Note For Item No. 01 To 03 (i) Payments shall be made as per minimum labour wages latest fixed by State Govt/Central Govt whichever is higher. (ii) The quoted rate of bidder shall not be less than minimum fair wages fixed by State Govt/Central Govt (whichever is higher) including GST, LWC, EPF, ESIC etc as applicable, if quoted rate of bidder is lesser than a complete detailed justification for the same shall be uploaded in cover-I. (iii) Empty containers shall be returned by the contractor to the MES store under GE AF TA Gwalior. (iv) It will be the contractor’s responsibility to operate the DG sets, panels and distribution system to maintain the smooth function of installation round the clock. (v) It will be the contractor’s responsibility to operate the pumps, panels and distribution system to maintain the user’s requirement round the clock. (vi) All operator shall be ITI holder or minimum 3 years of work experience. (vii) All operator will wear proper uniform as approved by GE. (viii) For panel recovery on account of non-operation of installation/absent of operators from duty, the recovery amount shall be calculated @ double of rate of minimum fair wages of operator and shall be recovered from the due payments. (ix) Cleaning of workplace instrument/machinery/rest room shall be responsibility of contractor. (x) All tradesmen shall be individually life insured. The insurance certificate shall be kept on record. Qualification/Experience certificate of the employed tradesmen shall be kept on record. (xi) Stationery for operation of installation shall be contractors responsibility (Daily Log Sheet, Attendance register, Wages Register, Routine maintenance Register)

(xii) Log sheets of Singpur range shall be submitted weekly by contractor. (xiii) Operator shall carry out routine check up likely battery & raditor water lavel and will maintain it, if any abnormal noise/fault seems in DG set, operator will immediately inform to concern JE E/M or Engineer-in- Charge.(A record in this regard shall be responsibility of the contractor ). (xiii) The same operator will oprate the pump/panel & distribution system to maintain the user's requirement round the clock. (xiv) Contractor submit the nominal roll of persons to be employed alongwith qualification/experience certificates, Police verification identification certificate to Engineer-in-Charge before deployment of the staff. (xv) Contractor will submit nominal roll within 10 days of acceptance of contract and qualification and experience certificate of tradesmen to Engr-in-charge for approval of GE before commencement of the work. (xvi) Every tradesmen should have his own valid identity card for being Indian citizen. (xvii) All provisions contained in various Labour Laws/Acts and IAFW 2249 as amended from time to time are meticulously followed

Comprehensive Annual Maintenance and break down attendance of DG sets for eleven months as mentioned here in after including periodical services, B-Check falls during currency of contract and preventive maintenance checks as directed by the Engr-in-charge installed at Sub Station No 08 (TACDE), Signal Section/HQ 40 Wing, Sub Station No 02 (06 End) and Akash Missile, ERS,10 Tetra Comprehensive Annual Maintenance for eleven months and break down attendance of central Air conditioning plant (High Side & Low Side) as mentioned here in after. All checks and periodical services and preventive maintenance of plants as specified and recommended by the respective manufacturers in addition if any installed at Avionic Lab complete with replacement of defective parts during breakdowns, consumables and necessary tools & plants as required etc. DG Sets :- (a) DG Set 320 KVA , 3 Phase , with AMF Panel - 02 No. (b) DG Set 500 KVA, 3 Phase, with AMF Panel - 02 No. (c) DG Set 125 KVA, 3 Phase , with AMF Panel - 02 No. (d) DG Set 40 KVA, 3 Phase , with AMF Panel - 01 No. (e) DG Set 40 KVA, 3 Phase , with AMF Panel - 01 No. (f) DG Set 100 KVA, 3 Phase , with AMF Panel - 01 No. AC Plant 3 X 11 TR Package type a) Condenser motor 3 HP – 06 Nos b) FRP cooling tower complete 60 TR – 01 Nos c) Cooling tower return 3 HP motor – 01 Nos d) 5.5 TR Scroll Compressor – 06 Nos e) Cooling Coil – 03 Nos f) Electrical 3 pole power contactors of different capacity from 12 to 40 Amp and relays 9 to 12 Amp with timers and NONC h) Chilled water pipe lines of different sizes with insulation, ducts and diffusers.

(A) NOTE for DG Set under Item No.6:- 1. The scope of AMC service includes maintenance, serviceability and supply of healthy DG power supply till the point of AMF Panel output switch gear. Beyond the point shall be maintained by MES. The AMC includes 4 No preventive Maintenance schedules and unlimited breakdown calls. The contractor has to replace all the spares including Lubricating oil complete all as specified by OEM. 2. The contractor shall be responsible for critical spares on shelf recommended by OEM or any other agency as approved by GE for uninterrupted serviceability of DG sets.The preventive maintenance Schedule shall include replacement of Engine oil, Fuel Filters, O rings, coolant etc. 3. The Contractor will ensure Quarterly inspection by qualified technician approved by GE and ensure servicing of DG sets as recommended by OEM and report to this effect shall be produced to GE/AGE E/M soon after every inspection. 4. Minor repairs/maintenance or breakdown attendance can be carried out either by OEM or by deploying any skilled technician. However the spares replaced and workman ship must be acceptable to Engr-in-charge during the periodical inspections. 5. All electrical and mechanical spares (Controller card, Display, AMF Panel Spares) including Major and Minor repairs at Engine side and Alternator side is covered in the Comprehensive Maintenance. 6. Replacement of reputed make of Batteries as required at site included in the Comprehensive Maintenance. 7. Maintenance and de-scaling of Radiator, fan belts and painting of DG set with synthetic enamel paint of approved color and writing MES and SM numbers during the currency of the contract is included in the scope of work 8. POL shall be issued from E/M Tech Area Stores under Sch B free for filling only in the DG sets as nad when required. The required transportation is included in the quoted rate. 9. It is the responsibility of the Contractor to ensure smooth and uninterrupted services of DG set round the clock till the user end.

(B) NOTE for AC Plant under Item No.6:- 1. The AC plants (High Side) shall be inspected and serviced once in 3 months by authorized service engineer of OEM or any other qualified technician approved by GE. A detailed inspection / service report hall be submitted to the Eng-in-Charge after every Visit of technician of the OEM or any other agency as approved by GE. In case of repair/ breakdown, rectification shall be attended & Plant shall be made functional within 48 hours from the time of reporting the complaint in the complaint register specifically maintained for this purpose. Attendance of repairs and servicing of main plant (High end equipment) is to be carried out by technician as approved by GE only. The Maintenance of Low End System to be carried out as per relevant item as described below. Comprehensive Annual Maintenance for eleven months and break down attendance of central air conditioning plant (Low Side) equipment other than mentioned in Item above from AHU to final diffusers including Electrical control panels as mentioned here in after. All checks and periodical services and preventive maintenance and replacement of defective items of plants as specified and recommended by the respective manufacturers. List of tentative jobs to be carried out for complete AC plant is appended below. a) Complete checking and inspection (Quarterly) of Air Handling unit and replacement of Belts, spares of AHU and replacement of damaged insulation, rewinding of electric Motors (Chilled water, Condenser water.AHU, Cooling tower) Contractor has to provide standby spares to ensure continuous operation of the pants till the spare is repaired or rectified. b) All electrical Motors insulation checks if required and as directed by the Engr-in-charge. Replacement of defective Scroll compressors, chilled water pipe lines with all types and sizes of connected valves, chilled water pipe line with insulation, if required shall be replaced which is deemed to be included in the quoted rate. c) No of breakdown calls Unlimited in a 11 Months including 4 nos routine maintenance visits. d) Repairs to, or replacement of water piping and all types of valves associated with water piping such as gate valve, globe valve, NRV, modulating and mixing valve, makeup water, expansion tanks, File dampers, Modulating Valves, Motorized fire damper, Balancing valves, including any other equipment including insulation works. e) Main electrical panel components for air-conditioning system if required to be repaired/replaced.. f) Painting of plants, insulations on AHU and Ducts, repairs and replacement of diffusers, on equipments and its associated equipments all as directed by Engr-in-charge. g) Repairs to, or replacement of electrical installation like cabling, switch boards, isolators, Contactors, NONC, PCB , controller cards , Relays and timer panels with associated ammeters and voltmeters complete all as specified. h) Refrigerant Gas hall be issued from E/M Tech Area Stores under Sch B free for filling only in the AC Plants as and when required. The required transportation is included in the quoted rate. i) Minimum 4 Nos of De-scaling schedules for cooling tower and condenser are covered in the AMC as and when required. Replacement of nozzles and fills and cleaning of pipe lines, replacement of valves if required are deemed to be included in the quoted rate. (C) NOTE :- 1.The payment for Comprehensive Maintenance Item will be paid on Pro-rata basis to the Contractor. 2. Bidder should have experience interms of Manning/Operation and Maintenance collectively of plant and machinery simultaneously for the same installation set up to be evaluated before financial bidding.
