Dismantling of Self Priming Non Clogging Centrifugal pump coupled motor of capacity 5HP Induction type & transporting to work shop for repair and replacement of defective worn out parts, heat varnishing and drying stator and rotor including overhauling of motor and pump and reinstaiiation all parts to original position with necessary testing and commissioning complete aii as directed. Note:- (1) The entire work should be carried out by 6-Stage tank cleaning process by any franchises or M/S TANK CLEANING(Pvt) Ltd or any other MES approved firm having equivalent technology. (2) Entire T&P should be arranged by the contractor at their own.Only electric power & water shall be supplied by MES at stipulated rate. (3) (a) Date of cleaning ,(b) Capacity of tank should be written over the outer surface of tank by synthetic enamel paint with lettering not less than 100 mm height.Cost of the same is deemed inclusive in the quoted unit rate of cleaning of tank.(c) All necessary saftey equipments arranged by the contractor with oxygen and T&P, helmet etec

Supply and lowering submersible pump set 55 m nominal head capacity 67qm/hrs electric driven coupled with 3 phase electric motor not less than 20 HP with all accessories including GI Flanged, reducer, Nipple, as directed by Eng-in- charge Make: KSB/ Calama/Crompton Greaves. (Column pipe and accessories with fixing material will be measured and paid separately).Old U/S pump and motor should be deposited at AGE E/M Store

M&Labour for maintenance of swimming pool which shall include the following items as part of one job (i) De-sludging/ back washing of filteration plant shall be carried out twice a week as directed by Engr-in- Charge. ii) Regular de-sludging of swimming pool with suction sweeper daily as directed by Engr-in-Charge. (iii) De-scaling , de-silting, cleaning of filtered water delivery channel in swimming pool, cleaning of surface with descaling liquid. Taking out and refixing the existing pre-casted RCC slab from the channel for cleaning shall be part of job and mixing chemical for water treatment all as directed by the Engr-in- Charge. Note:-(i)chemical for water treatment shall be issued by the department (ii) Daily cleanliness of the swimming pool area except area covered in items No 1 and quality of water shall be maintained as per standard norms of swimming pool and stringent measures laid down . It shall be contractor responsibility to provide necessary preventive equipments/ T&P to the deployed persons. (iv) Chemicals required for dozing, daily maintenance and disinfection of swimming pools shall be issued under sch 'B' free for consumption in the work only. (v) Adequate manpower shall clean the swimming pool through existing suction sweepers daily morning and evening as directed. Daily record of cleaning shall be maintained faling which penal recovery of Rs 300/- for morning and Rs 300/- for evening suction cleaning shall be made from the contractor. (vi) Maintenance as above for a week shall be measured and paid as one job

S&F in repairs gun metal Gate valve 50mm dia all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge

M&L for cutting out the existing winding of 3HP motor, opening of winding and re winding of motor with same size of winding wire as existing including varnishing, drying and making connection complete all as specified and directed.

Repair/ maint of suction sweeper machine including replacement of suction sweeper nylon brush of size 32 inch length and 4 inch width of superior quality replacement of wheel, nuts and bolts etc including all defective parts all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge

M & L for cleaning inside balance tank including removing deposit sand from inside the tank scrubbing and washing side walls and bottom with bleaching powder solution and making surface free from any fungus deposits strains using wire brush filling of cavaties inside of tank with cm 1:1 with quick cement and applying one coat of white wash inside and writing date of cleaning complete all as specified and directed Note :-1. All type of T&P and Labour etc shall be arranged by the contractor and rate for the same will be deemed to be included in the quoted rate. 2. Contractor will dispose off the material taken out from the Tank at a distance upto 50 Mtr as directed by Engieneer-in-Charge.

M & L for cleaning of diving pool of size 13m x 13.5m x 4.5m with wire brush and cleaning material such as Acid, wiper, PVC pipe etc with requred number of man power as required at site all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge

( Note : - (i) Complaint Should be attend immediately within two hrs & Rectified the same day at the earliest without effecting of service .)

Material and labour for taking out the silt & foreign object , Cleaning & Removing sludge from course bar screen including all chamber of equilasation tank upto depth of 15 Mtr any capacity from ETP as per direction by EIC .

Material and labour for taking out the silt & foreign object ,Cleaning & Removing sludge from Fine bar screen ,Oil & Grease Chamber with water pressure, bleaching powder etc complete with all as specified & direction by EIC .

Material and labour for taking out the silt & foreign object ,Cleaning & Removing sludge from MBBR I & II Chamber with water pressure, bleaching powder etc complete with all as specified & direction by EIC .
