S/R to D type Quarter for GAD Muskuti for the year 25-26

Clearing and grubbing road land including uprooting rank vegetation , grass ,shurbs,saplings and tree s grith up to 300mm removal of stumps of trees cut earlier and stacking of serviceable material to be used or disposal of unserviceable material to be used or auctioned, up to a lead of 1000 metres including removal and disposal of top organic soil not exceeding 150 mm in thickness.

25 mm thick grading concrete ( 1:2:2 ) on roof slab with 6mm size hard granite chips including watering and curing with cost and conveyance of all materials and labour with T&P required for the work with all taxes and royalities etc. complete in all respect in all floors or as directed by the Engineer-in-charge

25mm thick A.S. flooring with C.C (1:2:4) using 12mm size H.G. chips of approv quality etc including cost carrage T & P & punning etc complet including watering and curing with the cost and conveyance of all materials and labour with T&P required for the work with all taxes and royalities etc. complete in all respect in all floors or as directed by the Engineer-in-charge

2mm thick cement plaster (1:6) over Brick / stone massonary finished smooth including watering and curing with cost and conveyance of all materials and labour with T&P required for the work with all taxes and royalities etc. complete in all respect in all floors or as directed by the Engineer-in-charge

16mm thick cement plaster (1:6) over Brick / stone massonary finished smooth including watering and curing with cost and conveyance of all materials and labour with T&P required for the work with all taxes and royalities etc. complete in all respect in all floors or as directed by the Engineer-in-charge

Distempering two coats to the wall surface with any approved paint over a coat of chalk wash including cost of distemper etc. conveyance, royalities and taxes of all materials and labour with T&P require for the work etc. complete in all respect in all floors or as directed by the Engineer-in-charge

Painting 2 (Two) coats with any approved enamel paint over a coat of priming to new wood work and iron work including cost of the primer and paint sand papering polishing the surface with cost conveyance and taxes of all materials and labour with T&P required for the work etc complete in all respect in all floors or as directed by the Engineer-in-charge

Wall painting 2 coats with Acrylic Emulsion paint (weather seal coat) of approved shade on new work to give an even shade including cost conveyance and taxes of all materials and labour with T&P required for the work etc. complete in all floors or as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.
