Supply, laying and testing cable XLPE Insulated, screened PVC bedded, galvanized steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cable (heavy duty) 1100 Volts grade with stranded aluminium conductor of size 16.0 sq mm 4 core complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply, laying and testing cable XLPE Insulated, screened PVC bedded, galvanized steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cable (heavy duty) 1100 Volts grade with stranded aluminium conductor of size 35.0 sq mm 3.5 core complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply, laying and testing cable XLPE Insulated, screened PVC bedded, galvanized steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cable (heavy duty) 1100 Volts grade with stranded aluminium conductor of size 95 sq mm 3.5 core complete all as specified and as directed.

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5 m width and not exc 1.5 m in depth getting out in hard/dense soil complete all as specified and as directed.

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5 m width and not exc 1.5 m in depth getting out in soft disintegrated rock complete all as specified and as directed.

All as per item No. 7 above but exc. 1.5 m in depth and 1.5 m in width in soft/disintegrated rock for errection of poles and making good the surface complete all as specified and directed.

Taking out old burnt HT cble end joint and providing new HT termination jointing kit 11 KV (earthed) grade cable for indoor termination heat shrink type joint complete with jointing material and accessories suitable for 3 core XLPE armoured aluminium conductor cable of size 50 to 95 sq mm complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

16. S & F in repairs HT/LT cable route indicator standard size made out of MS disc size 4" size with MS 1:4:8 type D-2 using 40 mm grade stone aggregate of not less than 0.05 cum in each at base buried under the ground incl necessary earth work complete all as specified and direced by Engr-in-charge.

Supply & Fix in repair Battery Manuel charger Unit of rating 30 V, 20 A and AC input 230 V, 50 Hz single phase, DC output 34.5 V, 20A including dry type sealed maintenance free batteries rating of each battery 12 volts 100 AH with analog voltmeters, Ammeters etc all are fitted in suitable MS sgeet enclousers hinged front operated type suitable for the operation of existing HT 33/11 KV VCB ooutdoor/indoor panels.

18. M & L for earthing complete with Galvanised earth plate electrode 600 x 600 x 6 mm thick buired directly in ground earth pit not less than 105 mtr below normal ground level connected to galvanised earth wire 4 mm dia by mean of nuts/bolts, check nuts and washers of brass as shown in electrical plate No. 5 of SSR part - I including necessary excavation and earth work, GI pipe 15 mm bore light grade for watering with Funnel, wire mesh and protection to earth lead shall be provided with GI pipe light grade 20 mm dia up to 7.5 mtr from the earth plate electrode and refilling of soil including adequate quantity of charcoal dust and common salt etc & earth workin any strata, PCC pit chamber in cement mortar 1:3:6 type C-2 with 40 mm thick precast RCC cover slab 1:2:4 type B with 8mm dia TMT bar and handle with lifting hooks including testing any type complete all as specified and directed

M & L for new RCC poles of 9 meters long having 102mm x 152mm at top and 102mm x 289mm at bottom class 11. complete all as specified and directed. Note :- Earth and PCC will be measured and paid seperately under relevant item of this schedule

Taking down old UNSV switch air break gang operated device 11000 volts & supply & install switch air break gand operated triple pole mechanically operated mounted on 15 nos insulator and steel frame ooutdoor type suitable for vertical installation single break provided with locking arrangement consisting of MS channel HT post type insulator copper alloy high pressure assembly with drop out fuses operating rod of 20mm dia GI pipe medium grade for operating from 105 m anove GL, complete confirming to IS-1318 of 1972 rated voltage 11 KV and current rating 200 Amps all as specified.

Taking out detoiriated/old coarse aggregate of any size and M& L for graded coarse aggregate of size 40 mm for spreading and levelling at substation yard all as directed and specified by Engr-in-charge.

M & L for lightening arrestor (LA) zinc oxide type complete with all fittings transmission class, discharge capacity 65 k Amp complete all as specified & directed.

Supply and fix or laying in trenches/on wall/poles/structures as in repairs GI tubing light grade of size 100 mm dia for road crossing for cable protection/fixing of pigmi lights etc, of the following sizes including necessary provision for cable entry if reqd in pigmi lights pole fixing MS nut, bolts, & washers/MS clamps complete as required complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for PCC 1:4:8 type D-2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate including use and waste of form work of concrete for any description incl preparation work is necessary complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M & L for PCC 1:3:6 type C-1 using 20 mm stone aggregate including use and waste of form work/ mass concrete for coping of poles/using any description complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & Lay testing and commissioning of XLPE insulated screened PVC bedded, galvanized steel strip or wire armoured electric power cable (heavy duty) with aluminium conductor 11000 volts, grade cross sectional area 95 sqmm 3 core including taking out old existing cable complete all as directed at site.

Taking out old unserviceable HT/LT UG cable of any description (trenches walls, ceillings etc) from various locations, of any size upto 150 sq MM any core for rectification of faults or replacement segrregating serviceable cable & unserviceable length by meggerging or any other suitable and recommended method. Removing unserviceable burnt cable from locations and keeping a side serviceable for reuse at same location or any other location complete all as sepcified & directed by Engr-in-charge. Note :- (a) Excavation, Concrete cable protection cover, pipe, PCC work for road crossing/hard standing and sand for cushioning will be measured and paid seperately. (b) Cost of glands, aluminium cable lugs (eye lid/barrel/bottle neck type/ring type or any shape) new nut, bolt and washers of required size/description are deemed to include in this rate.

Supply and fixing of DWC pipe IS-16205, size of 61 mm inner dia & 75 mm outer dia for cable protection in wall/under ground laying or UG cables complete all as sepcified and as directed.

Supply and fixing of DWC pipe IS-16205, size of 136 mm inner dia & 160 mm outer dia for cable protection in wall/under ground laying or UG cables complete all as sepcified and as directed.
