Dust suppression of road surface using 9/12/15/18 KL capacity tanker to keep the road surface properly wet including hiring charges of tankers.All the tools and plants,payment of drivers,cost of POL etc.All complete as per instruction of Engineer-in-charge as detailed below(in all 03(three)shifts.From July to Sep 5 times(1st shift-2 time,2nd shift-2 time and 3 shift 1 time)From Oct to Jan-7 times(1st shift-3time,2nd shift-3 time and 3rd shift 1 time).From Feb to June 8 TIMES(1st shift-3 time,2nd shift-3 times and 3rd shift 2 time).NOTE(1)Minimum 03 nos tankers of 9/12/15/18KL or equivalent capacity each required to be engaged during July to Sep.(2)05 nos tankers from Oct to January of 9/15/18 KL Capacity.(3)5 nos tankers from Feb to June of 9/12/15/18 KL Capacity.and additional 2 nos stand by tanker has to be provided by the agency during full claim period against break down.(Tanker 9000 ltr. capacity or equivalent for calculation purpose as required).(4)Bidders are requested to quote their rate as per scope of work enclosed in NIT.(5)Tankers shall be allowed to be deployed after checking the road worthiness by E&M Department.(6)45 days period out of year is to be considered for wet days on which dust suppression may not be required.(7) No. of trips considered in each session may vary as per site condition.(8)The tanker shall be fitted with GPS and accordingly as per GPS reading bill shall be prepared.(9)Water shall be made available from any of the water filling points in mine areas and no additional claims on account of this shall be allowed.(10)The agency has to visit and get acquainted with the route and various water filling points of mine before quoting their bids.
