Removing the unserviceable broken 3 way GI elbow from GI charpoy & S&F 32 MM dia GI medium grade 3 way elbow ISI marked all as specified and shown on drg and directed by Engr-in-Charge (Each GI Elbow shall be measured as single unit)

Removing the existing unserviceable/ broken long rail from GI charpoy and S&F new long rail of GI tubing medium grade 32 mm including cutting, threading and bringing the GI charpoy into the original shape as shown on drawing and as directed. Removing the existing unserviceable/ broken short rail from GI charpoy and Making short rails with serviceable GI tubing obtained from item No 20.04 above including cutting, threading and bringing the GI charpoy into the original shape as shown on drawing and as directed.

Removing the existing unserviceable/ broken legs from GI charpoy and Making legs with serviceable GI tubing obtained from item No 20.04 & 20.05 above including cutting, threading and bringing the GI charpoy into the original shape as shown on drawing and as directed.

Plate welding - Supply and welding 3mm thick 45mm dia MS bottom plate for GI charpoy leg all as shown on drawing and as directed by Engr-in-Charge (each base plate will be measured as single unit).

Removing existing unserviceable PVC seat from chair dining (MAP) and S&F new PVC seat of superior quality as approved by GE complete all as directed and shown on drgs

S&F 1st class hardwood stiffner of size 360x30x25mm in middle of the seat frame and fixed appropriately with 04 Nos bamboo pins to both side rails of chair dining all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge

ALMIRAH LARGE/MEDIUM STEEL (FD-1032 FD-1031).

Removing the existing unserviceable three way locking device and S&F three way locking device with cover all as directed by the Engr in Charge and shown on drgs for almirah large steel

All as per item No 22.01 herein before but almirah medium/small steel

Removing the existing unserviceable locks and S&F locks of appropriate size 6 levers with duplicate keys chromium plated Make Godrej/Lico or equivalent as suitable in almirah all as directed by Engr in Charge and shown on drgs for almirah large/medium steel. Notes : for item 22.01 to 22.03:- (i) Unit rate quoted shall include for provision/repairs to back plate cover to key hole back side cover locking device etc. (ii) Steel chromium plated handle shall be measured and paid separately.

Removing the existing unserviceable handle and S&F new chromium plated handle 125mm long to almirah large/medium/small steel all as specified/directed and shown on drg.

Preparation of old painted steel surfaces ie. de-rusting, filling putty, denting and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint as approved by spray painting process on all external and internal surfaces of almirah large steel (Size 920 x 485 x 1985mm) all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

All as per item No 22.05 herein before but almirah medium/small (760 x 440 x 1270).

Removing the existing unserviceable/ damaged/ broken legs for almirah large and S&F with a new legs made out of 18 G sheet and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer including welding to the almirahs and all as specified and shown on drgs.

Removing the existing unserviceable/ damage/ broken legs for almirah medium and S&F with a new legs made out of 18 G sheet and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint over one coat of red oxide primer including welding to the almirahs and all as specified and shown on drgs.
