Excavation of the cable trenches in hard rock not exceeding 1.5 meter in width, and lift upto 1.5 meter, including getting out the excavated soil and disposal of excavated soil as directed within a lead of 50 meter.

Earthing with G.I. earth pipe 4.5 metre long, 40 mm dia including accessories, and providing masonry enclosure with cover plate having locking arrangement and watering pipe etc. with charcoal/ coke and salt as required.

Earthing with G.I. earth pipe 4.5 metre long, 40 mm dia including accessories, and providing CI Collar of height 300mm, 330mm dia made of 10mm thick cast Iron moulding all round , (installtion of collar/enclosure with cement concrete around collar) including 10mm thick MS cover plate fixing on collar with SS bolts, side entry hole on collar for earth strip/wire entry arrangement and watering pipe etc. with charcoal/ coke and salt as required.

Providing and fixing 25 mm X 5 mm G.I. strip on surface or in recess for connections etc. as required.

Providing and fixing 6 SWG dia G.I. wire on surface or in recess for loop earthing along with existing surface/ recessed conduit/submain wiring/ cable as required

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade 1:2:4(1 Cement:2Coarse sand :4 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size) at all levels for damaged portion of wall/road/paver block portion etc., complete as required.

Constructing masonry Chamber 120x120x100 cm inside, in brick work in cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 M sand) , with RCC top slab 1:2:4 mix (1 cement : 2 M sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size ), i/c necessary excavation, foundation concrete 1:5:10 (1 cement : 5 M sand : 10 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size ) and inside plastering with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3M sand) 12 mm thick, finished with a floating coat of neat cement complete as per standard design :

Supply and Fixing of Cable termination box of minimum size of 160 x 200 x 98 mm, including terminals for connecting LT cables including 6A SP MCB, fixing of box on wall/pole with suitable clamps etc., as required equivalent to hensel KM 9255

Supply and Laying of PVC insulated, PVC sheathed round flexible cable of size 3C X 2.5 sqmm cable, from junction box to light points including necessary connection, suitable glanding etc., as required.

Supply and fixing of CI collar compatible with existing installed CI box, round type, metal complainer of outside size 330mm dia, height 75-150 mm made of 10mm thick cast Iron moulding all round, except the top and bottom side shall have 6 hole (without tapping) in line with tapped holes (6 nos) of existing transformer housing box top surface, The collar should have clear opening of 220 mm at the top & bottom surface, installing the collar on existing CI box by providing suitable cement concreate along with providing necessary M10 bolts, washer etc., 1 no. gasket etc. complete as required.
