Taking down old unserviceable/deteriorated batten/PVC conduit point wiring aluminium/ copper from existing place i.e. light, fan, socket or power points complete with all unserviceable fittings such as switches, sockets,bell push , ceiling rose, pendants, Holders, etc and making good all disturbed surface to wall, floor etc by means of cement mortar (1 : 3) or plaster of Paris and to match / finish new surface as the existing surface either by using same colour distemper, Putti or white / colour wash all as required and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for concealed point wiring on wall and ceiling/roof with necessary fixing arrangements with PVC-FRLS insulated and unsheathed copper multi-stranded conductor of size 1.5 Sqmm, 1100 volts grade drawn in and including rigid non metallic white / ivory PVC conduit medium grade ISI marked not less than 20 mm dia with all conduit accessories/ fittings such as junction boxes, bends, tee, elbow etc including anodized MS sunken boxes made out of MS sheet of thickness not less than 1.6 mm with earth dolly and Bakelite laminated sheet 3mm thick ISI marked for fixing of switches / sockets, fan regulators, wall mounting fittings, door bell & bulkhead etc with MS screw and cup washers including PVC-FRLS insulated and unsheathed copper multi-stranded conductor of size 1.5 Sqmm, 1100 volts grade for continuous earthing including cutting the chases and making good the surface by cement mortar (1:3) and for matching / finishing of new surfaces either by means of plaster of Paris/ Putti or distemper / colour wash with same existing colour surfaces all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge for the following:- Make of wire-Havells/Finolex/Polycab and Make of pipe- plaza, kalinga, AKG

M&L for gas refrigent F-22/R-134A in the sealed system of water cooler any make and capacity after checking the leakage / pressure vacuminising flushing the sealed system including replacement of capilary Tube, Gas filter all as directed.

Dismantling and supply and fixing the blower motor of water cooler 1/32 HP, 1250 RPM capacity, 230 volts single phase and taking out burnt out copper winding wire from motor and M&L for rewinding the electric motor with super enamelled copper winding wire of same size and gauge including insulation material, varnish and reassemble and refixing the motor complete including replacement of unserviceable spares all as directed.

Disconnection from mains for servicing of water cooler of cap upto 180 Ltrs and cleaning /serviceing , overhauling of cooling coil with vacum cleaner or other cleaning solution incl checking the serviceability for other components working condition all as specified and directed Note : Replacement of defective parts/ spares will be measured and paid seperately under relevent items and labour charges for fixing of defective spares shall deemed to be included in unit rate quoted.
