Taking down chowkhats or frames with shutters (without taking off shutters from the frames) area not exceeding 1.50 sqm each and removing from site including cutting holes for removal of old rusted hold fast and prepare the surface for new hold fast as required complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down chowkhats or frames with shutters (without taking off shutters from the frames) area exceeding 1.50 sqm but not exceeding 4 Sqm each and removing from site including cutting holes for removal of old rusted hold fast and prepare the surface for new hold fast as required complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down shutters only of any description area exceeding 1.0 sqm and not exceeding 2.0 sqm each and removing from site complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down steel rolling shutter of any description area exceeding 20Sqm but not exceeding 35Sqm each, height appx 6.5m, ball bearings and gear operated, and refixing in same opening and ensuring proper working condition after replacement of ball bearing, repairing to gear, broken/rusted steel members by welding, and necessary any other minor repairs, adjustment /alignment easing to slide, greasing, filling gear oil, stoppage of leakage etc complete all as directed.

Supply and fixing factory made uPVC white colour casement (Open-able, double shutter glazed and wire guage, Net Opening area not exceeding 1Sqm ) window/ventilator made of extruded profiles with wall thickness of 2.3mm (± 0.2mm). Window profile with hollow section with multi chamber, frame (60mm x 58mm), sash (60mm x 73mm), T profile (One vertical length in between two shutters) (60mm x 74mm), Glazing bead (35mm x 20mm) will be mitered cut and fusion welded at all corners, including drilling of holes for fixing hardware and drainage of water etc., making arrangement for fixing of hardware. EPDM gasket 1.2 ± 0.2mm thick, galvanized steel Frame (28mm x 21.5mm), sash (31mm x 27.5mm). T profile (27mm x 17mm) to be inserted in required profile, frame will be fixed to the wall with 8 mm x 100mm long fasteners. Including Hardware:[casement handle made of zinc alloyed (white powder coated), But Hinges of'zinc alloyed (white powder coated), transmission gear made of mild steel with multi point locking system] and including 5mm thick toughened glass and Wire cloth Stainless steel 304 Grade, natural finish, 0.63 mm nominal dia of wire and average width of aperture 1.40mm complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing factory made uPVC white colour Three track three panels sliding window (area exceeding 1 Sqm and not exceeding 2 Sqm) with fly proof SS wire mesh (Two nos. glazed & one no. wire mesh panels) upto 1.50m height made of (big series) frame 90 x 42 mm & sash 31 x 57 mm both having wall thickness of 2.3 ± 0.2 mm and single/double glazing bead of appropriate dimension. (Area of window above 1.75 sqm) comprising of uPVC multi chambered frame, with inbuilt roller track and sash extruded profiles duly reinforced with 1.60 ± 0.2 mm thick galvanized mild steel section made from roll forming process of required length (shape & size according to uPVC profile), appropriate dimension of uPVC extruded glazing beads and uPVC extruded interlocks, EPDM gasket, wool pile, zinc alloy (white powder coated) touch locks with hook, zinc alloy body with single nylon rollers (weight bearing capacity to be 40 kg), G.I fasteners 100 x 8 mm size for fixing frame to finished wall and necessary stainless steel screws etc. Profile of frame & sash shall be mitred cut and fusion welded at all corners, including drilling of holes for fixing hardware's and drainage of water etc. After fixing frame the gap between frame and adjacent finished wall shall be filled with weather proof silicon sealant over backer rod of required size and of approved quality (as per approved sample), including 5mm thick toughened glass and Wire cloth Stainless steel 304 Grade, natural finish, 0.63 mm nominal dia of wire and average width of aperture 1.40mm complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing Factory made single extruded WPC (Wood Polymer Composite) solid door & other Frames/Chowkhats (Single Rebated) of size 45 x 70 mm comprising of virgin PVC polymer of K value 58-60 (Suspension Grade), calcium carbonate and natural fibers (wood powder/ rice husk/wheat husk) and nontoxic additives (maximum toxicity index of 12 for 100 gms) fabricated with miter joints after applying PVC solvent cement and screwed with full body threaded star headed SS screws having minimum frame density of 850 kg/cum, screw withdrawal strength of 2200 N (Face) & 1100 N (Edge), minimum compressive strength of 58 N/mm2, modules of elasticity 900 N/mm2 and resistance to spread of flame of Class A category with property of being termite/borer proof, water/ moisture proof and fire retardant and fixed in position with MS hold fast/lugs/SS dash fasteners of required dia and length complete all as specified and as directed. Note: (i) For WPC solid door/window frames, minus 5mm tolerance in dimension i.e. depth and width of profile shall be acceptable. Variation in profile dimensions on plus side shall be acceptable but no extra payment on this account shall be made(ii) Cost for M.S. hold fast/ lugs or SS dash fasteners shall deemed to be included in the quoted unit rate nothing extra shall be paid on this account.
