Earth work in surface excavation not exceeding 30 cm in depth but exceeding 1.5 m in width as well as 10 sqm on plan including getting out and disposal of excavated earth upto 50 m and lift upto 1.5 m, as directed by Engineer-in- Charge:

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level :

1:2:4 (1 Cement : 2 coarse sand (zone-III) derived from natural sources : 4 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size derived from natural sources)

1:4:8 (1 Cement : 4 coarse sand (zone-Ill) derived from natural sources : 8 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size derived from natural sources)

Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form for

Foundations, footings, bases of columns, etc. for mass concrete.

Steel work welded in built up sections/ framed work, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer using structural steel etc. as required.

In gratings, frames, guard bar, ladder, railings, brackets, gates and similar works

Finishing walls with Premium Acrylic Smooth exterior paint with Silicone additives of required shade:

New work (Two or more coats applied @ 1.43 Itr/10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/10 sqm)

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade :

Providing and fixing precast reinforced cement concrete 1:1.5:3 (1 cement : 1.5 coarse sand : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) kilometre stone as per standard design, including finishing smooth in 1:3 cement mortar (1 cement : 3 fine sand) but excluding the cost of earth work, concrete in foundation, painting and lettering etc. which shall be paid for separately_

Providing and applying 2.5 mm thick road marking strips (retro-reflective) of specified shade/ colour using hot thermoplastic materialby fully/ semi automatic thermoplastic paint applicator machine fittedwith profile shoe, glass beads dispenser, propane tank heater andprofile shoe heater, driven by experienced operator on road surfaceincluding cost of material, labour, T&P, cleaning the road surface ofall dirt, seals, oil, grease and foreign material etc. complete as perdirection of Engineer-in-charge and accordance with applicablespecifications.

Providing and fixing retro-reflectorised road delineators made of mild steel shall conform to Type XI sheeting specifications as per IRC: 67 with the height of the pole shall be 800 to 900 mm above the ground with about 200 to 300 mm base which can be anchored into the ground complete as per drawing as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and fixing of retro-reflectorised cautionary, mandatory and informatory sign of various sizes (Square /rectangular/ circular/triangular) made of 2mm thick Aluminium Sheet face to be fully covered with Class B Type-IV High Intensity Micro Prismatic Grade Sheeting as defined in IRC : 67-2010 having approved massages e.g letter, umerals, symbols /legend/arrow etc. in Regional and /or Hindi and /or English as per drawing and Technical Specifications for Road and Bridge works (Fourth Revision). The sign plate will be fixed with miniimum 6 mm dia aluminium rivets back supported on a mild steel angle iron frame of sizes and one vertical GI post of required dia as per drawing and specification firmly fixed to the ground in concrete as per drawing & specification and direction of Engineer-in-charge. (Frame work, post and concrete will paid seperately).
