Only manufacturer or their authorized dealer along with valid dealership certificate should quote otherwise offer will be ignored. Eastern Railway General Tender Condition 16.5 will be applicable. Supplier must uploaded tender specific OEM Certificate. Tender specific dealership certificate should be uploaded.
In terms of DPIIT/Ministry of Commerce and Industries order no. P- 45021/2/2017 PP (BE II) dated 16.09.2020 which is circulated vide Rly Board letter no 2020/RS(G)/779/2/Pt. 1 dated 25.09.2020 and Keeping in view with the public procurement (Preference to Make in India) order 2017 as amended time to time, only class 1 and class 2 local suppliers are eligible to participate in this tender.
