Excavating in trenches, not exceeding 1.5m wide and not exceeding 1.5m in depth; for foundation, etc. or for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, pier holes, laying of cables etc not exceeding 10 sqm on plan and getting out in any type of soil all as specified and as directed.

Excavating in trenches not ecxeeding 1.5m wide, exceeding 1.5m and not exceding 3.0m in depth; for foundation, etc. or for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, pier holes, laying of cables etc not exceeding 10 sqm on plan and getting out in any type of soil all as specified and as directed.

Removing excavated surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50m and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5m above the starting point complete all as specified and as directed.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm in any type of soil complete all as specified and as directed.

Fine sieved excavated dry soil laid to required width of trench at bottom and top for cable cushioning all as specified and as directed.

Common burnt bricks sub class "B" of old size, designation 50, laid dry in trenches with width equal to length of bricks across the cable for cable protection all as specified and as directed.

Taking out existing cable any type / cross section and Supply, laying, connecting and testing LT UG cable XLPE insulated, screened, PVC bedded, galvanised steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cable (heavy duty) with aluminium conductor, 1100 volts grade, 3.5 core, cross sectional area 150 sqmm in bridges / culvert / trenches / drawn through pipe / fixed on walls / bare in road crossings / paths / drains / ducts / floors / fixed on poles / equipments complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking out existing cable any type / cross section and Supply, laying, connecting and testing LT UG cable XLPE insulated, screened, PVC bedded, galvanised steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cable (heavy duty) with aluminium conductor, 1100 volts grade, 3.5 core, cross sectional area 185 sqmm in bridges / culvert / trenches / drawn through pipe / fixed on walls / bare in road crossings / paths / drains / ducts / floors / fixed on poles / equipments complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking out existing cable any type / cross section and Supply, laying, connecting and testing LT UG cable XLPE insulated, screened, PVC bedded, galvanised steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cable (heavy duty) with aluminium conductor, 1100 volts grade, 3.5 core, cross sectional area 240 sqmm in bridges / culvert / trenches / drawn through pipe / fixed on walls / bare in road crossings / paths / drains / ducts / floors / fixed on poles / equipments complete all as specified and as directed.

Note for item No 9.00 to 14.00:-

(a) Lugs and glands shall be used appropriately wherever required while connecting cables to the panel board and the quoted rates are deemed be include for the same.

(b) Earthwork, cushioning, protection for cable etc., as required shall be measured and paid separately.

Steel tubular swaged poles complete with mild steel base plate, finial taper plug, bolts, nuts and screws as specified, type 410, SP-22 (8.50 metres long) and shall be coated with two coats of black bituminous paint throughout internally, and externally up to the planting depth and the remaining, portion of the exterior shall be painted with one coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer as in repairs complete all as specified and as directed.

Earthwork, PCC foundation, coping etc as required for erection of pole shall be measured and paid separately.

Plain cement concrete 1:3:6 type C1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in coping of poles and similar work complete all as specified and as directed.

Plain cement concrete 1:4:8 type D2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in foundation of poles, stay assembly complete all as specified and as directed.

Danger notice plate of 1.6mm thick mild steel sheet, vitreous enamelled white, with letters, figures and conventional skull and bones in signal red colour and fixed with M.S. clamps, bolts and nuts of approved size, for HT opf size 25x20cm size as in repairs complete all as specified and as directed.

Air break, gang operated switch, with current rating 400 Amps, HT, 11000 Volts, triple pole mechanically operated, mounted on insulator and steel frame, with operating mechanism worked from ground level as in repairs complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down, servicing and overhauling of HT, 11KV VCB carrying out complete cleaning with clean cloth & cleaning agent, lubrication of the mechanism & greasing, servicing and testing of earth fault relay, over load relay, digital voltmeter, digital ampmeter, all protective equipments inside the VCB including renewal of indication lamps, internal wiring for indication lamps, wiring for tripping coil and tripping switch set, renewal of No volt coil of suitable capacity and checking the complete VCB for proper functioning complete all as directed by the Engineer-in-charge. Note :- Unit rate quoted is deemed to be inclusive of renewal of all defective parts and nothing extra will be admissible.

Taking down, servicing and overhauling of LT, 1100V ACB carrying out complete cleaning with clean cloth & cleaning agent, lubrication of the mechanism & greasing including renewal of tripping coil 440V, contactors, wiring for tripping coil and indication lamps including wiring and checking the complete ACB for proper functioning complete all as directed by the Engineer-in-charge. Note :- Unit rate quoted is deemed to be inclusive of renewal of all defective parts and nothing extra will be admissible.

Preparation of old painted surfaces, removing dust and other deposited materials by scraping from HT/LT tubular pole 11mtr long, painting of pole with one coat of black paint upto 1 Mtr from bottom and painting the rest of the pole including cross arms cable protection pipe clamps, street light bracket with one coat of aluminium paint including writing pole Nos as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Preparation of old painted surfaces, removing dust and other deposited materials by scraping from HT/LT tubular pole 8.5/9 mtr long, painting of pole with one coat of black paint upto 1 Mtr from bottom and painting the rest of the pole including cross arms cable protection pipe clamps, street light bracket with one coat of aluminium paint including writing pole Nos as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Taking out the existing PVC/XLPE 1100 Volt grade LT UG cable, removing the old lugs and providing new aluminium lugs for cable of size 16sqmm to 25 sqmm with crimping tools properly insulated around the burnt cable and reconnecting the cable in the panel, testing for proper functioning compete all as dierected.

Taking out the existing PVC/XLPE 1100 Volt grade LT UG cable, removing the old lugs and providing new aluminium lugs for cable of size 50 sqmm to 70 sqmm with crimping tools properly insulated around the burnt cable and reconnecting the cable in the panel, testing for proper functioning compete all as dierected.

Taking out the existing PVC/XLPE 1100 Volt grade LT UG cable, removing the old lugs and providing new aluminium lugs for cable of size 95 sqmm to 150 sqmm with crimping tools properly insulated around the burnt cable and reconnecting the cable in the panel, testing for proper functioning compete all as dierected.

Taking out the existing PVC/XLPE 1100 Volt grade LT UG cable, removing the old lugs and providing new aluminium lugs for cable of size 185 sqmm to 240 sqmm with crimping tools properly insulated around the burnt cable and reconnecting the cable in the panel, testing for proper functioning compete all as dierected.

Supply and laying of pipe line by using trenchless technology of 80mm bore GI pipe medium grade with other jointing accessories complete all as specified and as directed. Note:- Supporting documents such as photographs etc shall be submitted by the contractor while claiming payment and the same shall be kept on record.

GI earth strip of size 25x4mm with necessary nuts and boltscomplete as in repairs all as specified and as directed.

Removing of old earthing materials and taken on credit and provision of new earthing complete with galvanised iron earth plate electrode 600mm X 600mm X minimum 6mm thick, with and including earthing of 25mm x 4mm GI strip protected by 40mm dia GI pipe light grade upto a length of 7.5m. The plate shall be buried directly in ground vertically to a depth not less than 2.25 metres below ground level with top edge of the earth plate at a depth not less than 1.5 metres below ground level, connected to earth lead as described here-in-before by means of bolts, nuts, washers and checknuts made out of galvanised iron or mild steel, earthing lead protected by as described here-in-before and connected to main switch board or main control board or electric pole all as shown on electrical plate No.3 of MES Sch Part-I including necessary earth work and excavation in any type of soil, plain cement concrete 1:3:6, type C1 chamber, reinforced cement concrete cover slab with locking arrangement and handle of 10mm dia MS round bars 450mm long, 1:2:4 type B1, 50mm thick with 8mm dia TMT bars at 140mm centre to centre both ways, GI pipe of bore 20mm medium grade for watering with funnel, wiremesh, salt, charcoal, lugs including testing complete all as specified and as directed.
