Reassembling including oiling, greasing replacement of worn out nuts, bolts, gasket etc, refixing on its original position, making all connections, commissioning and testing at full load etc complete all as specified and directed . Note :- (i) Cost of major parts like bearing shaft, bush, impeller gland plate etc shall be measured and paid separately under respective item of schedue. (ii) Cost of other minor item like Thimble ,lugs,connection plate ,lead,gasket, nuts, bolts etc essential for functioning of pump /motor is deemed to be included in quoted rate. (iii) Rewinding/repair of motor shall be measured and paid separately. (iv) Taking down and fixing of new MS frame is deemed to be included in quoted rate.

Removing of defective burnt winding of stator, cleaning of roter and starter, rewinding the stator of motor with super enameled copper wire of existing turn and gauge as original including insulation material for insulation class ‘B’ varnishing, reassembling and meggering of motor before and after commissioning in presence of Engr in Charge and necessary testing on full load of induction motors of capacities 5 HP to 25 HP, of any discharge capacity to the entire satisfaction, complete all as specified and directed . Note :-Disconnection transportation, meggering and reconnection is deemed to be included under appropriate item of Sch 'A'.

Removing of defective burnt winding of stator, cleaning of roter and starter, rewinding the stator of motor with super enameled copper wire of suitable turn and gauge as original including insulation material for insulation class ‘B’ varnishing, reassembling and testing of induction motors of capacities 60 HP to 100 HP, of any discharge capacity to the entire satisfaction, complete all as specified and directed . Note :-Disconnection transportation and reconnection is deemed to be included under appropriate item of Sch 'A'.

Disconnecting of unserviceable pumps after removing all electrical/mechnical connections etc of capacity 5 to 100 HP from 9 meter deep underground pump well foundation with T&P required, taking to civil workshop for repairing of pumping sets any make and model etc complete all as specified and directed .

Strip opening of pump sets for repair of any make and model of capacity 5 to 100 HP including replacement of defective / unserviceble parts such as bearing shafts, impeller, bush gland plate, remetalling of shaft for fixing of MS bush / bearing etc reassembeling the pump, making all connections, commissioning and testing at full load complete all as specified and directed . Note : (i) Cost of spare parts shall be measured and paid separately under respective item of schedule here after. (ii) Cost of other minor item like gasket, nuts, bolts etc necessary for efficient functioning of pump is deemed to be included in unit rate of item.

Note :-(i) The contractor or his representative will attand the office of the Engineer-in-Charge daily (working day) at 0930 hours to collect the complaint slip and will provide two mechanics for repair the moter/pump/panel of the same is included in the quoted rate.The complaint will be completed/done within 24 hours from the time of issue of complaint slip, failing which a panel recovery of Rs 300/- per complaint per day will be recovered from contractor due's and contractor will not have any claim on this account. (ii) Spare parts required against rectification/repair will be measured and paid for saperately)

Strip opening of portable pump sets for repair of any make and model of capacity upto 5 HP including replacement of defective / unserviceble parts such as bearing shafts, impeller, bush gland plate, remetalling of shaft for fixing of MS bush / bearing, nuts, bolts etc reassembeling the portable pump, making all connections, commissioning and testing at full load complete all as specified and directed .

M&L in service connection including testing for XLPE insulated, armoured, heavy duty electric cable with aluminium conductor, 1100 volt grade C/S area 16 sqmm 4 core complete all as speciofied and directed
