REPAIR/ MAINTENANCE OF LT PANEL BOARDS/FEEDER PILLAR BOXES,

Excavation in trenches in soft/ loose soil n. exc. 1.50m wide and n. exc. 1.50m deep and getting out complete all as specified and directed.

Returning filling in including spreading, levelling, watering & well ramming in layers not exceeding 25cm thick in soft/ loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated soil to a distance not exceeding 50m and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and lay fine sieved excavated dry soil cushioning spreading levelling for cable trenches all as specified and directed (Punned thickness only shall be measured and paid) complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and laying well burnt bricks sub class 'B' in trenches for cable protection of U/G cable all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charges.

Taking out the existing PVC/XLPE, 1100 grade, LT UG electric cable of size 95sqmm x3.5 core trenches/ walls (or) passing through pipes/in floor and removing the unserviceable fault cable and carefully stacking the serviceable cable for reusing complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Excavation and Earth work shall be measured and paid separately under appropriate items:-

All as per item No. 6.00 above but cable size 150 sqmm 3.5 core.

All as per item No. 6.00 above but cable size 185 sqmm 3.5 core.

All as per item No. 6.00 above but cable size 240 sqmm 3.5 core.

Laying only the under ground cable any type obtained from Items No -06 above in trench/wall/floor etc. connecting with suitable cable lugs/sleeves etc. and size 95 sqmm 3.5 core complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No. 10.00 above but cable size 150 sqmm 3.5 core.

All as per item No. 10.00 above but cable size 185 sqmm 3.5 core.

All as per item No. 10.00 above but cable size 240 sqmm 3.5 core.

Supply & Lay in trenches fixed on wall (or) passing through pipes/in floors connecting up testing and commissioning of XLPE insulated armoured LT UG electric cable with aluminium conductor 1100V grade of size 95 sqmm 3.5 core complete all as specified and as directed.

All as per item No. 14.00 above but cable size 150 sqmm 3.5 core.

All as per item No. 14.00 above but cable size 185 sqmm 3.5 core.

All as per item No. 14.00 above but cable size 240 sqmm 3.5 core.

M&L cable jointing kit for PVC/XLPE/ LT UG cable jointing straight through heat shrink type joints complete with jointing material and accessories suitable for 95 sqmm 3.5 core cable incl taking down old unserviceable ones complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No. 18.00 above but for 150 to 185 sqmm 3.5 core cable.

All as per item No. 18.00 above but for 240 to 300 sqmm 3.5 core cable.

Supply and laying GI tube light grade 100mm bore with suitable joints and clamps laid in trenches/ fixed on walls complete including taking down old pipe complete all as specified and directed.

S&F for PCC type B1 1:2:4 (20mm graded aggregate) in lintels upto 1.5m clear span, cills, steps; seismic and other similar bands, plinth courses, string courses, lacing courses, parapets and railings upto 60 cm in height, copings, kneelers, apex stones, bed plates, kerbs not provided, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for painting of 3 coats of white wash on walls/lintels including preperation of new surfaces all as specified and directed.

Dismantling the existing LT Panel board after disconnecting Incoming and outgoing cables with earth connections and moving the dismantled panel board from the site and re-installing the same panel board on the new PCC platform, including connecting the incoming and outgoing cable along with earth wire , testing amd commissioning complete all as directed. Note :- PCC platform and connected works will be measured and paid seperatly under relavent items.

Fabrication and installation of cable route indicator made out of 10 mm thick CI plate , oval shape of suitable size and embossed with Mark of " MES LT Cable " including 30 cm length angle iron support and embedded in and including PCC and taking down old unserviceable ones complete all as specified and directed.

S& F for GI earthing strip 25x4 mm with nut and bolts complete including taking down old one complete all as specified and directed.

S&F of GI Strip ISI marked of size 32 x6 mm complete with nuts, bolts and washers,buried in ground including excavation and taking down old unserviceable ones complete all as specified and directed.

Automatic Power Factor Correction (APFC) Panel for 3 Phase, 415 V & 50 Hz system of capacity 2 KVAR including MCCB complete all as specified and directed.

Including taking down the old panel required at site and comprising following:- Note :- (i) The rate deemed to be inclusive of disconnecting the LT cable and reconnecting the same with suitable size of cable glands and conneting complete. (ii) LT danger notice with conventional skull and bones indication written with English and local language.

Repair/maint for LT panel any type and any sice and scraping, removal of rust and complete removal of existing painting, cleaning and applying spray painting with two coats of synthetic enamel paint after attending welding work to corroded portion over a coat of red oxide primer and black for foundation/bases frame including writing of feeder name complete all as specified and as directed.

Earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode of size 60cm x 60cm x 6 mm thick burried directly in ground( earth pit not less than 2.25 m deep below the normal groungnd level) with top edgee of the plate not less than 1.5m below normal GL connected to GI earth strip of size 32x6 mm by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts washers of GI or steel all as shown in electrical plate No-5 of SSR Part I connected to machanery/equipments installed power house/sub station all as specified including testing on completion complete all as specified and as directed.. Note No-1 the unit rate shall also include for excavation earth work in any type of soil PCC (1:3:6) type C1 pit RCC 1:2:4 type B-1 cover reinforced with 8 mm dia CTD bars @ 150mm C/C both ways funnel with 15mm bore GI watering pipe 20mm dia bore GI protection pipe wire mesh and copper lugs complete in addition to item No 1(a) to (e) of preamble ( Notes) Under sub heading earthing specified on SI page NO-389 of SSR Part-II 2004.
