Providing and laying cement concrete of specified grade including curing but excluding the cost of centering and shuttering. All work upto plinth level with: a) 1:3:6 (1 cement:3 coarse sand:6 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size) with 20% boulders.

Providing and laying cement concrete in retaining walls, return walls, walls (any thickness) including attached pilasters, columns, piers, abutments, pillars, posts,struts, buttresses, string or lacing courses, parapets, coping, bed blocks, anchors blocks, plain window sills, fillets etcupto floor V level, including curing but excluding the cost of centring, shuttering and finishing with. a) 1:3:6 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand : 6 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) with 20% boulers.

Dry random rubble masonry with hard stone in foundation and plinth: without bond stone.

Foundation, footings, bases of columns etc. for mass concrete.

Retaining walls, return walls, walls (any thickness) including attached pilasters buttresses, plinth and string course fillets, kerbs andsteps etc.

Dumping stones in horizontal i.e. on level including cost of stones.

Hand packing stones in wire crates of B.A. wire 4mm & mesh of size 10cm x 10 cm including cost of stones wire crates, including lids & all leads & lift (complete job). The wire crates length should not exceed 6.00 mtr.
