Supply of following sizes of XLPE insulated PVC sheathed Aluminium conductor armoured power cable of 1.1 KV grade confirming to IS 7098 (Part-I)-1988 with up to date amendment etc. complete as required.

Supply of 4C x 4 sqmm XLPE insulated PVC sheathed copper conductor unarmoured power cable of 1.1 KV grade confirming to IS 7098 (Part-I)-1988 with up to date amendment etc. complete as required.

Supplying and installing 300 mm width X 50 mm depth x 1.6 mm thickness size of perforated hot dipped galvanised Iron cable tray with perforation not more than 17.5%, in convenient sections, joined with connectors, suspended from the ceiling with G.I. suspenders or angle iron floor mounting supports including G.I. bolts & nuts, etc as required.

Supply, Erection, Testing and Commissioning of hOT dipped galvanized octagonal Street light pole of 7 metre long made out of 3mm thick sheet having top dia 70 mm and bottom dia 130 mm with single arm of size 1 metre complete with 12 mm thick MS sheet base plate of size 220 mm X 220 mm i/c stiffner and 04 Nos. foundation bolts of size 20 mm dia and 750 mm long and door provision of size 75 x 400mm for cable entry as per techincal specification including errection on the existing CC pedestal etc complete as required. The pole shall be installed in RCC foundation 1:2:4 (i.e 1 cement : 2 coarse sand: 4 graded stone) of size 500 x 500 x 1000 mm including excavation & refilling in soil/hard rock/concrete with the help of breaker machine by laying iron barmesh fabricated with 8 mm, 10 mm & 12 mm dia iron bar as per the manufacturer design complete as required. (cost of the foundation to be included in the item)

Supply of 50mm dia.(O.D.) HDPE pipe (High Density Polyethylene) of grade PE80, PN6 ISI marked along with all accessories like socket, bend, couplers etc. conforming to IS 4984:1995 with latest ammendments complete as required.

Laying of DWC/HDPE pipe (High Density Polyethylene) of 50mm dia. direct in ground up to a depth of 75 cm including excavation and refilling the trench complete with fitting, cutting and jointing etc. as required.

Laying of DWC/HDPE pipe (High Density Polyethylene) of 50mm dia. direct in ground up to a depth of 60 cm under hard/concrere/bituminous surface including breaking of all type of surface and repairing the same with providing and laying 100mm thick in position cement concrete of 1:3:6 ( i.e 1 cement: 3 coarse sand: 6 graded stone) including refilling the trench complete as required.

Laying and fixing of one number PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE power cable of 1.1 KV grade of following size on cable tray/ surface as required.

Upto 35 sq. mm (clamped with 1mm thick saddle)

Above 95 sq. mm and upto 185 sq. mm (clamped with 25/40x3mm MS flat clamp)

Laying of one number PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE power cable of 1.1 kV grade of size upto 35 sq.mm in the existing RCC/ HUME/ METAL pipe as required.

Earthing with G.I. earth pipe 4.5 meter long, 40 mm dia including accessories, and providing masonry enclosure with cover plate having locking arrangement and watering pipe etc. with charcoal/ coke and salt as required.

Providing and laying earth connection from earth electrode with 6 SWG dia G.I. Wire in 15 mm dia G.I. pipe from earth electrode including connection with G.I. thimble excavation and re-filling as required.

Providing and fixing 6 SWG dia G.I. wire on surface or in recess for loop earthing as required.

Supplying and making end termination with brass compression gland and aluminium lugs for following size of PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE aluminium conductor cable of 1.1 kV grade as required.

Supply and making end termination with water tight heavy duty polyamide cable gland with IP65 protection for termination of 4C x 4 sq.mm. unarmoured Copper conductor XLPE insulated and PVC sheathed power cable complete as required.

Supplying and making straight through joint with heat shrinkable kit including ferrules and other jointing materials for 3.5 x 120 Sqmm PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE aluminium conductor cable of 1.1 KV grade as required.

Supply and installation of B-series 20 Amps, 10 KA DP MCB in SMC Junction box of size 140mm x 140mm x 95mm i/c providing and fixing of suitable size DIN rail complete as required.

Supply, Installation, Testing and commissioning of double door, weather proof, fully compartmentalised, free standing type, duly painted outdoor type feeder pillar/control cum power panel (IP 54 protection) fabricated from 2mm thick CRCA sheet and having 32 Amps TPN MCB Incomer, Single dial time Switch, 25 Amps TP Contactors for automatic switching of luminaires, two nos of power contactoros (25 Amps) and ON/OFF push buttons for lowering and raising of lantern carriage of high mast, suitable sizes power and control wirings, mounting legs (600 mm ), foundation connectors for power and control cables, R-Y-B indication lamps with control MCBs, power & control wiring and other required controls, switchgears and accessories required for satisfactory operation of high mast lighting tower.

Dismantling of existing feeder pillar of size 2 mtr x 1.5 mtr from the existing location, transporting the same at new location (Up to a distance of not more than 200 Mtr.) and installation on 1:2:4 (i.e 1 cement : 2 coarse sand: 4 graded stone) cement concrete footings of 300 mm height with mounting bolts etc. complete as required.

Dismantling of existing feeder pillar of size 2 mtr x 1.5 mtr from the existing location and handing over to AAI store upto a distance of 3 km.

Dismantling of existing feeder pillar/ control panel of high mast lighting towers of size 100 x 500 x 300mm from the existing location and handing over to AAI store upto a distance of 3 km.

Supply and fixing of hinged door SMC cable junction Box (Loop-in-Loop-out Box) for termination of 4 Core x 35 Sqmm. aluminium LT Cable including providing & fixing 63 Amps heavy duty connectors on existing surface/wall etc. complete as required. (Make: Hensel Model No. KG 9003 or equivalent)
