Providing Operation and Maintenance to MVS Jakanur and Other 07 Villages in Jamakhandi Taluka of Bagalkot District (For 2 Years)

Minimum financial turnover (civil engineering construction works) not less than two times the annual payments from this contract (Rs. xxxxx Lakhs)

Satisfactoriy completed (atleast 90%) as prime contractor at-least one such similar work of value not less than Rs. xxxxxxx (80% of estimated cost of tender)

Executed in any one year the following minimum quantities of work (Cement Concrete - xxxx cum, Earthwork - xxxx cum, etc) (80% of peak rate of construction)

Tenderer or his identified Sub Contractor should possess valid Electrical License for executing building electrificatio works and should have executed similar electrical works totallng Rs. xxxxxx (not less than 50% of electrical works) n any one year

Tenderer or his identified Sub Contractor should possess valid license for executing water supply / sanitary engineering works and should have executed similar works totallng Rs. xxxxxx (not less than 50% of electrical works) n any one year

Work done - Satisfactorily completed (at least 90% of the contract value), as prime contractor for period of one year Operation & Maintenance of at least one MVS in rural area / urban water supply scheme of value not less than Rs. 63.51 (usually not less than 50% estimated value of contract for which tender is invited) work done certificate issued by an officer not below than Executive Engineer.

The tenderer should possess valid GST registration

Achieved in at least two financial years a minimum financial turnover (in all classes of civil engineering construction works only) of Rs.130.60 Lakhs (Usually not less than two times the estimated O&M cost of 2nd year or average of all the 2nd years estimated O&M cost & cost of civil work) the consolidated annual turnover certificate for the relevant financial year certified by an ICAI registered Charted Accountant along with UDIN number (also the audited financial statements for each of financial years to be submitted. The certificate should be affixed with seal of the office of the Charted Accountant with registration number & duly notarized notary public

The bidder must submit unconditional Line of Credit in the prescribed format an amount not less than Rs.19.59 Lakhs (Not less than 30% of the 2nd year of O&M cost and Cost of civil work in which tender is invited)
