Supplying of 63 mm dia, 15 m long non percolating RRL hose pipe with 63 mm dia male and female Gun Metal couplings duly bound with GI wire, rivets etc. conforming to IS 636 (type-A) complete etc. as required and as per specifications enclosed.

Supplying of 63 mm dia Stainless steel short branch pipe with 20 mm nominal internal diameter size nozzle conforming to IS 903 suitable for instantaneous connection to interconnect hose pipe coupling, complete with fixing clips etc. as required and as per specifications enclosed.

Supplying of response indicator with MS box having two LEDs metallic covers complete with all accessories, suitable to install with existing system and as per specifications enclosed..

Supplying of following type fire detectors with builtin LED and mounting base complete as required and as per specifications enclosed.

Optical Type Smoke Detector complete with mounting base as required. Apollo Series 65 or equivalent approved make suitable to install with existing system.

Multi criteria intelligent analog addressable photothermal detector of Edwards make (Model:-SIGAPHS) or equivalent approved make with mounting base complete, suitable to install with existing system as required

Installation, testing & commissioning response indicator on surface/recessed MS box having two LEDs metallic cover complete with all connections etc. as required

Installation, testing & commissioning of following type detectors with base i/c dismantalling of old detectors wherever required and handing over to AAI store complete as reqd.

Smoke Type/ Photothermal type Detector

Supply and fixing of swinging type MS hose reel (with drum) made up of 18SWG sheet along with 19mmX30 Mtrs. long and 20mm dia ISI marked thermoplastic hose reel confirming to IS:12585 fitted with gun metal globe valve and nozzle compete with brackets, nuts, bolts etc. as per site requirement i/c and dismantalling of old one wherever reqd. and handing over to AAI store complete as reqd. The body of the hose reel will be Epoxy polyster powder treated to prevent corrosion.

Supplying and fixing of conventional electronic hooter (ABS Box) with hinged cover system for P.A. System complete as per site requirement i/c dismantalling of old one wherever reqd. and handing over to AAI store complete as reqd.

Supplying, fixing, testing and commissioning of butterfly valve of PN 1.6 rating with bronze/gunmetal seat duly ISI marked complete with nuts, bolts, washers, gaskets conforming to IS 13095 of following sizes as required, i/c dismantalling of old one wherever required

Supplying and fixing of following size Bronze Gate Valve with min test pressure 14.06 Kg/cm2 in the fire water piping omplete with nuts, bolts, gaskets, supports etc. i/c dismantalling of old one wherever reqd. and handing over to AAI store complete as reqd.

Supplying, installation, testing and commissioning of PN 1.6 C.I. non-return valve of 100mm size confirming to IS: 5312 complete with rubber gasket, GI bolts, nuts, washers etc.as required as per site requirement i/c dismantalling of old one wherever reqd. and handing over to AAI store.

Supplying & fixing of pressure switch with minimum regulation range 0.2-7.5 bar in M.S. pipe line (water) including connection etc.suitable for auto operation of existing installed pumps, which includes dismantling of existing switch.

Supplying and laying and commissioning C class heavy duty MS Pipe confirming to IS 3689/ IS:1239 marked including all forged fittings and accessories such as screwed/welded flanges, tees, reducers etc. complete including painting, welding, jointing and neoprene gaskets, nuts, bolts etc. as required of the following pipes painted with one coat of primer & two coats of post office red enamel paint fixed in ceiling, walls, coloumns for all heights with hangers, supports and fasteners including chasing of walls/columns/ceilings etc. and making good the same complete as required i/c dismantalling of old one wherever required and handing over to AAI store complete as reqd.

Supplying and fixing following size weather proof standard hose cabinet outdoor type made of not less than 16 SWG CRCA sheet having central opening glazed door including necessary locking arrangement, painting (one coat primer & two coats of paint) for accomodatating hydrant valves, Hose reel etc.. The words "Hose Cabinet" is to be painted on the Box i/c dismantalling of old one wherever reqd. and handing over to AAI store complete as reqd.

Re-painting of fire fighting pipe line i/c all fittings and valves , fire hydrant boxes etc. with good quality of synthetic enamel paint of approved colour (post box Red) with one or more coats of approved brand i/c scrapping, cleaning etc. complete as per site condition and direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Supplying & fixing of conventional Manual Call Point complte with glass and push button etc as required, i/c dismantalling of old one wherever reqd. and handing over to AAI store complete as reqd.

Supplying & fixing of addressable Manual Call Point for Edwards Panel EST 3 with glass i/c dismantalling of old one wherever required and handing over to AAI store complete as required

Supply of Intelligent Addressable Microprocessor Dual Loop Card of Edward Make (Model EST-3) suitable to existing system

Programming of EST 3 Panel complete with installation complete as required.

Supplying of 2x1.5 sqmm fire survival armoured cable, 600/1000V rated with annealed copper conductor having glass mica fire barrier tape covered by an extruded layer of Cross Linkable Ethylene Propylene Rubber (EPR) insulation and LSZH inner bedding, steel wire armouring & LSZH outer sheath complete as required.

Supply and installation of Glass for the following sizes hose cabinet of 4mm thicknes

Laying of one number 2x1.5 sqmm Fire survival cable of 600V/1.1 KV grade in the existing RCC/ HUME/ METAL pipe as required.
