approved by Engineer in charge.

Supplying and erection of 40/50/63 amps rating, 10 KA breaking capacity, 240 volts, 'C' curves, miniature circuit breaker of following poles in the existing MCB DB complete with connections etc. as required:-.Make:-L&T /legrand/Hager /ABB as approved by Engineer-in -charge.
