SCHEDULE `A' PART - XV MISC ITEMS (To be quoted by the tenderer)

LIFT WORK Supply and fix, MCCB, 4 pole 415 volt 63 Amps 25KA with adjustable thermal and fix magnetic setting complete all as specified and directed.

FIRE FIGHTING WORK M&L PVC insulated copper conductor flat submersible cable 1100 volts grade of 10 Sqmm 3 core size drawn through PVC conduit fixed on wall with all accessories to connect terrace pump complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply, installation, commisioning & testing of electric driven mono block centrifugal pumping set having discharge capacity of 900 LPM at 36 m head, with bronze impeller and SS shaft with electric motor 3 phase, 415 volt AC of suitable capacity but not less than 10 HP mounted on common base plate/MS channel and PCC 1:4:8 type D-2 (using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregates) foundation of suitable size as per manufacturer recommondation (minimum 400mm all around) including jointing with delivery & suction with required jointing material complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix cast iron air release valve with single air outlet conforming to IS 4845 of size 20 mm dia bore and fixing up in MS pipe 100 mm bore complete set all as specified and as directed.

Supply, laying & testing PVC insulated, PVC Sheathed cable galvanized steel strip armoured, electric control cable (Heavy duty) with stranded copper conductor of size 4 Core, 2.5 Sqmm(for connection to main panel and talk back system) 1100 Volts grade fixed on wall/ceiling complete, all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix glow in dark FIRE EXIT sign board with man running arrow symbol and stair of dimension 12cmX6cmX8 mm decorative transparent acrylic, including fixing arrangement complete all as specified and directed

Supply and fix branch pipe with nozzle of 20mm dia for hose reel conforming to IS 8090 complete, all as specified and directed.

Supply, Installation, testing and commissioning of 120 Watt Amplifier complete, all as specified and directed.

Supply and laying of public address copper wire 2 Core 1.5 Sqmm complete, all as specified and directed.

Supply, Installation, Testing and commissioning of Single master/mixer power console panel and 8 way slave for talk back system complete all as required (Control Room)

GEYSER WORK Supply installation/fixing wall mounted vertical electric water heater storage type 25 litre capacity, easy to install/maintence friendly, single phase 230 volts AC, energy efficient minimum 4 star rating, rust free steel body and single welded inner tank coated with corrosion resistant insulated material pressure rating 8 bar, complete with adjustable thermostate & pressure relief valve and other safety feature to protect against high temprature, pressure, dry heating, thermal auto cut off/on functional and electric shock etc complete all as specified.

M&L for stop valve cast copper alloy screw down high pressure with handle screwed both ends fancy type chromium plated for 15mm bore GI pipe completed all as specified and directed.

Supply, installation/fixing and testing wall mounted vertical electric water heater(Geyser) instantaneous type 3 litre/3KW, single phase 230 volts AC energy efficient 5 star rating, rust free & shock proof ABS body with inner tank stainless steel, pressure rating 0.65 mpa bar, ISI mark, with LED indicator of hotness of water, multifunctional safety valve copper flexible connections etc for kitchen complete all as specified and shown on drawings.

SEWAGE DISPOSAL WORK Construction of RCC septic tank conventional type designed to carry sewage and sludge water, excvation in any type of soil PCC 1:4:8 below foundation, RCC M-30 design mix in Walls, Base slab, baffle wall and roof slab including beams etc with vent shaft , manhole opening with connection etc complete with effective depth of 1.5 m for 150 user complete all as specified and shown on drawings.

Construction of Soakage well excavation in any type of soil , fdn in PCC 1:3:6 walls of honey combed masonary with top ring of M25 concrete including intercepting chamber and screen chamber made of brick masonary in CM ,RCC cover slab in M-25/SFRC cover, interconnecting pipes of RCC/DWC complete filled with brick bats of size 3 m dia x 4.5 m effective depth complete all as specified and shown on drawing.

EXTERNAL WATER SUPPLY WORK Supply, installation, connecting and testing sluice valve cast iron body class-PN 1.6 with flanged ends drilled 100mm (4") dia. ISI marked (IS:14846:2000) having brass spindle with iron wheel at top with nuts bolts washers rubber gasket etc complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing swing type single disc cast iron foot valve (IS:4038) with screwed ends size 100 mm bore, for iron pipe complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, installation, connecting and testing swing check type reflex valves (Non return) cast iron body class PN 1.6 design with flanged ends drilled suitable for the size 100mm bore of pipes ISI marked (IS:5312:2004 part-1) with nuts bolts washers rubber gasket etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for earth work & cutting cast iron GI water mains pipes for tapping and reducing to required length in position for insertion of tees for branch connections of the internal dia pipe including Supply and fixing new tees upto 150mmx150mmx80mm of collar double side end socket and one side end flanged of using required lead joint etc all as specified and directed by eng-in-charge.

M & L for construction of brick masonry valve pit of size 950cmx950cmx750mm (internal dimensions) of chamber, depth of chamber to be reckoned from the top of PCC in foundation to top of MS cover and including MS sheet cover fabricated from 3.15mm thick MS sheet and frame of angle iron 50x50x6mm with fixing arrangement, hinges and locking arrangement and painting with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer on MS cover and frame including necessary excavation earth work in any type of soil, returning, filling in, disposal of surplus soil, PCC (1:2:4) work, complete all as specified and shown on drawings.

The box shall provided with and including 4 Nos, 100 Amps aluminum bus bar mounted on porcelain insulators including one no. Supplying and fixing new GI Pipe brackets made out of 32 mm dia GI pipe, medium grade, 1.5 m length, bent to shape , fixed with two Nos 25x3 mm size flat mild steel clamps made to shape and size and suitable nuts bolts and washers etc compete all as specified and directed.

(c) ALTERNATOR :- Shall be self excited, self regulated, brush less for 82.5 KVA continuous operation at the speed of 1500 RPM at 415 volts, 50Hz , three phase four wire system with advance automatic voltage regulator to ensure high voltage accuracy with + 1% with class H insulation and SPDP enclosure directly coupled with engine through flexible coupling and confirming IS- 13364/4722 or BS-2613 of 1970 complete- 1 No. (D) Common fabricated base frame for engine & alternator made from structural channel, jerk proof PCC 1:2:4 type B1 foundation including adequate number of .suitable anti-vibration pads all as per the recommendation of the manufacture- 01 No (NOTE:- Cost of suitable size of PCC foundation is deemed to be included in the unit rate quoted by the contractor. (E) Bottom mounted steel fuel tank fabricated out of 14 SWG MS sheet of capacity not less than 8 hrs continuous operation, inside canopy, with fuel level guage, drain plug, locking arrengements, etc with & including GI pipe connections duly laid as per engineering practice complete.

(x) By pass arrangement by provding change over switch of 200Amps 4 Pole 02 Nos in separate panel box to be installed with AMF & connecting with AMF through proper cable/bus bar of adequate ratings (xi) control wiring from DG set/control panel to AMF panel with copper cable of suitable size & cores including PVC flexible pipe. Note : AMF Panel shall be installed out side the acoustic enclosure.

M&L for earthing complete with galvanized steel earth plate electrode 60cm x 60cm x 6mm thick buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 meters below ground level) with top edge of earth plate not less than 1.5 meters below ground level connected to GI strip 32x6 mm dia by means of galvanized nuts, bolts, washers with connected to of GI or steel, PCC (concrete chamber of size 300 mm x 300 mm x 300 mm inside dimension) shall be PCC 1:3:6 type C-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate with fair finish , internal surface of concrete chamber shall be given 15mm thick plaster in CM 1:4, funnel with wire mesh, 80 mm thick PCC pit cover 320 mm x 320 mm of RCC 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate reinforced with XPM, JALLI and charcoal dust and common salt all as shown in electrical plate No 3 of MES SSR Part-I (2009) and specified including provision of earth wire protected by 40mm dia medium grade GI pipe and watering GI pipe shall be 20mm bore medium grade etc complete, all excavation and earth work & connecting the earthing to an earthing test point main switch board as specified and testing on completion complete all as specified & directed.
