Demolition of cement concrete (un-reinforced) in ground floors and pavings not exceeding 15 cm thickness below or above ground level complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in trenches in soft / loose soil, not exc 1.5 m wide and n. exc 1.5 m depth or n exc 10 Sqm on plan & getting out, for laying of cables, foundations of poles, struts, stays etc. and getting out including triming and forming bottom surface complete, all as directed.

Excavation in trenches in soft / loose soil, not exc 1.5 m wide and exc 1.5 m & n. exc 3.0m depth or n exc 10 Sqm on plan & getting out, for laying of cables, foundations of poles, struts, stays etc. and getting out including triming and forming bottom surface complete, all as directed.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cms thick in soft / loose soil back in trenches after cables have been laid and tested, poles, stays , struts have been erected and tested complete all as directed.

Removing excavated materials to a distance not exc 50m and depositing where directed at a level not exc 1.5 m above the starting point in soils complete all as directed.

M & L for PCC 1:4:8 type D-2 using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in foundation of poles/ struts/ stay assembly etc complete all as directed.

M&L for PCC 1:2:4 type C-1 using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in padestal of poles etc including weathring, slightly rounded or chambered angle and throating including use and waste of necessary form work finishing all exposed faces of concrete even and smooth using extra cement complete all as directed.

M & L for 100mm thick cement concrete type B-1, 1:2:4 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) as in flooring laid adopting panel dimension not exceeding 1200mm x 1200mm, finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

Taking out old unserviceable HT UG cable and Supplying, laying, jointing, testing and commissioning 120 Sqmm, 3 core, XLPE insulated, screened, PVC bedded, galvanised steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cable (heavy duty) with aluminum conductors, 11 KV grade of , IS 7098 marked, suitable for HT 11 KV(E) system, laid in trenches / ducts / encased in GI pipe / fixed to pole complete all as specified and directed. (Note :- Excavation & earth work, GI pipe for laying of cable, sand cushioning, cable protection cover shall be measured and paid for seprately under respective items of the schedule.)

S & F Galvanised steel tubing light grade for protection of under ground cable on poles / walls/under road crossing/laid in trenches etc conforming to IS-1239 for following bore complete all as directed:-

100 mm bore (Note : Excavation & earth work shall be measured & paid separately under respective items of this Schedule).

M & L for dry sand cushioning to PVC under ground cable with screened and washed sand and punning to provide a required cover complete all as specified and directed. Note :- Thickness after punning shall be considered for payment.

Supply and laying factory made ISI marked un-reinforced precast concrete cable cover class HV type I flat of size 300mm x 180mm x 40mm complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing HT cable route indicator made out of standard cast iron body firmly mounted on angle iron of size 40mm x 40mm x 5mm 750mm long along HT cable trench including embedding of route indicator in PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 block of size 15cmx15cmX30cm deep, complete all as directed.

Supplying, transporting to site, erecting and fixing in true vertical position, Steel tubular swaged pole, 11 metres long, type 410 SP-55, complete with cast iron base plate, pole cap, finial taper plug, bolts, nuts, washers etc including painting with two coats of aluminium paint over one coat of red oxide primer including 3 nos band/straps in red post office box colour (300mm wide EACH) using fluorescent paint commencing at a distance 300mm from padestal of pole and marking pole nos with black synthetic enamelled paint including tarring one coat on steel surface embedded in concrete complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Excavation and earth work, PCC etc shall be measured and paid separately under respective items.

Supply and fixing MS structural steel work in cross arms, bracings, supports, clamps and back plates fabricated (with drilled holes hot and cold etc) from channel/angle iron sections of various size and shape FI clamps (full, half 'D' and earth clamp etc) including necessary MS bolts, nuts, washer etc and painting with two coats of aluminium paint over one coat of red oxide primer complete all as directed.

Taking down old unserviceable GOD and Supply, installing, testing and commissioning of Air-break, gang operated, triple pole switch, outdoor, horizontal mounting type (ISI marked), mechanically operated, mounted on insulators for current rating upto 400 Amps complete with operating mechanism fabricated from 25mm bore GI pipe with steel frame worked from ground level, with locking arrnagments including Godrej pattern 65mm pad locks with two keys, complete suitable for HT 11 KV, 50 Hz AC supply and making necessary electric connections, complete all as directed.

S & F in replacement Air break (switch) insulator assembly for 11000 Volts suitable for current rating upto 400 Amps mounted on and including MS base frame and expulsion fuse, 11 KV (earthed) barrel fuse complete all as specified and directed.

S & F Lightening arresters non linear type complete with all fitting, transmission class, discharge capacity 65 KA, 11000 volts grade including clamps nut, bolts & washers and connecting to earth with GI strip/wire complete all as specified and directed

S & F Danger notice plate of size 25x20cm and 1.6mm thick mild steel, vitreous enamelled white, with letter, figures and conventional skull bones in signal red colour and fixed with mild steel clamps, nuts, bolts and washers, clamps made out of 25x3mm flat iron for HT poles/transformers/pillar box etc with voltage and danger indicated in Hindi and English complete all as directed.

Supply only pair of Rubber hand gloves heavy duty ISI marked suitable for working with HT 11000 Volts power supply for swithchgears complete all as specified and directed

Supply, installing, testing and commissioning outdoor type step down transformer, 11000/433 Volts (at no load) AC, 3 phase, 50 Hz capacity 100 KVA, core type, copper wound, oil immersed, naturally cooled, Oil natural, air natural (ONAN), with external cooling tubes, delta connected on primary side (HV) and star connected on secondary side (LV) in accordance with vector symbol. DYN-11 (Vector Group) with neutral brought out on secondary side (LV side) and having tapping at + 2.5% to + 7.5% HV side to be changed by means of hand operated off load tap changer gear. The maximum temperature rise should not exceed 45 degree Celsius in oil and 55 degree Celsius in HV/LV winding when measured by resistance method after continuous full load run on an ambient temp of 40 degree Celsius. The transformer shall be IS : 1180 Level 2 marked and shall comprise of the following :- (a) On HT side (Primary side) consisting of three Nos porcelain bushing with brass spindle with brass nuts and washers to hold the HT cable lugs complete. (b) On LT side (Secondary side) consisting of four Nos porcelain bushing with brass spindle with brass nuts and washers to hold the LT cable lugs complete. (c) Oil conservator with filter type drain valve and oil level guage. (d) De-hydrating breather with first fill dehydrating agent (silica gel).

(r) First filling of new and unused transformer oil IS-335/93 (fourth revision) marked filtered and tested upto 40 KV dielectric strength at 2.5 mm air gap between testing electrodes. (s) One danger notice board having conventional danger sign of skull with bones in painted in red colour. NOTE :- (i) Certification of electric strength shall be submitted by the contractor, after filling the oil. (ii) Connected allied items shall be measured and paid separately under respective items of this BOQ. (iii) The consolidated rate for Srl No. 21.00 & 21.10 shall be quoted

M & L for earthing complete with Copper earth plate 60 cm X 60 cm X 3.15 mm thick buried vertically in ground to depth not less than 2.25 metres deep below ground level, with top edge of earth plate not less than 1.5 m below ground level, connected to copper earth strip of size 20mmx3mm by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanized iron or steel besides welding at all joints as shown in drawing and including excavation and earth work, GI pipe light grade 40mm bore for protection of earth wire and connected to continous earth lead on pole/test point, supplying and laying charcoal dust common salt PCC 1:2:4 type B1, chamber and MS angle iron frame 40x40x3mm and RCC cover 40mm thick (1:2:4) type B1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate reinforced with 6mm dia round bars @ 75mm C/C both ways with MS handle 12mm dia, PGI funnel and wire mesh, 20mm dia GI pipe medium grade for watering all as shown in electrical plate No 5 on srl page No 497 of SSR Part I (2009) drawing and connection to earth test point including testing and including dismantling and taking out old earthing complete all as specified and directed. Note : (i) The cost of earth lead /strip and GI pipe for protection of earth lead/strip upto 7.5m is included in the quoted rate. (ii) The cost of excavation, earth work is included in the quoted rate.
