Earth work in excavation of foundation of all type of bridge structure in all type of classification of soil comprising of ordinary soil, ordinary rock, hard rock, chiselling/ wedging out of Hard rock (blasting prohibited) by mechnical means and as per drawing and MORTH Technical specification clause 304 including setting out, construction of shoring and bracing, removal of stumps and other deleterious matter, dressing of sides, bottom and back filling with approved material pumping and bailing out water (surface and sub soil water) up to any depth and any quantum including cleaning of slush which may arise out during dewatering as per the direction of the Engineer-in-charge including carriage of material within all leads and lifts and other incidentals. The rate includes octroi, royality, Malkana, toll tax, goods service tax, labour cess or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing and laying concrete for plain/reinforced cement concrete 1:4:8 (one cement: four sand: eight graded crushed stone aggregate 40mm (forty millimetres) nominal size in open foundations complete as per drawing and technical specifications clause 802, 803, 1202 and 1203 as per the direction of the Engineer-in-charge including carriage of material within all leads and lifts and other incidentals. The rate includes octroi, royality, Malkana, toll tax, GST or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing and laying plain/Reinforced cement concrete grade M-15 (M- fifteen) design mix with minimum cement content not less than 275 kg per cubic meter by mechenically mixed in open foundation and compacted by vibration including curing complete in foundation upto any heights as per the direction of the Engineer-in-charge including dewatering if required site including removal of slush excluding cost of reinforcement including carriage of materials and form work as per MORTH technical specification 1500, 1700 and 2100 within all leads and lifts and other incidentials. Providing and laying mechanically mixed and vibrated cement concrete for plain/ reinforced cement concrete in open foundation raft of culvert/ bridges of concrete grade M-20 ( M twenty ) design mix with minimum cement contents not less than 350 kg (three hundred fifty kilogram) per cubic meter on ground or under water including curing complete including pumping or bailing out water , dewatering, removal of slush as required at site which may arrise at the time of laying under water complete for all heights/ depths including the cost of form work excluding cost of reinforcement as per drawings and MORTH technical specification 1500, 1700 and 2100 and as per direction of Engineer-in-charge, including carriage of material within all leads and lifts and other incidential . The rate includes octroi, royality, Malkana, toll tax, goods service tax, labour cess or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing and laying mechanically mixed and vibrated concrete for plain/ reinforced cement concrete in substructure/ abutment of culvert/bridges of concrete grade M-20 ( M twenty ) design mix with minimum cement contents not less than 350 kg (three hundred fifty kilogram) per cubic metre on ground or under water including curing complete including pumping or bailing out water , dewatering removal of slush as required at site which may arrise at the time of laying under water complete for all heights/ depths including the cost of form work but excluding cost of reinforcement as per drawings and MORTH technical specification 1500, 1700 and 2100 as per direction of Engineer-in-charge, including carriage of material within all leads and lifts and other incidential . The rate includes octroi, royality, Malkana, toll tax, goods service tax, labour cess or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Supplying, fitting and placing HYSD bar reinforcement (Fe 500 of make TATA/SAIL/Jindal/Panther/ Shyam Steel) in substructure of bridge upto any height/depth including bending, binding, strengthening of bars and including cost of binding wire as per drawing and MORTH technical specification Clause 1600 & 2200 as per the direction of the Engineer-in-charge , including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts and other incidentals. The rate includes octroi, royality, Malkana, toll tax , goods service tax, labour cess or other taxes imposed by the Government. (Tor steel shall be issued by the department at PWD Store Bharwain and recovery @ Rs. 60000/- (Rupees sixty thousand) only per Metric Tonne) shall be effected from the Contractor.)

Backfilling with granular material behind abutment, wing wall and return wall complete as per drawings and MORTH technical specification Clause 710.1.4 of IRC: 78 & 2200 as per the direction of the Engineer-in-charge , including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts and other incidentals. Providing weep holes in Brick masonry/Plain/Reinforced concrete abutment, wing wall/return wall with 100 mm (One hundred millimeters) dia PVC pipe of D-plast finolex make having working pressure 4.00 kg per centimeter square , extending through the full width of the structure with slope of 1V :20H (one vertical : twenty horizental) towards drawing face. Complete as per drawing and MORTH Technical specifications Clause 2706 and 2200 as per direction of Engineer-in-charge including carriage of materials with in all leads and lifts including other incidentals. The rate includes octroi, royality, Malkana, toll tax, goods service tax, labour cess or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing and fixing 75 mm diameter Rigid PVC pipes conforming to IS : 13592 Type A, including jointing with seal ring conforming to IS : 5382, leaving 10 mm gap for thermal expansion, (i) Single socketed pipes as per direction of Engineer-in-charge including carriage of materials with in all leads and lifts including other incidentals. The rate includes octroi, royality, Malkana, toll tax, goods service tax, labour cess or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Furnishing and placing reinforced/ prestressed cement concrete mechanically mixed and vibrated design mix to obtain minimum compressive strength of grade M-30 (M-twenty five) with cement content not less than 420 kg/cum per cubic metre and crushed stone aggregate in superstructure for bed plate, dirt wall, pier cap and deck slab including cost of form work and curing complete as per drawing and technical specification upto 5 (Five) metre height by using batching plant transit mixer and concrete pump including cost of form work and curing complete including carriage of material within all leads and lifts and other incidentals . The rates are inclusive of octroi, royality, malkana ,toll tax, goods servide tax, labour cess or other taxes imposed by the Government

Providing, supplying, fitting and placing in position HYSD bar reinforcement confirming to grade (Fe 500 of make TATA/SAIL/Jindal/Panther/Shyam Steel) in super-structure elements of the bridge including cutting, straightening, bending, binding with mild steel annealed binding wire upto all heights of 18 SWG complete as per the Drawings and Specifications. Item to include all incidentals, labour, materials, equipment and works required to execute the job. The reinforcing bars shall be free of scale and rust before placing into position. Any reinforcement , which is certified as corroded by the Engineer-in-charge shall either be withdrawn from the site or sand blasted to make them free from rust at no extra cost as per Technical Specification as per drawing and MORTH technical specification Clause 1600 and direction of the Engineer-in-charge including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts and other incidentals. Providing and laying 25mm (twenty five millimeter) thick mastic asphalt wearing course with paving grade bitumen meeting the equirements given in Table 500-29, prepared by using mastic cooker and laid to required level and slope after cleaning the surface, including providing antiskid surface with bitumen precoated fine grained hard stone chipping of 9.5mm (nine point five millimeter) nominal size at the rate of 0.005cum per 10 sqm ( zero point zero zero five cubic meter per ten square meter) and at an appropriate spacing of 10cm (ten centimeter) center to centre in both directions, pressed into surface when the temprature of surfaces is not less than 100°C protruding 1mm to 4mm (one millimeter to four millemeter)over mastic surface, all complete as per clause 515. Providing and laying of an elastomeric slab steel expansion joint, catering to right or skew (less than 20 degree modrately curved with maximum horizontal movement upto 50mm (fifty millimeter) complete as per approved drawing and standard specifications to be installed by the manufactures/ supplier or their authorised representative ensuring compliance to the manufacture's instructions for installation and clause 2606 of MORTH specifications for road and bridge works and direction of the Engineer-in-charge including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts and other incidentals. Providing and filling joint sealing compound as per drawings and MORTH technical specifications Clause 2605 with coarse sand and 6% (six percent) bitumen by weight and as per the direction of Engineer-in- Charge including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts and other incidental . The rate includes octroi, royality, Malkana, toll tax, goods service tax, labour cess or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Supplying, fitting and fixing in position true to line and level elasomeric bearing confirming to IRC:83 (Part-II) section IX and Clause 2005 of MORTH specifications Clause 2000 and 2200 complete including all accessories as per drawing and technical specifications and direction of the Engineer-in-charge including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts and other incidentals.
