Demolition of brick work or stone masonary built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars etc complete.

Demolition of cement concrete (un-reinforced) in ground floor and paving below or above ground level complete.

M&L for Cement Concrete type D-2, 1:4:8 using 40 mm graded crushed stone graded agg as in fdn filling and mass concrete.

M&L for Cement Concrete type C-2, 1:3:6 using 40 mm graded crushed stone graded agg as in surface channel and drains.

M&L for precast cement concrete block masonry, type C-1 (1:3:6) (20 mm graded aggregate) with solid blocks, exc 10 cm in width and setting in CM 1:6.

Description all as per item No.5 here in before but except blocks

Taking down existing cement plaster including racking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc complete.

M & L 15 mm thick rendering on brick work or concrete surface in cement mortar 1:4, surface finished even and fair complete.

M & L three coats of white wash on newly plastered surfaces of wall including preparation of surface complete.

M&L for applying two coats of Anti fungal painting over a coat of primer to match the existing colour including preparation of newly plastered surface of walls complete.

Dismantling posts or struts (wood, steel or RCC) any section including taking out embedded portion and making good disturbed ground post embedded in natural ground complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L Angle iron and flat iron for post & struts in fencing including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire etc including all necessary drilling, bolting or reveting, etc conforming to Fe-290 Gde E-165.

S&F Mild steel work as in hand rails, half round or other stock section or core for wooden hand-rail straight portion, drilled and countersunk for balusters running bars for doors, balusters, nosing to steps including embeding in concrete and screws etc wind ties for roof including securing bolts, posts and struts in fencing including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire, etc, flat iron filets (for securing wire mesh etc) including all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting, etc and similar work conforming to Fe-290 Gde E-165 complete all as specified and directed

S & F 5 to 10 mm dia mild steel screw bolt (machine made) with hexagonal or square heads at one end and screwed the other or screwed both ends, each screwed end to be fitted with washers and one hexagonal or square nut, exc. 5 cm but n. exc. 10 cm long complete.

Dismantling fencing wire mesh, any type complete.

Supply and fixing PVC coated MS galvanised chain link fencing of size 75 x 75mm of any type of standard, rail straining bolts etc including provision of binding wire complete all as directed by Engr-in-Charge

S&F in repair galvanised 2 strand, steel barbed wire 2.24 mm dia barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75mm spacing and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails, straining bolts including securing or tying at crossings with and provision of galvanised mild steel wire staples or steel pins etc complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in trenches nexc 1.5 m wide and n.exc 1.5 m in depth, for foundation etc n.exc 1.5 m 10 Sqm on plan and n.exc 1.5 in depth as in hard/dense soil and gitting out.

S&F Reinforced concrete pipes 300 mm bore, class NP2 , laid and jointed complete with collars .

S&F Reinforced concrete pipes 450 mm bore, class NP2 , laid and jointed complete with collars .

M & L PCC 1:3:6 type C-1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate as infixing holdfast, padding to roof/chhajja, coping, bed block etc. and the like edge slightly rounded or chamfered including necessary use and waste of form work complete.

Returning filling in, including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers n. exc 25 cm thick in any type of soil complete.

Removing surplus excavated material to a distance exc. 1.50km and n.exc 5.00km and depositing where directed complete all as specified and directed.

M&L 75mm thick PCC 1:3:6 type C-1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate as in plinth protection or similar places, laid in alternate bays and filling the joints with & including bitumen and sand 1:3 by weight, surface finished even and fair without using extra cement complete.

Demolition of stone slabs and tiles of any description or thickness in floors, aprons etc laid, dry complete

M&L 20 mm thick Granite stone slab of approved colour ( of any type) work ( table rubbed and polished to mirror finish ) in steps , jambs, pillars, window cills, cooking plateforms and like in cement mortar ( 1:4) including pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with shade of granite complete all as specified.

Demolition of cement concrete (reinforced) of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for (reinforcement cut as required to facilitate demolition) complete all as specified and directed.

M & L providing pre-cast cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate as in cover slab of manholes, septic tank, soak well etc set in cement mortar 1:4 with plain fair faces including chamfered weathering, throating etc including necessary use and waste of form work complete.

S & F mild steel TMT bar 10 mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required including cranking, bending, spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling timber scantlings 40 sq. cm and over in any position complete all as specified and directed

M&L mild steel framed work as in doors or gates (Ornamental type where required) of angle or other section with gusset plates, rails, braces, ball bearing etc, complete, drilled for fixing of steel sheeting or other covering. Doors, etc to be prepared for hanging or sliding with and including either hooks and hinges or steel hanging door fittings incl guard bars/hold fast etc ( exclusive of steel sheeting or other covering running rails and guides) and hanging also fastening and fixing complete fe290(Gde E-165)

M & L for applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer including preparation of new or previously untreated steel and iron surface of any description over 10cm in width or girth not otherwise described complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of plain or corrugated steel sheeting any gauge, thickness complete all as specified and directed. Note :- Opening of existing wind tie where required for taking down of sheet is included in the rate quoted against this item

S&F painted galvatume aluminium zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws as specified complete all as specified and as directed

M & L rubber moulded chequered cement concrete tiles 30cm x 30cm x 25mm thick, with grey cement and pigment set, jointed and pointed in near cement slurry in floors over 20mm screed bed in CM ( 1 : 4)

Cleaning of bottom portion of culvert of any span and taking out sludge and sedimented earth removing to upto 500 mtr distance, including repairing of culvert inlet and outlet complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
