Applying of priming coat on new steel surfaces with red oxide metal primer of specified brand including preparation of surface by cleaning with wire brusher, steel wool, scrappers and sand papers including cost of brushes, ladders, sand papers and red oxide metal primer by making use of the mechanized compressor and chain blocks including hire charges of compressor and generator, cost of POL and all carriages complete including necessary scaffolding for a height of more than 6 Mtrs and providing of temporary swings wherever required complete job.

Painting of new steel surfaces with two or more coats of synthetic enamel paint of specified shade and brand excluding priming but including sand papering cleaning including cost of paint, sand paper, brushes, ladders, etc including hire charges of painting machine and generator, cost of POL and all carriages complete including necessary scaffolding for a height of more than 6Mtr and providing of temporary swings wherever required.

Applying of prime coat on new concerned surfaces with solvent thinnable cement prmer of specified brand including sand papering and cleaning the surface including cost of primer, brushes, sand papers, ladders, etc complete job with all leads, lifts and carriages complete.

Providing and applying white cement based wall putty of average thickbness 2mm of approved brand and manufacture (Birla wall Putty) over the primed concrete surface to prepare the surface even smooth complete with all leads, lifts and carriages complete upto the site of work.

Providing and applying of paint on white cement bases wall putty coated new surface with two or more coats of synthetic enamel paint of specifed shade and brand (Nerolac / Asian Paint) to an even shade, excluding priming and preparation of surfaces but including sand papering and cleaning including cost of synthetic enamal paint, sand paper, brushes, leaders etc with all leads, lifts and carriage complete upto site work ( Painting pattern to be adopted as directed by the Engineer Incharge).
