INTERNAL ELECTRIFICATION WORKS (SCHEDULE 'A' PART-IX)

S & F in replacement sheet metal enclosures distribution boards, double door three phase 415 volts 4 ways vertical TPN DB for comprising three phase four wire copper strip bus bar of appropriate capacity complete all as specified and directed and comprising of the following:- (a) MCCB 3 POLE 125 AMPS AC 415 VOLTS 16 KA=01 No as incoming and 02 nos. MCB TPN 63 Amps 10kA, Isolator TPN 40 Amp, MCB SPN 40 to 63 Amp 240V 10 kA. Note :-(i) The DB shall be VTPN. The DB shall be flush fixed ,and making good the disturbed surface matching with existing specifications shall be part of job at no extra cost.(ii) Connection of the MCCBs/ MCBs with cable shall be made through appropriate size pin /bottle type thimble -properly crimped.(iii) All the vacant holes of the DB shall be provided with blank plates of appropriate size. (iv) Double continuous earth wire shall be provided for each three phase DB from earthing mains dolly (v) MCCB's and MCB's should have a same make as of DB.

S & F highbay luminaire of LED light 70 watt, at any height in hangers/work shop closed version with energy saving environment friendly and aluminium alloy pressure die cast housing with epoxy powder coated LED IP 65 luminaire with high power LED as light source complete and with in built surge voltage protection of 10 KV and with covered tempered protective toughened glass including taking down old light fitting complete all as specified and directed. M&L for Earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode 600mm x 600mm x 6 mm thick buried directly in gound (earth pit not less than 2.25 mtr deep below normal ground level) with top edge of plate not less than 1.5 mtr below normal ground level, connected to galvanised earth lead wire 4.0mm dia as earthing lead by means of bolt, nuts check nuts and washers of galvanised iron and 4 mm dia GI earth wire with 15 mm dia GI pipe "light grade" for protection of earth lead and connected to control board or main switch or as directed including earthing pit in PCC (1:3:6) type C1 for chamber and pre-cast RCC cover of size 380 x 380 x 40 mm, frame of angle iron 25mmx25mmx3mm with lugs 02 Nos and with 8 mm dia MS bar handle made to shape, 20 mm dia GI light grade pipe for watering perforated at bottom 1.75 mtr long placed on top edge of earth plate, common salt and charcoal filling, test point made out of Bronze/Gun metal with fixing arrangement, funnel, wire mesh and excavation/earth work in hard/dense soil, returning filling in and removal of surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50 metre, all as per electrical plate No 3 of SSR -2009 Part -I and connecting to earth test point all as specified or indicated including testing on completion, complete all as specified and directed. (c) The quoted rate shall be deemed to include the cost of funnel, wire mesh, lugs, PCC, RCC, frame work and including provisions of testing of test point, connecting to test point and all the tests on completion. EXTERNAL WATER SUPPLYWORKS (SCHEDULE 'A' PART-XII)

M&L for Cutting of existing steel tubing 80mm dia for alterations or additions for making branch connection and inserting the Tee of size 80 x 80 x 25 mm size and union 80mm etc including threading and fitting etc complete all as specifed and directed.

M&L for Construction of RR masonary staging for over head tank 2.4mtr from ground level PCC 1:4:8 type D-2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate as in foundation filling and mass concrete and brick work with sub class 'B' bricks straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius in CM 1:4 with plastering and rendering 15 mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surface in CM 1:4 including applying three coat of white wash including preparation of new surface of wall complete all as specified and directed.

Supplying, hoisting and fixing of Rotational moulded polyethylene water storage tank, HDPE, triple layered white colour of capacity of 1000 litres (cuboidal or cylindrical as approved by Engineer-In-Charge) vertical with closed top), for hoisting into position either inside or outside of building, connecting up pipes, securing access covers etc., with monkey-proofing mechanism, hoisted and fixed in position Complete all as specified and directed.Note:- Monkey proofing mechanism shall be measured and paid for separately under appropriate item of this schedule

S&F of Lagging to pipes 20mm bore used in internal water supply or plumbing all round with 25mm thick bonded mineral wool preformed 'SNAP ON' pipe sections of density 144Kg/Cum conforming to IS-9842 provided with chicken mesh wire netting 25 gauge, 20mm mesh and covered with 0.01mm aluminium foil, complete all as specified and directed.

EXTERNAL ELECTRIFICATION WORKS (SCHEDULE 'A' PART-XIII)

Supply, installing, testing and commissioning, factory made and tested (prototype having been CPRI type test certified), LT Panel, LT Panel Outdoor type, suitable for 415 volts 3 phase 4 wire, 50 Hz AC supply system, having bus bar chamber with insulated aluminium bus bars of 200 Amps rating installed on porcelain insulators. The panel shall be dust and vermin proof, IP 65 class protection and made of 3.15 mm CRCA MS sheet and 40x40x6mm thick angle iron frame work, externally powder coated finish over one coat of red oxide primer outside and two coats of red oxide primer on inside, front opening type, with aprons for cable entry, with double door shutter and locking arrangement (including provn of 65mm Godrej (Freedom) lock with 2 keys, internal wiring not less then 4 Sqmm with PVC insulated, stranded copper conductor, FRLS cables, IS-694 marked of adequate size incl the provision of space to accommodate the under mentioned items. The scope of work includes the following:-

Supply and fixing LED street light luminaries 70/72 Watt having shall be made of single piece Aluminium Die cast with powder coated in RAL-7032 shade with heat distribution fins onhousing with UV stabilized toughned flass cover and should have secondary lens on each LED for better light distribution .The system luminaire efficacy should be > 110 LM/W with high power LED of Philips/Osram/Cree/Nichia Make.LED driver should be potted and BIS certified with efficiency > 85 % frequency 50 HZ,Operating voltage range 120V-270V,current not more than 0.320 Amp,PF 0.95, THD (I) < 10 %, supported with 5 KV internal and 10 KV external SPD, Humidity 10% to 90 % RH, working temperature - 20⁰ C to 50⁰ C lige expectancy of LED should be 50000 burning houres with minimum 70 % initial lumene maintained, CRI >70 , complete all as specified and directed

S&F of multistranded copper conductor cable PVC insulated , served with inner sheathing of PVC and overall PVC sheathed of size 1.5 sqmm 3 core for street light connection complete all as specified and directed.

S & F of GI bracket made out of GI pipe light grade of bore 40mm 1.2 m long cut to length bend to the required shape and 02 Nos mounting flat iron clamps size 40mm x 6mm, 04 Nos hexagonal bolts 10mm dia 100mm long with nuts and washers complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing of street light control box made of Engineering plastic one piece moulding control box with locking arrangment made out of HDPE and FI clamp 25 x 3mm complete of dimensions in mm +/-10%(333x233x120) including MCB SP upto 6 Amp 240 Volts complete with 02 Nos aluminium busbar or terminal two nos (Phase and Neutral with colour coding) of rating 63 amps for single phase and neutral on porcelain based insulators complete all as specified and directed..

DG SET WORKS (SCHEDULE 'A' PART-XIV)

Supply, installation, commissioning and testing of 82.5 KVA Liquid (Water) Cooled silent DG Set as per latest CPCB norms,comprising of Liquid Cooled Diesel Engine Model developing minimum 102 BHP @1500 RPM 82.5 KVA Alternator rated at Three Phase, 415 Volts, 50 Hz, 0.8 PF @ 1500 RPM both mounted and aligned on a common MS Base frame complete with MS fuel Tank, Manual Control Panel, Residential exhaust silencer, AVM pads fitted on baseframe, 12 Volts Battery , battery leads, 1st fill of Lube oil all housed in sound proof acoustic enclosure protected with asbestos rope independently supported from engine to outside power house upto 1 mtr, AVM pads foundations as per manufacure design battery start with suitable size of cable for connecting upto panel board . DG Set should be capable of operating in temperture range (-25° C to + 35°C) fitted with Cold starting kit with and including the following .

(A) Prime mover Vertical diesel engine of suitable capacity water cooled closed circuit as per BS-649 or IS-10002 direct injection type turbo charged electric starting system having rated speed 1500 RPM. The DG Set shall be capable of running 24hrs continuously with 10% over loading for one hrs continuously in every 12 hrs as per BS -649. Engine shall be eqipped with all standrd fitting and mounted on common base frame with following fittings. (a) RPM cum hour meter (b) Barttery charging Ammeter ( c) ignition key and starting with push button switch (d)Lubricating Oil pressure gauge (e) Electronic governor controlling Oil temo gauge (g) 12/24 Volts starting equipment comprising of the following fittings (i)12/24 V Battery (ii)Battery charging alternator (iii) Self starting of suitable capacity (iv) Battery leads of copper cable with brass thimbles and terminals. (v)starting gear engine.

(D) Other fittings (i)Battery charger having electric circuit consisting of triodes , capacitor and resistances etc. The battery charger should be able to charge the battery at all times whenever the electric supply given to battery charger through control panel or electric power point. (ii) In built Fuel tank of suitable capacity as per manufacturers instructions capable for12 hrs running of DG Set inside the canopy base with all connecting pipes upto fuel pump and including oil level indicating gauge drain air vent plug etc. (Note : The rates of this items including foundation as per manufacturer design the commissioning & testing complete (POL for DG Set testing will be issued by MES)
