Excavation in Soil using Hydraulic Excavator and Tippers with disposal upto 1000 m. Excavation for roadwork in soil with hydraulic excavator of 0.9 cum bucket capacity including cutting and loading in tippers, trimming bottom and side slopes, in accordance with requirements of lines, grades and cross-sections, and transporting to the embankment location with a lift upto 1.5 m and lead upto 1000 m as per Technical Specification Clause 302.3

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:1:2 (1 cement : 1 Sand : 2 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) and curing complete excluding cost of form work. Walls including attached buttersses,pilasters and their caps and bases and string courses etc. upto floor two level:

Providing form work with steel plates 3.15mm.thick welded with angle iron in frame 30x30x5mm. so as to give a fair finish including centring, shuutering, strutting and propping etc. with wooden battens and ballies, height of propping and centring below supporting floor to ceiling not exceeding 4 Mtrs. and removal of the same for insitu-reinforced oncrete & plain concrete work in:Foundation, footings basis of columns etc. and mass concrete.

Providing mild Tor steel reinforce-ment for R.C.C. work including bending, binding and placing in position complete upto floor two level Tor Steel :

Providing weapholes in brick masonry / stone masonry /plain reinforced concrete abutment, wing wall, return wall with 100 mm dia PVC pipe extending through the full with of the structures with slop of 1(v):20(H) towards drawing face complete as per drawing and technical specification clauses 614, 709, 1204.3.7

Providing & making Gabion structure with Mechanically Woven Double Twisted Hexagonal Shaped Wire mesh Gabion Boxes as per IS 16014:2012,MORTH Clause 2500, of required size, Mesh Type 10x12 (D=100 mm with tolerance of ± 2%) Zinc coated, Mesh wire diameter 3.0 mm, mechanically edged/selvedged with partitions at every 1m interval and shall have minimum 10 numbers of openings per meter of mesh perpendicular to twist, tying with lacing wire of diameter 2.2mm, supplied @3% by weight of Gabion boxes, filled with boulders with least dimension of 200 mm, as per drawing, all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Cement Concrete Pavement: Construction of un-reinforced, dowel jointed at expansion and construction joint only, plain cement concrete pavement, thickness as per design, over a prepared sub base, with 43 grade cement or any other type as per Clause 1501.2.2 M30 (Grade), coarse and fine aggregates conforming to IS:383, maximum size of coarse aggregate not exceeding 25 mm, mixed in a concrete mixer of not less than 0.2 cum capacity and appropriate weigh batcher using approved mix design, laid in approved fixed side formwork (steel channel, laying and fixing of 125 micron thick polythene film, wedges, steel plates including levelling the formwork as per drawing), spreading the concrete with shovels, rakes, compacted using needle, screed and plate vibrators and finished in continuous operation including provision of contraction and expansion, construction joints, applying debonding strips, primer, sealant, dowel bars, near approaches to bridge/culvert and construction joints, admixtures as approved, curing of concrete slabs for 14days using curing compound (where specified) and water finishing lines and grade as per drawing and Technical specification clause 1501

Construction of hill side drain in accordance with the requirement of specifications true to lines and grades. Dimesions and other particulars as per drawing and Technical Specification Clause 1606.1: Plain cement concrete M20 grade including form work.

Laying of Polypropylene, nonwoven mechanically geotextiles 200 gsm including cost of supply, storage and transportation upto site as per specification.

Providing and fixing Rock Anchors 25 mm dia in 5.0 meter in to rock.

Providing and Laying cement concrete 1:4:8 with 15% plams and curing complete including the cost of farmwork for plain/reinforced concrete in retaining walls, breast walls, the size of plum should be 150 to 300 mm as per drawing and HP.PWD technical specifications.

Providing and laying parapet with PCC M 15 as per drawing & technical specifications Clauses 800 and 1208.4.Nominal mix (1:2.5:5)
