Building security light pressure die cast housing with epoxy power coated dark graphite grey color finish, prismatic polycarbonate cover with individual LED lenses.IP65, 25 watt with suitable in-built electronic driver complete fixed on bracket made out of 1.5 mtr long Med grade GI pipe 40 mm dia bend to shape as directed and fitted with MS clamps, nuts and bolts nad washers, connecting to ceiling rose/junction box with 1.5 sqmm PVC insulated 3 core wire complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge .

EXTERNAL WATER SUPPLY WORKS Cutting existing CI/DI pipe and reducing to required length in position for inserting of new tees branches, collars bends etc for 150 to 200 mm size complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge . Note : Cost of tee with jointing material shall also be including inquoted rates.

Construction of brick masonary valve pit of size 600 mm x 600mm x 600 mm (Internal size) thickness of walls shall be 23cm in brick work in cement mortar 1:6 internally plastered in cement mortar (1:6) and externally plastered in cement mortar (1:4) over 15cm thick PCC 1:4:8 type D-2 having 15cm offset around, including 4 cm thick coping in PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 on the top of the brick wall and 3mm thick mild steel sheet cover and angle iron frame of size 40 mm x 40mm x 6mm including provn of suitable hold fasts to hold the frame, locking arrangement and lifting handle, duly painted with two coats of synthetic enamel paint, over a coat of red oxide primer, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge .

EXT ELECTRIC SUPPLY & LIGHTENING PROTECTION WORKS M & L for fabrication of cubical type floor mounted LT panel board outdoor type, weather and vermin proof, CPRI approved made out of CRCA sheet of 3.00mm complete with powder coated painting and copper panel wiring, front and back door opening and all accessories consisting of the following items:- (FP-1) Incoming: (a) Coppeer Bus bar, 400 Amp TPN : 1 set (b) MCCB, 4 Pole , 125 Amp, 35KA--01 Nos(Incoming) (c) Basic multifunction meter class 0.5-- 1 Job (d) Indicating Lamps(LED type)(R-Y-B)- 01 (set of three) Outgoing :- (e) MCCB, 4Pole 63 Amp 35KA - 01 No(for TPN DB No1 -01) (f) MCCB 4 Pole, 25Amp---02 Nos(For TPN DB No2-01, fire fighting panel -01 No & space for space MCCB TPN -01 )

Earthing with galvanized steel earth plate electrode 600mm x 600mm x 6mm thick, burried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 metre deep below normal ground level) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 metre below normal ground level connected to galvanized iron 32x6mm earth strip by means of bolts, nuts check nuts and washers of galvanized iron or steel with protection pipe of GI, medium grade 40mm bore, watering pipe 20mm bore of GI medium grade, earth plate surrounded by alternate layer of coal dust and common salt 15 cm thick each layer all as per electrical plate No 3 of SSR Part-I and connected to earthing test point all as specified or indicated and testing on completion including funnel with wire mesh, earthing chamber with PCC (1:2:4) type B-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate, 80 mm thick precast RCC 1:1.5:3 type A-1 cover duly reinforced with XPM (weight not less than 3 kg/sqm) and frame including all excavation and earth work etc. complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. NOTE : 1. Earth chamber shall be constructed at least 1.50 metre away from the top of earth electrode, the earth pit and pipe for watering shall be provided in slanting manner. 2. Cost of 7.5m length of GI strip & GI protection pipe shall be deemed to be included in the rate of this item. Extra length shall be measured and paid for separately. 3. this item will be operated for ext elec supply and fire fifhting schedule

Earthing complete with GI earthplate electrode 600mm x 600mm and not less than 6 mm thick buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25m deep below normal ground level) with top edge of earth plate not less than 1.5m below normal ground level connected to galvanised steel lead wire 4.00mm dia(8SWG) of any length by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of GI/steel all as shown in electric plate No 3 of SSR Part-1 2009, connected to equipments all as specified and indicated complete and including char coal dust & salt filling in alternate layers (each layer shall be 15 cm thick) and GI protection pipe, light grade 15mm dia and GI watering pipe 20mm, medium grade with funnel and wire mesh, 40mm thick pre-cast RCC, M-15 (nominal mix) cover reinforced with XPM weight not less than 4kg/sqm with suitable handle of 6mm dia MS bar and angle iron 40 x 40 x 3mm frame for cover, PCC M-15 (nominal mix) pit, excavation and earth work in any type of soil and connected all as specified and as directed by Engr-In-Charge. NOTE : 1. Earth chamber shall be constructed at least 1.50 metre away from the top of earth electrode, the earth pit and pipe for watering shall be provided in slanting manner. 2. Cost of 7.5m length of GI strip & GI protection pipe shall be deemed to be included in the rate of this item. Extra length shall be measured and paid for separately.

HOT WATER SUPPLY Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of solar water heater with heat exchanger type, conforming to IS 12933 & 13129 for cold region of 400 litre/ day capacity with electric heating backup of 3 KW with and including rotational moulded polyethylene water storage tank (cylindrical vertical tank with close top) of 1000 Ltr capacity, triple layer as make up water tank including 20mm dia brass float valve, SS puff insulated hot water collecting tank of suitable capacity, hoisted and fixed in position on suitable steel staging as directed by GE, complete all as specified and directed. Note:- (i) The system shall be tested on completion to ensure that 400 litres of water at 60 Degree centigrade is available in hot water tank on normal day in cold season. (ii) Normal water pipes and accessories from and including cold water make up tank including M.S frame angle iron staging of appropriate size and dimension using M.S angle iron of size 40mm x 40mm x 6mm and hoisting with MS flat of size 40mm x 6mm made to shape to hoist the cold water stroage tank of capacity 1000 ltr upto and including hot water SS tank, all other civil & electrical works, providing electric connection with wire, MCB, conduit etc as per manufacturer's instructions as required shall deemed to be included in unit rate quoted.

Reinforced rubber lined fire hose with elastomeric coating on outer surface confirming to IS:636/1988 type 'A' of nominal bore 70mm , 30 mtr long duly provided with gun metal/brass coupler of appropriate size at one end suitable for landing valve of 80mm bore type Á'and brass/gun metal nozzle of suitable dimensions at other end of the hose complete all as specified and as directed.

Atomatic pressure switch/gauge in MS pipe line upto 10Kg/sqcm all as specified and as directed by Engr-In-Charge.

5Kg capacity dry chemical powder(ABC) type fire extinguisher, conforming to IS 15683:2006, with initial filling in brand new cylinder with powder coated finish, fitted in gunmetal union, high pressure CO2 gas cartridge, discharge hose, wall mounting bracket/floor trolley mounting accessories along with suitable signage etc all as specified and as directed by Engr-In-Charge.

Note: For the purpose of arriving at lumpsum amount, the amount of Demolition of buildings after taking into account the cost of Credit of materials i.e Sch 'A' section X (i.e Rs 352400.00 shall be ADDED in the total amount arrived.
