Taking down old unserviceable/deteriorated batten/PVC conduit point wiring from existing place i.e. light, fan, socket or power points complete with all unserviceable fittings such as switches, sockets, ceiling rose, pendants, Holders, etc and making good all disturbed surface to wall, floor etc by means of cement mortar (1:3) or plaster of Peris and to match / finish new surface as the existing surface either by using same colour distemper, Putti or white / colour wash all as required and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Taking down main switch/DB/ changeover/AC box of any capacity including fixing accessories

Concealed point wiring on wall and surface on ceiling/roof with necessary fixing arrangements with PVC-FRLS insulated and unsheathed copper multi-stranded conductor of size 1.5 Sqmm, 1100 volts grade drawn in and including rigid non metallic white / ivory PVC conduit medium grade ISI marked not less than 19 mm dia with all conduit accessories/ fittings such as junction boxes, bends, tee, elbow etc including anodized MS sunken boxes made out of MS sheet of thickness not less than 1.6 mm with earth dolly and Bakelite laminated sheet 3mm thick ISI marked for fixing of switches / sockets, fan regulators, wall mounting fittings, door bell & bulkhead etc with MS screw and cup washers including PVC-FRLS insulated and unsheathed copper multi-stranded conductor of size 1.5 Sqmm, 1100 volts grade for continuous earthing including cutting the chases and making good the surface by cement mortar (1:3) and for matching / finishing of new surfaces either by means of plaster of peris/ Putti or distemper / colour wash with same existing colour surfaces all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge for One light, fan, call bell and 5 Amp independent socket point controlled by one switch.

Supply and fix MS/GI powder coated perforated type cable trays of size 300 x 50 mm x 2mm using MS angle, channels, flats etc. All MS supports used shall be given one coat of red oxide primer and 2 coats of synthetic enamel paint of approved colour complete all as specified and directed

S&F copper strip 20x3mm complete with saddles/ insulators made out of PVC or fibre and fixing screws for roof conductor/down conductor including welding or brazing for joints all as required at site or directed by Engr-In-Charge.

Material and labour for test point terminal block made of gun metal or phosphorus bronze size 75x75x25mm, drilled and screwed including 03 Nos 8mm dia 25mm long hex head screwcomplete all as specified and as directed by Engr-In-Charge.

Supply, installation, commissioning and testing of air cooled package type air conditioners of capacity 11 TR comprising of hermetic sealed scroll compressors with microprocessor based control including copper refrigerant piping, electrical inter connection wiring complete between indoor to outdoor unit suitable for operation on R-407C refrigerant all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge Make Blue Star or equivalent in other make and comprising of following :- (a) Installation, pressure testing, gas charging, lifting & shifting and commissioning of air cooled ductable air conditioner-01 each. (b) Aluminium powder coated supply grills of suitable size as per site requirement including fixing arrangement – 01 job (c) Aluminium powder coated supply diffuser of suitable size as per site requirement complete with including fixing arrangement – 01 Job. M & L for duct insulation with 9 mm thick nitrile insulation of class ’O’ type with proper cleaning of duct surface (to be insulated) by scrapping carefully with wire brush etc to make the surface completely free of millscale dirt, dust, grease and other foreign material and confirming with the following :- (a) Sealing of all longitudinal joints and circular overtaps with and including tape 50mm wide to make the insulation leakproof. (b) Securing the insulation with and including mechanically fastened nylon/steel straps of size 12mm/50mm at maximum intervals of 1.2 mtr all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

All as per item No 80 above but acoustic insulation to duct with 12mm thick fibreglass covered with aluminium perforated sheet complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge

M & L for copper refrigerant piping per circuit from indoor to outdoor unit 11 TR package type AC duly insulated with nitrile rubber of 50mm dia and cladding with aluminium foil tape complete all as per specified and directed by Engineer – in – Charge.

Fabrication, installation and testing of LT panel KIOSK type floor mounted dust/vermin proof outdoor type double door, powder coated of size 1.5x1.2x0.6 mtr or suitable for given items, factory fabricated, made out of MS sheet of thickness 2mm mounted on angle iron legs made out of angle iron of size 40x40x6mm with front & rear opening with locking arrangement, powder coated, contain bus bar chamber to accommodate 3phase & 1 nutral copper busbar of size 40 x 10mm fixed on hydroscopic based insulators in horizontal position(steped manner) in upper part of panel; In middle part of panel provide seprate chambers for 01 No. incoming MCCB and 03 Nos. for Outgoing MCCBs connected to busbar by copper strip of size 20 x 5mm; bottom part acoommodate connections of Cables complete all as required on site and as directed by Engineer-incharge including the Following :-(a) MCCB 125 Amps FP 35 Ka (adjustable type) . Material and labour for cleaning of the existing duct of air conditining by means of duct cleaning equipment by applying effective way to clean air ducts and ventilation systems or to employ source removal methods of cleaning. This requires professional duct cleaning equipment such as the danduct Clean DC4 brush, cleaning machine . The dirt and debris can then travel down the ducts to the ventilator, which removes it from the system complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.
