Assisting Competent Authority for Land Acquisition (CALA) for land acquisition, preparation of details from available land records for publishing Preliminary notification and after notification, publicity of the same to all the owners by distribution of notices, affixing the notice on 1 the notice board of every village office, Panchayat/Tahsildar's office for information and seeking objections under relevant section of land Acts, taking photographs as proof of fixing acknowledgement from Project Affected Person/Peoples (PAPs) etc. complete with consultant's own man power, stationary/Xerox/consumables, including transport arrangement etc. complete in all respects. Note: Here unit Each means Village.

"Facilitating CALA for preparation of Declaration of notification statement in prescribed format in Kannada, Telugu & English in 2 copies for publication in Gazette Notification, collection of documents required such as RTC/ROR abstract etc., complete with all consultant's own man power, stationary/Xerox/ consumables, including transportation etc., complete in all respect for all balance villages separately district wise for complete job verification by S.W. Railway and correction by Consultant. (Kannada and English in the state of Karnataka, Telugu and English in the 1 state of Andhra Pradesh for the publication in Gazette Notification etc to be followed as per the state wise) i) 20% of the accepted rate will be made after completing the field work, corrections of papers, if required etc completed for clearing Section 20A notification. ii) 30% of the accepted rate will be made after completing of Joint measurement, approval, submission of Joint Measurement sheet, clearing of Section-20 E including publishing in Gazette notification. (iii) 20% of the accepted rate will be made on clearing the objections during hearing of Final award. and makeing of payment of compensation for clearing 20H (iv) 30% of the accepted rate will be made after completing all land acquisition work including mutations of land in the name of Railways and handing over the PT Sheet to Railways."

After Declaration notification, publicity of the same to all the owners by distribution of notice, affixing the notice on the notice board of every village office, Panchayat/Tahsildar's office for information and seeking claims under Determination of Award, taking photographs as proof of fixing etc., complete with consultant's own man power, stationary/Xerox/consumables, including transport arrangement etc., complete in all respects. Facilitating Public Works Department for survey and valuation of affected structures, 1 wells and any other value addition to the land etc., complete in all respects, with consultant's own man power, stationery/printing/consumables, including transport arrangement etc., complete in all respects. Note: Here unit Each means Per Village.

Facilitating Forest Department for valuation of affected trees etc. complete in all respects, with consultant's own man power, stationary /printing /consumables, transportation etc. complete in all respects. Note: Here unit Each means Per Village.

Facilitating for collecting details of Right Of Way (ROW) for ROBs, RUBs & 1 coordination with National Highway and State Highway/Local Authorities for approval of plans etc. complete in all respects, with consultant's own man power, stationary /printing /consumables, transportation etc. complete in all respects. Facilitating Agriculture/Horticulture Department for valuation of affected trees, plantation etc., complete in all respect, with consultant's own man power, stationary /printing /consumables, transportation etc., complete in all respects. Note: Here unit Each means Per Village.

Facilitating Competent Authority for collecting all documents required for preparation 1 of award such as Encumbrance Certificate (EC), RTC/ ROR abstract, Record of Land Abstract, widow certificate, below poverty line (BPL) list, etc. with consultant's own machinery, man power, stationary/printing/consumables, including transportation etc., complete in all respects. Facilitating Competent Authority for preparation of order for transferring the land 1 with all documents required such as Site Survey sheet, Encumbrance Certificate (EC)/Mutation, RTC/JMC/Tatte/ Vivaran- Patra, possession receipt, etc., Submission to respective Tahsildar's with consultant's own machinery, man power, consumables, transportation etc., complete. Note: Here unit Each means Per Village.

Facilitating CALA for preparation of Land Loser Certificate/Lesser Assessment 1 Register, chasing the matter and further submission to Tahsildar, Circle officer (Taluka Adhikari)/ Tahasildar for transferring land title mutation updating of Encumbrance Certificate (EC) with consultant's own machinery, man power, consumables, transportation etc., complete. Note: Here unit Numbers means No. of plots.

Facilitating Tahasildar, Circle officer (Taluka Adhikari)/ Tahasildar for transferring land 1 title, mutation updating of Encumbrance Certificate (EC), chasing the matter with consultant's own machinery, man power, consumables, transportation etc., complete. Note: Here unit Numbers means No. of plots.

Taking photographs of structures with name board of each Project Affected 1 Person/Peoples (PAPs) and submission of hard copy with all details of PAP such as name, survey no. structure details etc., with consultant's own machinery, man power, consumables, transportation etc., complete. This should be submitted village wise in 2 copies one with ring binding and other loose. Note: Here unit Each means Per structure.

Facilitating CALA/S.W. Railway for taking physical possession of land by verifying the 1 acquisition area as per possession receipt with the land owner and submit the joint report in prescribed format having signature of all members in ROR abstract of land owner, with all consultant's own machinery, man power, consumables, transportation etc., complete. Note: Here unit Numbers means Survey No.

Facilitation CALA/S.W. Railway for verification of survey as per the complaint of land owner with Revenue Staff & land owners/sub-holders, with Consultant's survey equipment's, manpower etc. items include preparation and issue of notices to all concerned such as land owners, Agriculture/Forest/PWD, area calculation, preparation of drawing, abstract statement ( JMC/Tatte/ Vivaran-Patra) in five sets. Correction of ROR abstract etc. Complete in all respects, with all Consultant's own stationery/ printing/consumables including transportation etc., complete. Note: Here unit Each means Per Village.

"Carrying out ground survey with total station at location/ village where previously 1 carried out by plane table survey, with consultant's survey equipment's, manpower etc., items includes, area calculation, preparation of drawings, etc., complete in all respects, with all consultant's own stationery /printing/ consumables, including transportation etc. complete. Note: Here unit Each means Per Village."

Photography /Videography, numbering of agriculture (fruit bearing) & forest trees within the Railway Boundary and beyond Railway Boundary up to proposed ROW as per joint measurement sheet by making notch of size 100x100mm, painting white paint on it and numbering the trees in each survey number with red enamel paint . Taking photographs and video shooting of 1 the trees of each survey numbers of the village coming under acquisition in Private land and Railway land separately. Preparation of document as per proforma enclosed and submission of same in soft & hard copy of one set. The item includes all contractor's material, labors, transportation tools & plants , etc., For private land, number of trees should be identified as per Survey no./Land owner wise and within existing railway land, the number of trees should be identified as per Railway Km/EP.Each

For panchnama due to no completion of joint measurement due to mass opposition in 1 a village or stretch with Revenue Staff & land owners/sub- holders, inclusive of survey equipment, manpower, etc., including transport arrangement etc., complete in all respects with all contractor labour, materials tools & plants.

Providing and fixing cast-in-situ or precast M-25 RCC boundry pillars along the Railway Boundary for demarcation of Land boundry as directed by the Engineer-in-charge as per Scope of Work & Technical Specifications with Contractors' own materials, tools and plants; including all leads and lifts, transportation, making own service roads for leading of stones & materials and 1 crossing of track etc.; including all taxes and royalties complete; including painting, marking the pillars at site; The rate includes the cost of all material including centering, shuttering, cutting, binding, reinforcement and erection etc., As per the approved Railway alignment using 1200x 100 x150 mm concrete pillar with 700 mm projection above the ground level duly embedding in CC(1:4:8) of 300x300x500mm size base concrete, colouring preferably yellow colour for RCC Boundary pillars are to be painted above Ground Level and for identification 'SWR' has to be painted with black paint.

Facilitating CALA for carrying out actual Ground Survey of land with Revenue Staff & Land Owners/Sub - Holders, with consultant's Survey equipment, Manpower etc., items includes demarcation of land boundary with wooden pegs by clearing of jungles in Railway land and Private lands lime powder, preparation and issue of notices to all concerned such as land owners, Agriculture/Horticulture/ Forest/ PWD/ZP/NH/SH and other departments, preparation of drawings, area calculations, abstract statements, Joint Measurement Committee (JMC)/Tatte/Vivaran- Patra) in five sets, collection of RTC/ROR abstract etc. Giving assistance to Agriculture/ Forest/ PWD and other 1 departments for their measurement works by providing skilled manpower complete in all respects, with all Consultant's own stationery/printing, consumables, including transport arrangement etc. complete in all respects. i) 20% of the accepted rate will be made after completing the field work, corrections of papers, if required etc completed for clearing Section 20A notification. ii) 30% of the accepted rate will be made after completing of Joint measurement, approval, submission of Joint Measurement sheet, clearing of Section- 20 E including publishing in Gazette notification. (iii) 20% of the accepted rate will be made on clearing the objections during hearing of Final award. and making of payment of compensation for clearing 20H (iv) 30% of the accepted rate will be made after completing all land acquisition work including mutations of land in the name of Railways and handing over the PT Sheet to Railways.
