Clearing jungle including uprooting of rank vegetation, grass, brush wood, trees and saplings of girth upto 30 cm measured at a height of 1 m above ground level and removal of rubbish upto a distanceof 50 m outside the periphery of the area cleared.of 50 SOR-20/2.31

Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator) / manual means over areas (exceeding 30cm in depth. 1.5m in width as well as 10 sqm on plan) including disposal of excavated earth, lead up to 50m and lift up to 1.5m, disposed earth to be levelled and neatly dressed. All kind of soil (SOR-20/Item no.2.6.1)

Extra for every additional lift of 1.5 m or part thereof in. All kinds of soil. SOR-20/2.26.1)

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level:

1:4:8 (1 Cement : 4 coarse sand : 8 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size).

1:1.5:3 (1 Cement: 1.5 coarse sand: 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size).

Precast Boundary Wall Work

Design, Supply, fabrication, transportation, erection and fixing in position of 2000mm high Boundary Wall from NGL, minimum 75mm thickness & 3000mm length Consisting of RCC Precast Concrete post of size minimum 300 x 300 x 4000mm height including R.C.C Precast foundation as per approved design. Precast post having two grooves so as to receive Precast Panel. Precast concrete panels width minimum 1500mm.The work shall be started after it is duly approved by Engineer-in-Charge/ Client’s representative. The post with R.C.C precast foundation shall be erected in place on levelled PCC base. The post will be erected @ 3200 mm c/c. The rate shall include all material, labour, tools, transportation, including MS welded in built up sections/ framed work, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer using structural steel etc. as required.In gratings, frames, guard bar, ladder, railings, brackets, gates and similar works . complete all as per the direction of engineer-in-charge.

The tender is formulated for all precast components to be "Designed, manufactured and put in place to withstand all necessary loads for a life span of 50 years as per CPWD specification by the contractor)
