REPAIR TO CERTAIN ROADS, SIDE BERMS AND ROAD FURNITURE AT OFFR ACCN AND STN HQ UNDER AGE B/R II KAMPTEE

Repair to patholes any depth, not exc 1 sqm each incl sweeping with mechanical eqpt and making the surface free from dust and mud, or water, scoring sunken surface in roads, paths etc. by using pressure air cutting around edges to atleast 25 mm in depth, making good by applying tack coat at 5 kg per 10 sqm, putting in premixes specified for thin bituminous carpet (2 cm thk), well rammed and sealed with 5.5% binder content (paving bitumen of any penetration of grade VG-30) by weight of total mix, rolled and compacted (including supply of premix mecadam, binder and chippings), depth of patholes exc 30 mm using paving bitumen, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for premix bituminous macadam laid/ (consolidated thickness 75 mm or less) using with 4% binder content (paving bitumen any penetration of grade VG-30) by weight of total mix and rolled and compacted to reqd gradient and camper using 8 to 12 tonne power roller complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparing surface by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc. sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surface with gunny bags to remove all loose dirt from black top surface and applying evenly a priming tack coat with bituminous primer at 5 kg per 10 sq metre using paving bitumen of any penetration of grade VG-10 on black top surface using mechanical sprayer and providing premix asphaltic semi dense concrete 30 mm consolidated thickness with 5.5% binder content (paving bitumen any penetration of grade VG-30) by weight of total mix and 2% cement filler , rolled and compacted to required camber and gradient, using 8 to 10 tonne power roller complete all as specified and directed. Note for Sr item 4&5 : The work shall be executed by using hot mix plant & mechanical paver. The rate quoted shall be deemed included for cement filler.

M&L for painting lines,dashes, arrows etc. by applying 2.5 mm thk thermo plastic road marking compound of white/yellow of approved make and shade of road marking, not exc. 10 cm width on new/ old surface bituminous roads/ pavements or on cement concrete surface using Hot processor plant complete all as specified and directed as per manufactures instruction

S& F in repairs delinators ABS round body fitted with 2 nos 50 mm or 65 mm dia highly reflective reflectors made out of PMMA and mounted on MS pipe of 65 mm duly powder coated, anti rust and anti theft steel net and providing cement concrete as in foundation filling, complete all as specified and as directed

S&F in repairs solar road stud of size 125x125x20 mm aluminium alloy and & polycarbonate stud (Red/yellow LEDs) 3x3 LEDs with shank in tough aluminium diecast body with stem complete all as per MORTH/IRC specification and manufactures instructions, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repairs ABC road colour cat eyes having dual direction (both sides) of size 100x100x18 mm having body ABS filled with Epoxy,Quarts and sand with PMMA lens with load capacity greater than 50 kg with visibility 800 m etc. complete all as specified and directed

Demolition of cement concrete any description and in any position not otherwise specially provided for complete all as specified and directed

M&L providing 100 mm thk cement concrete 1:4:8 type D2 (using 40 mm stone aggregate) as in sub base complete all as specified and directed

M&L Machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver block any shape and size conforming to is 15658-2006 of 60 mm thickness M-35 grade with grey cement and pigment finished with coloured rubber finish on top finished over sand dust cushion of 30 mm thick complete all as specified and directed . Note : Sand cushion will be measured and paid separately.
