Taking down ceiling fan of 1200/1400mm sweep from existing position,opening and reassembling after repairs/replacement of defective spare parts like bearing, bushing, capacitor, canopy, clamps, blades etc (except rewinding) including cleaning, greasing and refixing in position as directed and connecting with new flexible twin twisted copper conductor wire of size 0.75 sqmm from connector to ceiling fan and testing complete all as specified and directed. (Note: Spare parts as required shall be measured and paid seperately under relevent items as supply only).

Taking down Exhaust fan of 280mm to 450mm sweep from existing position, opening and reassembling after repairs/replacement of defective spare parts like bearing, bushing, capacitor, clamps, blades etc (except rewinding) including cleaning, greasing and refixing in position as directed and connecting with new flexible twin twisted copper conductor wire of size 0.75 sqmm from connector to exhaust fan and testing complete all as specified and directed. Materials and Labour for painting of ceiling fan, exhaust fan, wall mounting fan and pedestal fan of any size and make with one or more coat of DUCO paint using spray painting machine including filling of cavities with one or more coats of filler complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and Fixing in repair Exhaust fan 250mm sweep of plastic body, single phase including connecting with new flexible twin twisted copper conductor wire of size 0.75 sqmm from connector to exhaust fan complete all as specified and directed.. Make : Usha Cat Part No - 250mm CRISP AIR LX EXHAUST FAN or its equivalent complete all as specified and directed.

Disconnecting and taking down carefully geyser of capacity 25/50 litres (horizontal/vertical type) of any make after properly disconnecting from inlet/outlet water supply line and making necessary servicing/repairing/overhauling and reinstalling in position duly connected and tested complete all as specified and directed .( Note:(i) Servicing includes repairing of small leakages of copper shell, replacement of worn out GI studs, nuts, washers, cleaning of inner copper shell and outer cover with replacement of glass wool, rubber gasket and washer. (ii)Spare parts as required shall be measured and paid under relevent items as supply only.)

Materials and Labour for complete removal of existing paint and preparing surfaces of geyser 25 litres capacity, applying one coat of anti corrosive paint internally and two coats of white synthetic enamel paint externally with using spray painting machine including writing letters on outer surface as per existing pattern with black paint complete all as specified and directed.

Materials and Labour for complete removal of existing paint and preparing surfaces of geyser 50 litres capacity, applying one coat of anti corrosive paint internally and two coats of white synthetic enamel paint externally with using spray painting machine including writing letters on outer surface as per existing pattern with black paint complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and Fixing in repair, Top/bottom plates of outer body of 25/50 liters capacity geyser with existing make & specification complete all as specified and directed.

Disconnecting and taking down old geysers of any capacity and make from existing position and either depositing to MES storeyard or shifting to new location complete all as specified and directed.
