Erection of Lattice type main and auxiliary Sub-station structures (ATM, BTM, AXM, CCM,CGM,EKR, XMM, , BCT, CLI, CBT, BTI and ALP etc. including sorting, shifting and other associated work to complete the job as per technical specification of UPPTCL including shifting of material from store to erection site. Earthing of structure and equipment by MS flat (to be provided by the contractor on his own cost) including cutting straightening bending laying 800 mm below inside the ground with main earthmat including painting of joints with non corrosive paint on flat,. painting at the flat on structure with the Bus green paint after one coat of red oxide primer and back filling of excaveted tranch along with proper ramming and all associated work.

Laying of following size of unarmoured control cable in the cable trench from the control relay panels to the various eqyiupment junction box etc. in switchyard as per cable schedule, its sadding proper distance with al. saddle of size 25x3 mm including carriage of cable drums from the store to the laying site and other associated work to complete the job satisfactory.

Termination of following size control Cable as said above as per cable schedule including making necessary holes in gland plate of box wherever required supply and fixing of cables glands ferrul of appropiate size and nos. respectively for each core of cable and its termination with crimping type lugs and all associated work to complete the job satisfactory.

Stringing of buses of all the three phases (R,Y,B) with suitable conductor of 132 KV & 33 KV side the job include shifting of conductor from store to working place. Fitting of all trension clamp, hosting of insulators and proper clamping jointing jumpering etc. (rates include all labour and T&P charges but excluding cost of all material such as conductor, insulator, clamps hardware fitting etc. whichh shall be provided by UPPTCL)

Laying of 36/40 mm dia M.S. round bar 700 mm below ground level in rocky soil including cutting, bending straightening, welding & painting excavation of trench, its back filling & all other associated work to complete the work satisfactorily as per drawing & technical specification excluding the cost of round bar.

Fabrication of 3.0 Meter long electrode of 36/40 mm dia M.S. round bar having 150 mm long conical shape and then its pecking vertically inside the ground with top 700 mm below ground level and its welding with main Earthmat and painting as per relevant Paint.

Supply and fixing of round pole of MS pipe B class 9 mtr. Long with base plate duly painted and grouting with plinth size 300 mmduly earth with MS electrode.

Supply and fixing of pole bracket of 2' dia MS pipe B class 1.2 mtr. Long filled at angle of 30 degree suitable for 250/100 watt led light luminaire.

Supply and fixing of 250 W LED Flood light luminaries on round pole/ structures including cost of all materials and T&P for completion of work.

Supply and fixing of junction boxes on lighting pole/structures of size 200x200x150 mm of MS sheet SWG duly painted with synthetic enamel paint. Box should be fixed with 01 no. 6 amp. MCB and 04 no. terminal strip and half round M.S. clamp with GI pipe for fixing the junction box on the pole.

Laying of 2x2.5sq mm PVC cable from light fittings to junction box inside the pole/structure and make connections.

Supply and fixing of 3 phase AC lighting distribution board for AC distribution.

Laying of 3.5x50 sq mm LT power cable 60 cm below the ground level after excavation and to put it into the bricks and river sandalong the sides of LT cable and back filling

Laying of 2x2.5, 4x2.5 sq mm PVC cable 60 cm below the ground level in PVC conduit pipe after excavation and back filling including all labour,PVC pipes connections.

Manually shifting upto the loading point. Properly and safely loading on private vehicle. Properly and safely unloading.

shifting of main tank of 40MVA, 132/33 KV transformer from unloading poing to distance upto the plinth approx.50 meter distance, inculding turning to tank, if required including all T&P and work required to complete the job satisfactorily at 220 KV S/S Robertsganj. One job equall to 05 Mtr.

Complete erection of 132/33 KV, 40 MVA T/F by erection of radiators, conservator tank all bushing with therir turrerts, connecting oil pipe, cooling fans, motor drive mechanism with tap changer. RTCC panel, and associated oil pipe line etc to complete the job satisfactorily, including first filling of T/F oil (already centrifuged transformer oil in teh 20 KL tank and topping up fo T/F oil for circulation in transformer, Radiator pipe lines, conservator tank etc and attending oil leakage, if any and all other associatd work so that transformer result are achieved to complete the erection including cost of labour T&P etc.

Certrifuging of T/F oil of 40 MVA transformer after erection at 132 KV Substation Robertsganj in tank and circulation in conservator tank OLTC and radiator to achive perquiste B.D.V. above 65 KV and all other parameter.

Jumpering of transformer with HV side by way of cutting of conductor and on LV side with twin moose conductor from bushing to Bus. Bus to CT, CT to CB, CB to BSI etc including all associated work.
