Providing and fixing Granite of Ruby red/Jet Black colour (16 - 18mm thick) gang saw cut mirror polished, (pre moulded and prepolished slab) machine cut for kitchen platforms, vanity counters, window sills, facias and similar locations of required size of approved shade, colour and texture laid over 20mm thick base cement mortar 1 : 4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand) with joints treated with white cement mixed with matching pigment, epoxy touch ups, etc., including rubbing, curing, finishing, providing holes of required diameter, providing opening to fix counter basins, providing grooves wherever required, etc., all complete at all levels as per specifications. (Note: The Granite stones slab shall be got approved by the Engineer before making bulk order.)
Providing and fixing Granite of Ruby red/Jet Black colour (16 - 18mm thick) gang saw cut mirror polished, (pre moulded and prepolished slab) for kitchen shelves, etc., including cutting a chase of appropriate width with chase cutter, embedding (min 40mm) the stone into the chase with epoxy grout or with cement concrete 1:2:4 or white cement, finished smooth, etc., all complete as per specification and as directed by Engineer-in-charge. (Note: Exposed area will only be measured for payment.)
Repolishing the Mosaic flooring and skirting with medium and fine polishing using 120 to 150 and 320 to 400 grit corborundam stones with the use of floor polishing machine/Hand polishing including washing thoroughly with soap powder and wax polishing, etc., as per specification and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.
Repairing and rectifying the minor repair works like wall cracks, floor cracks, spalling of mortar on sides of doors, windows, wall and door joints, including the cost of materials, T&P using CM 1:3 etc., all complete as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.
Providing water proofing treatment at sunken portion of toilet, utility, bathroom etc,. with two coat of two component highly flexible polymer modified cementitious water proofing coating of make FAB chemical (Mixguard AC) or Bostik (Boscolastic) or equivalent including preparation of surface free from dust/oil/grease, sealing the UPVC sleeve pipes using non shrink grout mortar over bonding coat using SBR chemicals and sealing the joints with polyester fleece along the periphery of UPVC pipes, appling two coat of water proofing etc,. all complete as detailed below as per manufacturer specification and as directed by Engineer-in-charge. Surface preparation: The surface to receive water proof treatment shall be cleaned to make sure that the surface free from dust, dirt, laitance, debris, loose mortars, oil particles etc., which may negatively affect the adhesion of water proof treatment with mother concrete surface. Sealing bore hole gap around the sleeve pipes: The gap around the pipe shall be filled with non shrink grout mortar of make FAB chemicals (Mixgrout NS) or equivalent and providing necessary slurry tight form work to enveloping the pipe with a bead of 6 to 8mm and 5mm above the surface level along with a sealer coat of make FAB chemical (Mixprime AC100) or equivalent and seal with saturated polyester fleece all along the periphery of pipes. Water proof treatment: Providing and applying two coats of two component Highly elastomeric flexible polymer modified cementitious cold applied water proof coating of make FAB chemical (Mixguard AC) or Bostik (Boscolastic) over the prepared surface to cover complete area, finishing etc. Extend the coating up to a minimum of 300mm height to the adjoining wall as per manufacturer specification.
(Note:- 1) All the sunken portion shall be tested for the water leaking before and after treatment by filling with water for 24hours and grouting shall be carried out if any leakage found. 2) The treatment should be done by an agency specialized in the job having sufficient knowledge of waterproofing treatment. 3) Five years guarantee from the date of completion of maintenance period shall be given by the contractor in the prescribed format of the department for the workmanship and the materials provided.)
Providing and laying first quality Jointless Polished Vitrified tiles of 600 x 600mm size with water absorptions less than 0.08% conforming to IS: 15622 of JOHNSON (Marbonite-PVT-DC) or KAJARIA (PVT-DC) or other approved make for flooring and skirting in all colours, shades and design of approved pattern including setting over base layer of 20mm thick in cement mortar 1:4, jointing with grey cement slurry @ 3.3 kg per sqm or by using tile adhesive of approved make, grouting the joints with epoxy based joint filling material or other equivalent jointing materials, curing, cleaning the surface with acid wash etc., all complete as per specification and as directed by Engineer in charge. (Note:- The sample shall be got approved by the Engineer-in-charge before making bulk order)
Grouting the joints of Vitrified tile flooring laid using spacer block having joints (3 - 5mm width) by using approved colour epoxy based tile grout of make Kerakoll (Fugalite® Eco) or other approved make including mixing the hardener and mix as specified, filling/ grouting using required tools, finishing, cleaning the residual traces of grout over the tile surface, finishing complete as per manufacturer specification and as directed by Engineer-In-Charge. [Note: Finished tile area will be measured for payment purpose]

Providing and laying in position of Mortar Bund of size 50x50mm in Cement Mortar 1:6 (1 Cement: 6 sand) at terrace level of checking for water seepage/leaks in the ceiling of houses including dismantling the mortar bund for after seven days of stagnating water and disposing the debris, making surfaces smooth etc., all complete as per specifications and as directed by Engineer -in-charge.
Supplying and fixing 20mm to 25mm thick both side polished cuddapah stone slabs for Shelves in Cupboard/Wardrobe/Shoe rack, tumbler slabs etc., including removing the existing wooden tiers, fixing by cutting a chase of appropriate width with cutter and embedding the stone into the chase with epoxy grout or with cement concrete 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 6 mm nominal size) finished smooth, front face polishing, rounding the edges, etc., all complete as per specifications and as directed by Engineer-in-charge. Repairs over the spalling on concrete members by chipping and removing the damaged portion and plastering with CM 1:3 including cleaning the surfaces, applying rust converter of approved quality, filling the damaged portion with cement concrete wherever required, applying necessary approved quality bonding chemicals, finishing the surface in layers, curing, white washing two coats, disposing the debris within 2Kms lead etc., all complete as per specification and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.
Providing and fixing best quality Stainless Steel sink with Drain board of overall size 1040 x 510mm (Bowl depth 200mm) of make 'NIRALI / PRAYAG' or other approved equivalent make of 1mm thick Stainless Steel grade AISI-304 (18/8) as per IS-14283, including fixing over opening in RCC slab of platform or supplying and fixing CI bracket pair and placing the sink over the platform/bracket to correct line and level, basket type choke stop stainer, waste coupling with check nuts, providing flexible hose from waste coupling to Nahani trap or Waste line, finishing the platform surface with white cement or other approved grouting materials etc., all complete as per IS-14283 specifications and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.
Plastering with Cement Mortar 1:5, 12mm thick for brickwork / Concrete on its internal faces at all lifts including scaffolding, curing and forming grooves wherever necessary all complete as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer-incharge. [Note: 6mm premium glass fibre of make Dugar & Co or Recron shall be mixed with Cement @ 60 gms of glass fibre per 50kgs of cement]
Plastering with Cement Mortar 1:5; 20mm thick for brickwork / concrete, finished smooth including scaffolding, curing and forming grooves wherever necessary and including chipping the plastering, applying bonding agents, disposing the dismantled debris, etc all complete as per specifications and as directed by Engineer.
Providing and applying SBR based bond coat of make MC Bauchemie (Naufufill-SBR) or FOSROC (Nitobond SBR) or FAB Chemical (Mixbond SBR) or Bostik (Boscocem 475) or other approved make including preparation of surfaces by scrubbing / cleaning the fungus / stains, cleaning with water, filling the cracks with approved crack filler and including cost of all materials, labour, tools and plants, curing, scaffolding at all lifts, etc., all complete as per specifications and as directed by Engineer-In-Charge. Supplying and laying of one course of Vitrified Cool Roof tiles over roof slab / sloped surface of terrace and skirting using tiles of size 300x300mm and 10mm (±5%) thickness of make SOMANY (or) JOHNSON (or) PAVIT or approved equivalent make and conforming to IS: 15622 (Group B1a (or) Group B1b) approved colour with SRI (Solar Reflectance Index) > 78, Solar reflection > 0.70 & initial remittance >0.75 laid on 20mm thick bed on Cement mortar 1:4 mixed with integral water proofing admixture including removal of dead mortar from roof slab, cleaning the surface, exposing floor & wall function along parapet and column if any, sealing the floor & wall junction with water proofing mortar, laying screed concrete in CC 1:2:4 to form slope and haunch portion along parapet, if any required including laying tiles with required slope as per manufacturer specification, grouting the joints with approved tile grout, etc., all complete as per manufacturer Specification and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Providing and laying machine made 20mm thick burnt clay flat terrace tiles of size 230x230mm conforming to IS 2690 ( Part - I) of make Nuvocotto or other equivalent make colour and pattern over roof at all elevations jointed with cement mortar 1:4 (1 Cement : 4 Coarse sand) mixed with 2% of integral water proofing laid over a bed of 20mm thick cement motar 1:4 (1 Cement : 4 Coarse sand) and finished neat complete.
Providing Flush pointing on roof tiles by removing the damaged pointing over existing roof tiles, cleaning, removing any growth of vegetation, washing thoroughly, pointing the joints with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3 fine sand) mixed with 2% of integral water proofing compound by weight of cement including filling the gap with polymer modified mortars or other approved water proofing chemicals etc., all completed as per specification and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

(Note: The sample shall be got approved by the EIC before making bulk order.)

Providing painting over all exposed surfaces at all heights over rough cast/plain plaster with One coat of premium exterior emulsion paint of make Asian (APEX - Dust proof) or other approved equivalent make of approved shade or match with existing shade over the coat of Highly flexible cementious two component coat water proofing treatment system over the coat of bond coat including making surface free from dirt/oil/other materials by scrapping the surface, removal of loose/ cracked mortar, filling the cracks using approved crack fillers, filling/injection/ grouting the cracks/joints where ever required with polymer modified cement mortar using admixtures, scaffolding, etc., all complete as detailed below as per manufacturer specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. i) Surface preparation: Remove the existing coatings, paints, etc., Seal the surface cracks by cutting 'V' shaped grooves and filling with crack & using seal compound. Clean the surface thoroughly to remove the dirt's and contaminates and keep dry prior to the primer application, debonded or weak plaster must be replaced with polymer modified mortar. ii) Bond Coat (1st Coat) : Applying Base primer bond coat with of make FAB chemical (MIXBond AC) or Bostik (Boscocem 476) over the existing surface. Mixing ratio consumption and application procedure shall be as per manufacturer specifications. iii) Highly flexible cementious water proofing coat (2nd & 3rd Coat): Applying 2 component waterproofing coating of make FAB Chemical (Mixguard AC) or Bostik (Boscolastic). Duration between these two coats shall be minimum 4 hrs. Mixing ratio of chemicals, consumption and application procedure shall be as per manufacturer specifications.
For one coat of exterior emulsion over Plain Surface iv) One coat of external wall primer (3rd coat): Applying one coat of external wall primer of make Asian or other approved equivalent, consumption and application procedure shall be as per manufacturer specifications. v) One coat of premium exterior emulsion paint (4th coat): Applying one coat of premium exterior emulsion paint of make Asian (APEX - Dust proof) or other approved equivalent make of approved shade or match with existing shade. Mixing ratio of paint, consumption and application shall be as per manufacturer specifications. Note: Cost for plastering will be paid for separately under relevant item.
Providing Terracotta Painting over compound wall/Honey comb wall / Roof tiles / facia tiles at all heights with one coat of Acrylic Emulsion paint of make Asian (APEX - Dust proof exterior emulsion) / Berger (Anti dustt weather coat) or other approved equivalent make of approved shade and colour including cleaning, preparation of surfaces by scrubbing / cleaning the fungus / stains, cleaning with water, filling the cracks with approved crack filler, curing, scaffolding etc., all complete as per specifications. Note:- 1) The samples should be got approved by the EIC before placing.
Painting with flexible polymer modified cement based anti-dampness coating for interiors using Asian Paints Damp Block or other approved equivalent make including preparation of affected surface, removing old paint / putty using wire brush / chisel to expose cement plaster, apply self priming coat of damp block (1:1 ratio diluted in water) and apply 2 coats of damp block (diluted with water in 3 part powder : 1 part water ratio) using a putty knife or a trowel to achieve total coverage of 7.5 sqft/ kg, finishing the surface smooth, etc., all complete as per specifications and as directed by Engineer.
Painting for wood work with one coat of synthetic enamel paint of approved colour and make including preparing the surface for receiving the paint by scraping, rubbing, applying wood filler, wood putty, making surface smooth, etc., as per specifications.
Painting for window grills/ shutters/ gates with Two coats of anti-corrosive paint of approved colour and make over a coat of red oxide zinc chromate primer, including preparation of surfaces for receiving the paint by scraping, rubbing, labour, scaffolding, etc., all complete as per specifications.
Polishing the staircase handrails and other wooden areas at all lifts with two coats of French polish/Touch wood of approved make including preparation of surfaces by scrapping with suitable tools or with suitable grade of sand paper, cleaning the surface dust free for applying the polish, disposing the scrapped debris, applying sealer, suitable filler materials wherever required, cost of all materials, labour etc., all complete as per specification.
Applying anti-termite chemical for new wooden frames of windows / doors/ ventilators by spraying or brushing with two coats of Dursphan / Durmat or other approved equivalent make of anti-termite chemical at the ratio of 1:19 [one part of chemical and 19 parts of kerosene] over the wood and contact masonry surface, etc., all complete as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.
Dismantling Plain cement concrete/Brick bat coba at all lifts including clearing and depositing the same with a distance of 100 metres as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

(Ex-cel sheet) or other equivalent approved make of white colour for flush door shutter including providing recessions for hinges, fixing with following fittings over the door frame using required fasteners, finishing all edges with mixture of PVC powder & solvent for smooth finish, etc., all complete as per specification and as directed by the Engineer-In-Charge. The door shutter shall be fixed with the following hardware fittings: - a) 4 Nos. of 75 mm long stainless steel butt hinges of GARG brand bearing ISI mark with suitable stainless steel screws. b) Two numbers of 125mm long anodised aluminium D handle of make Classic/Crown or approved equivalent as per IS - 208 bearing ISI mark with suitable CP screws. c) Two numbers of 75mm long anodised aluminium baby latch type/cranked type tower bolt with suitable CP screws. d) One number of 50mm long solid PVC door buffer with 75mm long CP screws. Note: - 1) All furniture fittings shall be of approved quality and make. 2) The rate quoted shall be inclusive of fixing of door shutters with required hardware fittings as detailed above. 3) The PVC Integral Foam shall be factory manufactured solid section of light weight sheet with fine & homogeneous closed cell structure with smooth, glossy, hard surface finish on both sides. Refixing the existing wash basin by removing the existing wash basin and refixing the washbasin including removing the CI brackets, old decayed teakwood plugs, fixing new teakwood plugs to wall at required height, re-fixing with new MS brackets with necessary new screws after painting with two coats of synthetic enamel paint and connecting to the inlet and outlet connection by using the existing accessories, providing GI / CPVC specials if required etc., all complete as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.
Labour charges for cleaning the existing stained ceramic sanitaryware like EWC / IWC pan, washbasin, sink etc., by using hydrochloric acid of 30% concentration, soap oil, washing powder etc. without damaging the ceramic ware including cost of hydrochloric acid, soap oil, washing powder, etc., complete all as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.
Providing and fixing high level/Low level polymer DUAL flushing cistern of 3/6 litres capacity of make "PARRYWARE/ HINDWARE model SLIMLINE" or approved equivalent conforming to IS: 7231 including fixing cistern at required height and level with necessary TW wall plugs, screws, connecting inlet and outlet, connecting the cistern and closet with suitable dia. PVC pipes and fittings conforming to IS:4985 etc., complete as per standard specifications. Note: During the above process proper care shall be taken to protect the existing IWC/EWC if any damage is taken place in IWC/EWC contractor shall replace with new IWC/EWC free of cost.
Refixing the existing high / Low level flushing cistern along with telescopic pipe by removing the existing cistern with telescopic pipe and refixing the flushing cistern with necessary PVC brackets and support at required height including connecting the cistern and closet with suitable 40mm dia. PVC pipe with necessary specials, modifying the water line if necessary, dismantling floor for removing the damaged telescopic pipe and restoring the same to its original condition etc., all complete as directed by the Engineer-in-charge. (Excluding cost of PVC pipe and GI pipe if required which will be paid for separately under relevant item) Note: During the above process proper care shall be taken to protect the existing IWC/EWC if any damage is taken place in IWC/EWC contractor shall replace with new IWC/EWC free of cost.
Repairing the flushing cistern of 'Parryware - Slimline' by supplying and fixing the following spares to flushing cistern including removing the existing flushing cistern, replacing the worn out spares with new spares, applying two coat enamel paint to exposed surface of flush tank and refixing the same in original position with working condition etc., all complete as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.
