Dismantling posts or struts (wood, steel or RCC) any section, including taking out embedded portion and making good disturbed ground concrete brick work, masonry complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L PCC type D2 1:4:8 Using 40mm graded stone aggregate in fdn filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F angles and flats for post and struts in fencing including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire etc, flat iron fillets (for securing wire mesh etc.) including all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting, etc., and similar work conforming to Fe-290 GdeE-165 complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply only chain link MS galvanised fencing of any size or any type complete all as specified and as directed.

Fixing only chain link fencing including lines wires, any mesh, size and type to any type of standards rails, straining bolts, etc including provision of binding wire complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and Fix mild steel bolts, purpose made, with hexagonal or square headed one end and screwed the other, or screwed the both ends and each end to be fitted with washers and one hexagonal or square nut 12mm dia and n.exc. 15cm long complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L rendering 15mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 on other than fair faces of brick surfaces of walls finished the surface fair and even without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for washed stone grit plaster on exterior walls in two layers, under layer 12mm cement plaster 1:4 (1 cement: 4 coarse sand ) furrowing the under layer with scratching tool, applying cement slurry on the under layer @ 3 Kg of cement per square metre, top layer 15mm cement plaster 1:1/2:2 (1 cement: 1/2 coarse sand : 2 white marble stone chipping 10mm nominal size with colour compound) in panels with groove all around as per approved pattern including scrubbing and washing, the top layer with brushes and water to expose the stone chippings complete all as specified and directed. (Payment for providing grooves shall be made separately).

Forming groove of uniform size 15 mm wide and 15 mm deep in the top layer of washed stone grit plaster as per approved pattern using wooden battens, nailed to the under layer including removal of wooden battens, repair to the edges of panels and finishing the groove complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete (Unreinforced) in ground floors and pavings not exc 15cm thickness (Below or above Ground level) including tiles, etc, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for removing demolished concrete to a distance exc 500 mtr and not exc 1.50 km and depositing where directed complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for heavy duty coloured (approved colour) fully vitrified paver parking tiles of size 300mmx300mmx10-12mm thick, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in coloured or white cement to match the shade of tiles over and including 15 mm thick screed in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and as directed. (Make : Ultra Tiles (Model-Crown) or Equivalent model of Unistone/ Duracrete)

M&L for Providing precast reinforced cement concrete louvers and jallies type B-0, 1:2:4 using 12.5 mm graded stone aggregate and set in cement mortar 1:6, 35mm thick (measured solid), including all mouldings but excluding frame and applying two coats of white wash complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of stone slabs and roof tiles laid bedded and pointed in any mortar and cladding tiles of any description or thickness in floors, aprons, walls, etc and removing the debris off MOD land complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for providing plain cement concrete, type B-1, 1:2:4 (using 12.5 mm graded stone aggregate) as in roof padding, Gola, etc including cleaning the surface by wire brushing complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 20 mm thick rendering on concrete surface of roof with cement mortar 1:4 finished even and fair including mixing of water proofing compound as per manufacturers instruction complete all as specified and as directed. (Note : Water proofing compound shall be measured and paid separately)

Supply only water proofing compound (powder) complete all as specified & as directed.

M&L for roof treatment with polymeric membrance (APP based) with non woven polyster mat as reinforcement with following:- (a) M&L for cleaning the new plastered surface and providing & laying a coat of cold applied bitumen 85/25 based primer on entire surface @ 0.30 Ltr/Sqm on dry and clean surface. (b) M&L for providing & laying APP based polymeric membrane of 3 mm thickness of weight of 3.0 Kg/Sqm with non woven polyster fibre as reinforcement on primed surface by torch application with 15 cm end over laps & 10 cm side over laps etc as per manufacturers instruction. (Make:- IWL India Ltd, STP Ltd and Torch Tar Membrane, Asian Paints smart care APP membrane) (c) M&L for finishing of top surface by a coat of aluminium paint complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise described complete all as specified and as directed

S&F of framed work such as in gates of a ornamental type including pintle hinges, hold fasts, locking arrangements with ends of bars shouldered and / or riveted or forged into spikes framed guard bar made out of MS rolled section including one coat of red oxide and two coat of synthetic enamel paint including end post fix to the existing member complete all as specified and as directed.
