REPAIR MAINTENANCE REPLACEMENT OF CEILING FAN EXHAUST FAN WALL FAN INCLUDING OTHER FANS FOR OTM MD ACCN AND OLD UNSERVICEABLE ALUMINIUM WIRING LIGHT FITTINGS MCB DBS EARTHING ETC FOR D ZONE C ZONE E ZONE MD ACCN INCLUDING NEARBY AREA UNDER AGE

M&L for identifying and rectifying day to day complaints of ceiling fan / exhaust fan / wall fan / cabin fan / pedstral fan or any type and any size fans at site on daily including taking down celiing fan / exhaust fan / Wall fan of any type / make / sweep from its location at OTM & Md accn under GE Bengdubi area, servicing of fans after removing blades, opening of fan at site and cleaning ball bearing, gun metal bush, filling grease /oil and changing of nut , screwes, check nuts, rubber reel, nut & bolts of size 15 mm to 60 mm including replacing defective condensor, ball bearing, conecting wire, gun metal bush,lock nuts, cross pin, ceiling rose etc if required and re-assembling of fan, blades, down rod, conopy etc and hanging back fan to its original location after cleaning of body, connecting to ceiling rose complete all as specified and directed. Note : (i) all spare i.e condenser, ball bearing, flexible wire, bush shall be measured and paid under relevent item. (ii) Cost of petty stores such as grease, lubricating oil, varnish, coil tie, lock nut , cross pin,check nuts,rubber seal etc are deemed to be included in quated rate. (iii) Labour cost for replacing spare parts are deemed to be inclusive in the quoted rate. (iv) Only replacement of fan capacitor will not be measured in the same item without taking down of fan.

Taking down carefully ceiling fan any sweep size and any make after disconnecting the electrical connection, dismantling the blades and removing fan incl blades to the work shop for rewinding including cleaning and dismantling the fan into parts and segregation of unserviceable parts, replacement of unserviceable spares parts with new parts including necessary machining work and lubricating with approved grade of grease and necessary minor soldering work (if required) and re-assembling the fan, testing and refixing the fan in same position including all electrical connection and material and labour for replacement of two nos split pins, one connection block and one rubber reel all as specified and as directed. Note : (i) Rewinding work of armature shall be measured and paid separately. (ii) New spare parts required for replacing old burn out parts shall be measured and paid separately. (iii) Labour cost for replacing spare parts are deemed to be inclusive in the quoted rate.

Material and labour for removing burnt copper winding of ceiling fans 1200 mm sweep including necessary dismantling, cutting and removing of unsv windings, cleaning, segregation of serviceable and unsv parts including re-windings of complete fan winding with super enameled copper wire of existing gauge and weight of approved make and brand and taping, quick heat varnishing, baking, drying in heat chamber to obtain proper insulating resistance and reassembling the fans including replacement of other unsv parts and testing complete all as specified and as directed.

All as pr item No. 03.00 above but for 1400 mm sweep ceiling fan all as specified and as directed.

Taking down carefully Exhaust fan any sweep size and any make after disconnecting the electrical connection, dismantling the blades and removing fan incl blades to the work shop for rewinding including cleaning and dismantling the fan into parts and segregation of unserviceable parts, replacement of unserviceable spares parts with new parts including necessary machining work and lubricating with approved grade of grease and necessary minor soldering work (if required) and re-assembling the fan, testing and refixing the fan in same position including all electrical connection and material and labour for replacement of two nos split pins, one connection block and one rubber reel all as specified and as directed. Material and labour for removing burnt copper winding of Exhaust fans upto 300 mm sweep including necessary dismantling, cutting and removing of unsv windings, cleaning, segregation of serviceable and unsv parts including re-windings of complete fan winding with super enameled copper wire of existing gauge and weight of approved make and brand and taping, quick heat varnishing, baking, drying in heat chamber to obtain proper insulating resistance and reassembling the fans including replacement of other unsv parts and testing complete all as specified and directed.

All as pr item No.06.00 above but for above 300 mm sweep and upto 450 mm sweep Exhaust fan all as specified and as directed.

Taking down carefully Wall mounting Fan any sweep size and any make after disconnecting the electrical connection, dismantling the blades and removing fan incl blades to the work shop for Rewinding including cleaning and dismantling the fan into parts and segregation of unserviceable parts, replacement of unserviceable spares parts with new parts including necessary machining work and lubricating with approved grade of grease and necessary minor soldering work (if required) and re-assembling the fan , testing and refixing the fan in same position including all electrical connection and material and labour for replacement of two nos split pins, one connection block and one rubber reel all as specified and as directed. Note: (i) Rewinding work of armature shall be measured and paid separately. (ii) New spare parts required for replacing old burn out parts shall be measured and paid separately. (iii) Labour cost for replacing spare parts are deemed to be inclusive in the quoted rate.

Material and labour for taking out and removing burnt copper winding of wall mounting fan of any sweep size, cleaning the armature, rewinding the fan armature for wall fan of any size with new super enamelled copper wire of existing gauge including supply and fixing necessary insulating materials etc and varnishing with approved grade of insulation varnish and heating up and testing all as specified and as directed.

Supply only bearing No. 6201/6202 for ceiling / Exhaust fan. (Make - TATA/SKF/NBC/HCH ).
