Material and labour for preparation of old painted mild steel (MS) surfaces of passenger and stretcher lift (all inside and outside door of the lift) including electric motor, floor of lift and cabin fan of the lifts, putlying steel surfaces to obtain smooth and even finish and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paints by brush application complete all as specfied and directed

MSL for disconnecting the fuel inlet pipes and connections, maintenance and repairs to oil fired incinerator of capasty 80 Kg / Hr multi Chamber type and its control & safety devices with control panel, fuel pipe, including maintenance, repair and replacement of defective parts (parts which will be measured and paid separately under relevant items) inclusive of examination of all safety devices Fuel tank, control valves, fuel flow valve. air blower (FD), exhaust system (ID), chimney clearence of approxmt ht of 30 Mtrs, water pump, repalement of defective burner all as speofied conducting all laid down safety tests at specified by qualified and skilled personnel (a) The Incenerator is required to be serviceable 24 hours round the clock. Any defect noticed during maintenance period shall be attended to immediately (b) Checking the operation of blower and the looking of the chamber door. (c) Dusting/cleaning the duct/pipes of air flow and exhaust and lubricating all the moving parts and paiting the complete unit with enameled paint by scrapping the rusted surface and replacment of minor spares (Not specifically mentioned in the scope) (d) flush out water from the water tank, cleaning and refill as per procedure (e) cleaning of chimney duct, thorough pull through the entire length with minor repairs (if any) (Note - All the spares / components required for the repair shall be measured and paid separately here-in-after as supply only rates)

Preparation of old or previously untreated steel surfaces of any description, over 10 cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
