1. RFP terms and Condition shall prevail.

2. The sum of per unit rate for item/Package cost from Sl 01 to Sl 17 in total(excluding Taxes) shall be considered as base price for QCBS Evaluation

3. Any upward/Downward variation in GST/any other Taxes made by Government during the entire contract period shall be adjusted accordingly by DMILES.
