(a). Contrator has to emplot skilled/unskilled tradesman with adequate experience & required documents to be submitted to office.

(b). Labour should wear contractors uniform with firm logo, failing which recovery should be made.

(c). Minimum of 02 x teams of each trades shall be available for maint of urgent nature whenever called upon of any trade, failing which recovery will be initiated for not employing adequate labour at site.

(d) Site clearance shall be done by contractor after finishing work.
