Requirement of electrical wiring for installation of 100 feet Indian National Flag pole system at Academic Campus.

Supply & laying of 16 sq mm x 4 core aluminium conductor XLPE armored served aseathed cable 1100 volts grade of following size at suitable depth below ground level over cushion of 75 mm thick sand alround and protected with well burnt bricks on & along the cable & back filling after digging the soil & it back filling/ on wall/ floor the cable run cancealed manner, with cutting and plastering, complete in all respect as per direction of engineering incharge. The armouring of cable shall be properly connected with the earth terminal of the pole panel and as required lugs,, gland etc. Make- Gloster, Kalinga Premium, Rallision, Havells, KEI, R.R.Kable.

Supply & laying of 6 sq mm x 3 core aluminium conductor XLPE armored served aseathed cable 1100 volts grade of following size at suitable depth below ground level over cushion of 75 mm thick sand alround and protected with well burnt bricks on & along the cable & back filling after digging the soil & it back filling/ on wall/ floor the cable run cancealed manner, with cutting and plastering, complete in all respect as per direction of engineering incharge. Supply & fixing of brass nickel plated compression gland for PVC insulated & armoured served sheathed, underground cable including rubber ring etc. complete in all respect. The armouring of the cable shall be properly connected with the earth as per direction of Engineer- Incharge. Complete in all respect. 16 Sq.mm x 4 core.

Supplying and making end termination with aluminium lugs for following size of PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE aluminium conductor cable of 1.1 KV grade as required. 16 sq mm.

Earthing with GI earth plate 600 mm X 600 mm X 3 mm thick including accessories, and providing masonry enclosure with cover plate having locking arrangement and watering pipe of 2.7 metre long etc. with charcoal/ coke and salt as required.

Supply and fixing of two number 8 SWG copper wire in 15 dia G.I. pipe for earthing, laid in ground or in wall duly concealed including the post of cement, sand, labour, T&P other material required for proper completion of the work with 2 Nos.8 SWG copper wire. complete in all respect.

Supplying and fixing 5 amps to 32 amps rating, 240/415 volts, “C” curve, miniature circuit breaker suitable for inductive load of following poles in the existing MCB DB complete with connections, testing and commissioning etc. as required. complete in all respect. Make- L&T, Havells, Legrand, HPL, C&S. Three pole and neutral

Providing and fixing of 25 mm X 5 mm GI strip on surface or in recess for connection etc. as required
