S&F powder coated aluminium partition n.exc 1.20 Sqm in each panel using 95.6 mm x 44.8mm x 1.6mm frame work with 6 mm ACP sheet of white/coloured /5.50 mm thick plain /tinted / heat reflecting glass pan as directed by Engr-in-Charge including aluminium beading for fixing board including dismantalling of existing aluminium partition (Payment for glass and ACP sheet will be paid under respective item), complete all as specified and directed.

S&F aluminium powder coated glazed shutter (for doors) with frame of section size 101.60 x 44.45mm 16 gauge and style and top rail of section 80 x 44mm, 16 Gauge thick and bottom rails of section 112 x 44mm of 16 Gauge thick, middle rail 150 x 44mm of 16 guage thick fixed on floor spring /100 MM SS Door hinge 3x nos, both side opeining without sash bars but including 6mm ACP sheet of white / coloured /5mm thick plain / tinted / heat reflecting glass pan as required at site with and necessary jointing cleats, rubber beading, anodized aluminium snap beading, screws, aluminium anodized handle, locking arrangement(mortice lock) and aluminuium anodised tower bolt 200 mm long and hydraulic floor door spring, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F 5.50 mm thick plain /tinted / heat reflecting glass pan, ordinary quality in squares exc 0.5 sqm each pane, complete all as specified and directed.

S & F for 6 mm ACP sheet of white/coloured for aluminium partition / doors, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repairs 12mm thick wooden wall panelling of second class softwood with tongue and groove joint fixed in any position over and including wooden framework in second class softwood with plain fillets square or sectional area exc 13 Sqcm and n exc 25 Sqcm at n exc 90 cm centre to centre in both direction and including two or more coats of French polishing on all the exposed surfaces wooden panelling including taking down existing electrical fittings and re-fixing the same, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repairs solid PVC wall Lining consisting of 5mm thick wood grain printed PVC sheet inclusive of solvent cement and fixing at site on PVC frame including 5mm thick PVC sheet fillet of width 35mm for wall panelling inclusive of fixing on to wall to make PVC Frame as per specifications,complete all as specified and directed.

S&F UPVC double shutters windows / ventilators, side hung, with glass 5mm clear toughened+12mm A.G.+ 5mm clear toughened, stainless steel wiremesh, Profile-Mozart Premium, colour white, drainage-Face, reinforcement-standard, T-joints-mechanical / V-welded, bead-default, mesh-Pull down, handle type-cocksper handle, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Collapsible steel gates, top hung, consisting for channel pickets, pivoted flat bars, top and bottom runners, brass handles etc., as specified, erected in position and securing runners with holdfasts and brackets including taking down old, complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down Chowkhats or frames with shutters (without taking off shutters from the frames) n exc. 1.5 Sqm and credited to the contractor, complete all as specified and directed Note: The damaged portion of the tiles / rendering shall be made good with the same material to match with the adjacent surface.
