Excavation by cutting road or hard crust consisting of bituminuos surface, stone sets, jhama metalling etc. up to a depth of 1.00 m with proper protection and care of all utilities like elctrical, water, gas, mains, seerage etc. & removing the refuse as directed within a lead of 75 m and staking of useable materials near the work site, all complete as per direction of the Engineer-in-chrge.

Dismantling of bituminous road surface.

Earth work in excavation of foundation trenches or drains, in all sorts of soil (including mixed soil but excluding laterite or sandstone) including removing, spreading or stacking the spoils within a lead of 75 m. as directed. The item includes necessary trimming the sides of trenches, levelling, dressing and ramming the bottom, bailing out water as required complete. Depth of excavation not exceeding 1,500 mm.

Dismantling all types of plain cement concrete works, stacking serviceable materials at site and removing rubbish as directed within a lead of 75 m. In ground floor including roof. Thickness of concrete above 150 mm.

Removal of rubbish,earth etc. from the working site and disposal of the same beyond the compound, in conformity with the Municipal / Corporation Rules for such disposal, loading into truck and cleaning the site in all respect as per direction of Engineer in charge

Filling in foundation or plinth by silver sand in layers not exceeding 150 mm as directed and consolidating the same by thorough saturation with water, ramming complete including the cost of supply of sand. (payment to be made on measurement of finished quantity)

Single Brick Flat Soling of picked jhama bricks including ramming and dressing bed to proper level and filling joints with local sand.

Supplying ready mixed concrete of M 25 Grade with well graded stone chips of 20 mm nominal size containing designed quantity of cement per Cu.m of wet concrete produced in computerised batching plant under controlled condition using approved super plastisizer, designing concrete mix following I.S. 10262 and I.S. 456, transporting the mix with agitation in transit mixer to work site depositing the mix on a platform erected for the purpose at required levels of concreting and then placing the mix in its final location of form work compacting and curing the same complete as per specification & direction of the Engineer-in-charge including computerised batching plant transit mixer with all accessories vibrators etc. inclusive of all other incidental charges in this connection complete but excluding cost of hire charge of platform and its supporting staging which would be paid through separate item. [cement to be supplied by the Manufacturer/ supplier] With approved concrete pump

Labour charges for laying of rail, curved rail, crossing, point etc. including shifting of rail by manually or by crane.

Supply, fitting & fixing of check (as per WBTC(CTC) drawing) to Rail.

Supply, fitting & fixing of Tie bar with PVC cover (as per requirement).

Supply, fitting & fixing of Fastener (as per WBTC(CTC) drawing) to Rail.

Supply of C.I. block, C.I. bolts with nuts & M.S. washer for fixing double TATA curve rail as per WBTC(CTC) requirement.

Supplying, fitting & fixing of Fish Plate Joint at curve and Switch point as per specification of WBTC(CTC).

Making Thermit joint to rail, including supply of all materials.

Supplying, fitting & fixing of Switch point (25M radius) with mechanism box and necessary point fittings as per specification of WBTC(CTC).

Supplying, fitting & fixing of Diamond crossing as per site requirement.

Extraction and removal of worn out rail by gas cutting @ 4 M C/C, along with crossing point and other fixture etc.

Barricading with M. S. structure & G.C.I. sheet and supplying, fitting & fixing of appropriate number of "Caution Board"s s safety measures with lettering s instructed by WBTC(CTC), with proper illumination of the entire work rea along ith red safety lamp for smooth movement of outside vehicles.

Transportation charges of old rail from job site to PW stack yard at Rajabazar Depot.

Stone setting work. (Stone Set will be supplied by Deptt.)

Earth work in filling in compound, tank, low land, ditches etc. with good earth, in layers not exceeding 150 mm. including breaking clods and consolidating the same by ramming and dressing complete. (Payment will be made on profile measurement beforeand after the work) With carried earth arranged by the contractor within a radius of 3 km. including cost of carried earth.

Making arrangements for proper curing of all concrete works with spreading of gunny bag as per requirement.

Purchase of 52 Kg/M Commercial Rail (SAIL) including loading, unloading and transportation charges from railway stack yard to PW/RB.

Transportation charges of Rail from PW/RB to Job site.

Hire charges of road roller along with operator.

Hire charges of Pnumetric hammer along with operator.

Hire charges of JCB with opertor.

Supply of lime (70% hydrated) at site as per specification after testing of sample etc.

Lime treated soil for sub base: charges for laying & spreading lime on existing sub-grade, pulverizing, mixing the spred soil in place with JCB with 2% slaked lime at OMC to activate at least 98% of the maximum dry density to form a layer of sub-base as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Note: 1. Specification of the Individual item would be followed as per presidency circle schedule P.W.D. Govt. of West Bengal, currently in vogue. However, the payment would be made as per actual work done and joint measurement at site. 2. Steel and cement to be supplied by the agency at their own arrangement and the rate should be quoted accordingly, Cement-Lafarge, A.C.C., L & T, Ambuja, Ultratech brand to be supplied and steel - SAIL, SRMB, TATA brand to be supplied, if any. For Ready Mixed Concrete, any of the following brand should be used by the vendor; Ultratech / Lafarge / ACC / L & T. All challans copy of RMC, duly authenticated by the agency, have to be submitted to this Company. 3. All information regarding site conditions would be obtained before quoting their rates. 4. The security deposit should be Ten percent (10%) of the billed amount of the work and shall be deducted by the company. The said security deposit shall be refunded on the expiry of six (6) months (as defect liability period) after completion of the work. Refund of security deposit shall not be allowed till the final bill has been prepared and passed. 5. The rate of GST will be effected separately, as applicable. 6. The IT and any other Tax, as applicable, would be deducted from the bill amount
